I came in looking for a new office chair. I was greeted by Marco who was willing to take me to the back of the store. He found out what I thought I wanted and spent as much time as I needed helping me find the very best chair for me. He was the employee who puts the chairs together and was knowledgeable and friendly and knew the chairs very well. I was surprised at his willingness to give me time to try all the ones that looked good and I bought the chair I loved. I thought he was exceptional in his ability to serve me and take the time to help me shop. Thanks so much Marco. I think Staples has a great representative for their store

So we were trying to get 35 pictures that are colored printed, the lady assisting tried to ask if the pictures looked good and still tried to have us buy messed up pictures when it was messed up. There was 2 harsh tear lines on the pictures every single one. When we said they were all messed up the lady then said oh yeah the machine hasnt been working well today. Then why did you not tell us and try to scam us? CHECK THE PICTURES BEFORE BUYING. luckily we did not buy before looking we looked at every single one. If I am paying 40$ for pictures they are going to look amazing and not like hot trash.

I went in for a clipboard for work and left with three other items I was going to go to three other stores for. They have a diverse stock including water bottles, clocks, speakers, soap and office sanitation supplies in addition to their core supplies. The customer service was superb. Everyone was friendly, kind, outgoing and helpful. As an introvert I was almost uncomfortable with how active everyone was with being helpful. Definitely earned the title of “superstore.”

They had what I needed and the front cashier was nice to work with when I was there.

I appreciate the time Staples employees take to help with our electronics needs, especially printers and Ink. We go thru a lot of it in my office and we work printers hard. They do price matching with on-line stuff so i dont have to wait a week when i need printer ink, my Office manager or i can just run over and get the best price, and then pick up everything else we forgot that we needed. The store is super clean and nice to shop in too!

Marco was a great help (hope I spelled his name right) very informative and friendly. Would have shook his hand but ya know... I was very happy with the service.

I bought photo Christmas cards here and Zacharia was so awesome to help me get them printed just how I wanted them. He was so knowledgeable and had exceptional customer service. I was having a problem with my photo turning too dark when printed and he was so great to help me solve the problem. He even gave my children markers and paper to color with while they were waiting. He made what could have been a really stressful experience quite pleasant. Definitely recommend using their print and marketing services!

Dave at this Provo location is amazing! I was in a huge bind to get toner for my printer and Dave really came through to get me what I needed. I will be shopping here now because of the great service I received.

Its not that I buy a wide selection of products here. I usually just get pens. But holy mud do they have a good selection! I managed to buy a couple packs of extra fine (.3 mm), my current favorite.The staff is always friendly and helpful and I enjoy shopping here.

I was looking at printers and this was the first store an employee actually walked over and asked if they could help. James was very knowledgeable about all the products and had good reasons for his recommendations. He also was straightforward with his answers. Id recommend looking for James if you ever go.

Large store with variety of office selections. Easy to see from major avenue. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. Done very good sale pricing. I usually pass by the Clearance area and pick up a few things.

Was looking to buy a chair and found one I enjoyed but they were out of stock. Not a big deal, so i asked if I could purchase the display model. They said I could purchase the floor model if I paid the $20 install fee! I couldnt believe they wanted me to pay for a setup fee for a chair that was no longer new and used for advertising. I would have been willing to take it for the original price but to pay an extra $20 for used product is nuts.

Its a nice store, the people are friendly, they have lots of office supplies of every type. I have it four starts only because they didnt carry the item I was looking for. Its still new technology, I think. But they were able to order it for me and have it shipped to my home for free. And it will only take a couple of days! I like this Staples store.

I received excellent help here from Michael. He was extremely helpful with resolving an issue I had from ordering online for in-store pickup, and went above and beyond in making sure we came to a solution that met my needs.

It was awesome. Everybody there greeted me and ask if they could help. I was there to just get a print. I struggled getting the email to them and they ended up giving me my print free. The only bad was I really wanted to sit while I waited and there was no chairs or bench I could see.

Adam, one of the managers of the Tech department, is awesome! One of the best people Ive ever dealt with customer service wise. I took my laptop in to get my screen fixed and long story short he ended up hooking me up big time. He was always very personable and more than responsive to my concerns. I have a gift card for Office Max across the street but I still find myself going to Staples to buy little things just because my experience with Adam was so great I want to support that store.

Pretty average Staples. Double check Amazon unless you really need something fast as prices can be inflated. Ive had good luck with customer service here; they are very friendly and eager to help.

I purchased 3 reams of paper today under the guise of an EASY REBATEAfter getting home I got the email detailing that the rebate is anything but easy. First there is not even an online option, second I have to mail in THREE separate letters to request my rebates. Which can take up to 6 weeks to process into 3 separate gift cards. At this point tomorrow I will be getting a REFUND when I return this paper instead of a so called easy rebate.I do not appreciate feeling lied to.Your former customer, Chris.

