The printer was not cooperating for our return shipping labels, he quickly troubleshooted and was delightful to interact with during the short delay.
Elias is slow and unhelpful. Thought store was extremely understaffed, turns out half the employees were just hanging out in the back. Waited for an hour to talk to someone, Elias was extremely unhelpful and didn’t answer my questions, stood way too close to my face even when I tried backing away, and basically turned me away saying he couldn’t do anything to help me. Will never be coming to this location again. Guy in front of me got so frustrated at his wait time he left after an hour. Wasn’t worth waiting longer
Elias is the worst human being I have ever been forced to interact with. The incompetence of this man is unmatched, it is almost comical.

Really bad store to get help with. Been like this for a few years now. Its 2021 and we are still waiting for an hour just to get helped. I waited and hour just to get help and someone cut in line and I ended up leaving the store. 20 years of being a customer and I think I must have just had it with this store and tmobile.
I bought 6 phones. Agreed to 18 months. 6 months into it they started raising prices, my bill double to $350 When the contract was up they refused to unlock my phones and they for no reason so after the contract was Iup I tried to leave and they refused to unlock my phones and said it costs 300 per phone to unlock. So we now have 6 useless phones which are otherwise perfect condition. Never use T-Mobile!
We stopped by the T-Mobile store in the Provo Mall and had a great experience there! Ethan was super helpful and answered all of our questions. Ill certainly go there again when we need an upgrade or anything else.
We had an issue with a phone we baught at a sprint store they baught out. We took the phone to them. They where helpful in the diagnosis of the phone and informative as what we can do about getting the phone replaced. Im glad we went to them. Thanks T-mobile
Waited for nearly 45 minutes for assistance while associates helped customers who came in after us. Sam then asked us to wait an additional twenty minutes for assistance. Needless to say, we did not buy anything from this store.
Worst service! Every time we come here we wait way to long to be helped. They told us that it would be a 30 min wait (mind you it took them 10 minutes for them to tell us that). When they put us on the list the text message told us 55 minutes. We got here at 6 on the dot. It’s now 7:40 and are just getting help. Y’all need to get more help.

This isnt against the location, but the whole company. My husband and I went in to add a line to my plan to get the new Samsung Note. We were told, that since he was already a T-Mobile customer, we couldnt just switch his line, he would have to get a new number to get the deal. I do not see how this is an effective way to keep consumers loyal. The only people who get the deals are the new consumers. I have been a customer for a long time and I dont get any deal, all I get is T-Mobile Tuesday. I do not understand why the loyal consumers dont get rewarded. I sta with T-Mobile because I have always liked their customer service, but Im starting to doubt how much they actually appreciate their customers. This is the reason people switch phone companies, they do not feel appreciated and do not get the good deals. The loyal customers have to drop thousands on phones while the new customers get one for free. Very upset and very disappointed.
River was a real nice guy at the Provo Mall TMobile. He made sure we didnt have any doubts on what we were doing and getting! He explained to us the advantages and differences on the Apple Watches. My husband got his much deserved iPhone 12 Pro Max and he suprised me and got me the Note20. River made sure we knew and were satisfied on what we were purchasing! Very much pleased overall satisfied with my visit today!!
These guys are always nice when I come in and they are also open on the weekends. The only downside the wait is sometimes unbearable but thats only when there is a promotion going on.

Something about this guys energy was almost like he was saying, I know that Im giving your subpar costumer service right now, but I dont really care. Go somewhere else if you dont like it. I told him how I dropped my phone in a lake and needed help setting a new one and he responded with about as much empathy as you would expect from an annoyed cactus. This was my first experience working with T mobile directly.
I came into this store upset about some billing issues. Kaleb Porter helped me. He totally took care of all my needs and basically saved T-Mobile from losing my 7 phone accounts. Great customer service.

Wes is the best employee T-mobile has!!! I went from Taylorsville all the way to Provo just to work with him. I will not work with anyone else. He moved all my info from my broken Note 8 to an iPhone 11 without batting an eye. Please please make this man a manager he definitely deserves it!!

My husband came into this store asking for help with his phone. He was not able to hear calls unless on speaker or Bluetooth and he asked for help. Instead of helping him he was told that his phone was just out of date and he needs to buy a new one, mind you he has an apple 7. If that was the case my 6s should be having problems too right?? Well I can hear out of my phone so no that wasn’t a issue. When my husband said no to buying a new phone they just walked away and refused to help him. Well we did fix his phone by adjusting the screen protector that was on it easy fix. Your staff really needs to think about the customer not their commission. This happens all too often with T-Mobile the staff is very rude and not willing to help you unless your making a big purchase. Maybe the management needs to start training their staff to help the customers better and not only focusing on sales. T-Mobile is not the only phone carrier it’s very easy for a customer to switch maybe keep that in mind.

My boyfriend and I waited for over an hour to be helped by an associate. All three of the sales people were busy, which we understood. And one associate had noticed us and said that we would be next as soon as one of them were finished. So we sat on the couch and waited for nearly half an hour before one of the associates was free. The associate looked right at us and instead of calling us over started to help someone who came in after us. This is when we waited the addition thirty minutes. Another associate had finished with a customer and left into the backroom. When he came out we smiled at him, and he looked at us as he walked right past and walked out the door of the store. We made our irritation verbally known yet we were ignored and left sitting. So we decided to get up and leave. I entered the store today with the intention of purchasing a brand new Google Pixel 4XL. But instead I left with nothing.

Very friendly until I asked them for help retrieving system erased texts I needed for legal reasons. Google says this should be possible (and even legally required) within a certain timeframe. Said they had no idea how to help me, didnt even look at either my phone or my account, blamed me for installing other apps on my phone (seriously!? who only has the manufacturers original apps on their phone) and were extremely unhelpful. If you have a customer with a serious legal issue, whether you can help them or not, at least take them seriously.
Went to this store to get a quote for my business account that I have with sprint the guy was great till the end when he told me they were buying out sprint. I just want to say I was very appalled by that statement and when I asked I thought you guys were merging not buying out and the FCC hasnt voted yet I got told well yeah but we are going to buy them out and close all there locations. One thing I dont think a store or company should do is bad mouth or put down another company even if they are competitors. I also dont like to be lied to by anyone and that was a lie for sure. Was going to switch now Im definitely not going to.
It was absolutely AMAZING. I went in today and was in a hurry and Andy (the manager) and all the other guys working there were incredibly helpful, worked fast and efficiently for me so that I could make it to work on time, and still offered me great deals. The whole group of them was fantastic and I have never been so impressed with customer service before. Thanks guys!

We had to switch over from Straight Talk to T-Mobile. I didnt want to initially, but we were treated very well. Going through Straight Talk was complicated, but the staff at the T-Mobile store was more than willing to help us out however we needed, even though we ended up needing to be there trying to work things out with T-Mobile for nearly 2 hours! Great service, great people. Will definitely stick with T-Mobile as long as we can!
When you go in be sure to ask for Gaby! She is extremely helpful and to the point. She Helped me solve a whole bunch of problems. I am definitely going back. Just great service in general!

Horrible. The girls working (Gabby or Siley) ended up giving personal account information to someone who is NOT AUTHORIZED to have information on our account the other night. They didnt check passwords or the big note on the screen that tells them to not give out info...just a wink & a smile & these ladies will give you any info you want at this counter.
The worst costumers service they tell one price and the they charge you more, I ask them why I was being charged $20 for the upgrade when I purchased the phone and not exchange it? He told me that the store charge that fee to pay their energy bill and for stepping into the store, and the lady that sold me the phone told me that I have to pay a $350 down payment plus taxt but when I checked my bank account they withdraw $610 and that they could say was oh I’m sorry 🤬
I will always come to this tmobile store because they know how to make a customer feel happy. I am so impressed with Jeremys and Landons customer service!
If I could give minus Stars I would their customer service is horrible. I have spent over a month trying to get a promotional tablet that was supposed to be given with a Samsung 8. Not only do their representatives not know how to interact with the T-Mobile helpline but they dont know how to do in-store transactions. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs go to any other T-Mobile place in town.

Its too bad that there are so many negative reviews of this place. Maybe other customer reps deserved that rating but the rep who answered my questions was very enthusiastic and helpful.
Unprofessional. Wasted 2 hours of my life and after apologizing for not being able to do what they said the promo was, I ended up just switching back to Verizon. 2 hours and a 50$ activation fee later. Never again.
If I could give zero, I would. The employees are either completely inept or crooked salesman. They upsell you to make the sale and promise big promotions then change your service so you dont qualify for the promotions and you are completely unaware for months. My advise, find a different tmobile store.
I bought a new phone, and was told that they would give me headphones, new case and screen protector all for free for buying a new phone, only that i had to pay for the taxes at front. So i did, but is all a lie, they add that to your account as part of a lease. I know they work on commission, but i hate thats how they do their sales. Also dont forget, after you finished paying off your lease, the next bill after that, they will charge you the difference of your phone if you decided to keep it, to me it was $195.00 plus the entire plan, everything came to more than $400.00. Just dont fall for their tricks and lies
Manager (Jordan) helped me out with my iPhone when Apple wouldn’t. He made things happen and helped me with the issues on my phone.
Tried to cancel my service over the phone four months ago. They told me I succeeded in canceling it, only to continue charging me. Called an attorney two weeks ago to try and get the charges off my credit.
Silliely (not sure how you spell it) was very helpful. She had to deal with most of the customers herself due to coworkers not knowing how to do much of anything. One particular co worker was very ignorant and had no answers for anything. I had questions about Samsung products and his only answer was I dont follow Samsung (because he uses an Iphone) I really dont care what phone he uses he should have some answers regarding every item in his store not just what he uses or at least be willing to figure it out. If I only had to deal with Silley I would have given 10 stars (if possible) the only reason I gave 4 was because of her co workers. I felt bad for her having to take care of everything. If I only delt with her co workers especially one in particular (I wont say his name but Im sure he knows) I would have given 1 star. Thanks Silley! (Im sorry, Im sure I am not spelling that right)

The service here was awful. They were a complete jerk to us and acted like we didnt know anything. When we asked about our bill they said they didnt want to look it up. So we left quite annoyed and as we walked away they started saying how we were ridiculous and insulted us quite a bit thinking we couldnt hear. Needless to say, we called and reported them, as well as GLADLY paid the fees to cancel our service. I will never do service with T-Mobile ever again. Nor would I recommend them to anyone.

My wife bought a new phone and the rep told her that she had to have Jump insurance for three months and then she could cancel it.I called the tmobile store and he said it was a store policy. I asked if store policy trumps corporate policy and I was told he didnt know and couldnt answer that question. I called 611 and they canceled the insurance right away and said some stores do that because they get commission when they sign uou ip for insurance. Gaming...

This store has horrible service. I went into the store with someone who was t mobile. But i would never switch to t mobile if their employees treat customers like that. You do not tell customers not to come into your store because it counts against your sales. You need to send your employees to customer service classes.