Never will I go into the store again. 25 minutes to be told that a lamination job that would take three minutes would be an hour and be $7.00 for three little things! We were told that we had to stand in a line and that was the only way we could get things done. I have never been micromanaged so much of my life!I have never been treated with such rules and regulations at a office supply store. Do not go there!

Got my TSA pre check here. I just walked in. It was quick and painless. The staff was friendly and helpful. They carried everything else I needed. The store wasnt crowded. All in all a great experience.

I went to pick up an online pick up in storeorder and they couldnt find it. So I showed the email with the order number and after half an hour of them trying to figure it out they still had no answer. The absolute worst customer service from 3 employees I have ever seen.

Came to Staples recently to complete my TSA pre-check application. Immediately upon walking in the store, I saw a sign on the floor with an arrow directing me to the TSA pre-approval desk. There were a few arrows that kept me on the right course to reach my destination. The guy who helped me was courteous and I was done in less than 10 minutes. I appreciate the helpfulness of Staples and their employee in this matter.

Staples changed their store hours a long time ago, and yet this particular store has not bothered to update their store hours on Google. I wasted a trip to Staple for nothing because the store closed 1 hour sooner than the posted hours. And while I was standing at the door reading the actual hours, several other customers walked up too. Wow, not doing a good job managing your brand.

Outstanding customer service.I purchased a new office chair from this location, along with the square trade warranty. They were very helpful and even assisted loading into my car.I found the chair was too tall for me and didnt fit under my desk.When I brought it back the exchange for another chair was just as easy and helpful.A week later this new chair didnt have the back support I needed. So I brought it back again, no only were they understanding but they gave me a full refund.My back being hard to buy chairs for is not something they could help. But throughout this whole process and 3 different store associates I was given tremendous customer service.

The manager was a super rude, abrupt woman. Very unwilling to help. She rolled her eyes and was terribly unprofessional.The only reason theyre getting 3 stars instead of 1 is because the sweet girl in the copy section went above and beyond trying to correct her ride managers behavior.

Super disappointed. I went to this location after being told by the Orem location that they could print my PDF as a poster. The Orem location was unable to print my job because their printer jammed and they were using an ancient Windows 2000 system to run their gear (as of 9/15/2018). Yeah, I know - CRAZY! Right?. Anyway, I went to this Provo location because Orem referred me to them and they said that the Provo location would do a great job and they even stayed open later. I arrived only to find that the closing time was the same as the Orem location, but I still arrived about 30 minutes before closing time only to be told that it would take some time to turn on all of their equipment in order to do my print job (which I spent most of my Saturday working on). Why was the equipment turned off in the first place? I requested that they turn on their gear, but they declined. Disappointed, I left Staples FOREVER. It is obvious to me that they really dont want to be in business to print posters. Im here writing this review to inform others of this so they can put an end to this sham operation. What a joke!

Stood around for a good 45 minutes waiting for someone to assist with the office chairs. At one point I went and found a cashier and asked if I could get someone to help. Go back and the other gentleman who was looking at chairs was there asking questions. I let him finish his questions, and the sales guy WALKS AWAY!!! And goes to help someone in printers that JUST walked in! I was standing there looking at the chairs, and they dont pay any mind. Terrible staffing terrible customer service. I walked out and Staples will not be getting any of my business cause they clearly dont want it.

I use Staples for my business printing needs, and have done so for quite some time. However, this location is very hit-or-miss when it comes to customer service. Some days it is 4-5 star, but today was 0-1 star. Called to check on printing and one employee told me they were behind and would require a rush charge to print anything within the next hours, but after being transferred within the store, another employee told me they would be able to do it within an hour no problem without any additional fee. When I picked up the prints from the store, Tahani (I think she said, but wasnt wearing a name tag) initially started ringing up my total charge and included a rush service fee and custom order fee for emailing in my print instead of uploading on the non-functioning web portal. After questioning why the total was so high, and pointing out the inconsistencies with the website policies, she just threw the prints across the counter and said fine, just take it and turned around to walk off. Brianne and several other staff members have always helped me out, but this time Im questioning my allegiances and have started to look elsewhere for my printing.

Good organization and product selection

I wanted to print a document. She told me to follow instructions on a paper that were incomplete. Then when I told her that it was a word document I wanted to print she looked at me like I was stupid and said they could only print pdf.

I have not left this store with a good attitude ever. The only time I might have is when I realized that I never would have to return to this store again. Ive had terrible customer service and even spent several minutes looking around the store trying to find an employee to help me, only to find that there were no employees in sight in the entire store other than the one cashier at the one open cash register. I am never shopping through staples again, especially not this store.
