I buy a watch that never works and wait for more that two weeks and never response .I used metro for 4 year and this store gime me bad service and awful service
I bought a phone for my dad there a month ago, not only did they double charge me and I had the dispute it with my bank, but the phone wasn’t in stock so “Jorge” put in a special request for it and said it would be 5 business days for it to arrive. I called and stopped by 3 times within 3 WEEKS. They never answer the phone, ever. I barely got the phone today and it came in, but they never called me. They took my $300 for the phone and then didn’t care. Only associate who was decent was Allen, he was professional and got me the phone set up. Jorge should NOT be selling phones and lying about when it should come in and not updating a customer who dropped $300 on something that had already arrived in their store.
I have had good service for a while. My complaint is about a DEAL/PrOMO I was promised. I bought a new phone and the employee told me that if I did the survey they were sending me through text, I would get a free phone case. I went back in the end of the week and they didnt have the phone case but she said they are getting them in the next week. I went back in and still didnt have the case. I asked if the store in Orem would have them and she said they probably would. I went to them the next day and they said they didnt know anything about the promo. So is the promo of the case just to get good ratings? Id like to know if this is really true. If the other store dont know anything about it then does it exist???And to add to my rating, they have terrible customer service, well actually NO Customer Service. You cant talk to a live person and when I call the local store, no one answers. They ask you to leave name and number but never return your calls. I am seriously thinking of switching. They are more than I can handle, No professionalism. They have phones for sale but thats all that you get. They have no idea about your blll.
Nobody was there during open hours. Waited half hour
Customer sevice was horrible!!! I went with my friend to upgrade my plan and the guy who was encharge at that moment never took the time to explain details about the deals and he was rude when we tried to explain him about what their coworkers told us before. I dont recommend this store. Very rude guy at that store.

The dude who works there called me a liar! I called and filed a complaint! I was there on December 11th around 3 pm.
Such a bad manager, customer service and overcharges so the store can make some money. Wish everyone was honest with their dealings. I recommend to go to a different store.
We stopped by to make a payment and pay our bill. As my husband was going up to the door an employee was walking out, she asked if we were making a payment as she was walking out with her wallet and phone in hand, he said yes, she rudely said “ we don’t take payments here” as she walked passed him. So what the heck do you do if you don’t take payments? It’s a retail store, how do you not take payments? The store still had an hour before closing. I honestly think she was locking up and leaving early and simply didn’t want to help us.
The representative who helped me was great. He had a great amount of patients to deal with me and got me in and out of there as fast as he could.
Absolutely awful customer support and overall a straight up scam location. I went to this store looking to pick up a cheap phone before I start working. The girl working the counter told me the prices are only as shown if Im switching services. The cheapest one they offered for $20 was going to be $99 since I do not currently have a phone to switch over. Overall I felt uncomfortable so I decided to check out another location. Once I spoke with the sales rep at a different location it was VERY clear to me this place is only looking to rip you off. The phones at the location of 152 S state street were listed not only cheaper but were the actual price you were to pay if you were to purchase it regardless of your current situation. A phone she tried to sell me for $120 was sold to me for $50 at the other location. DO NOT GO HERE, they are simply taking advantage of people. There are a ton of metro locations on Orem and Provo, so there is no reason to go here.

Lied about being able to return a product, promotional free phones out of stock, employee sleeping in the back, no one spoke very good English, and when they didnt understand my problem, they just said it was impossible to fix. Cheap phone company, but bad management at this location. Try another store down the road.
I visited this store for a new phone on February 3rd this year. April 13th or 14th it CAUGHT ON FIRE, burning my friends hand. But hey, 90 day guarantee, right? Went to Metro pcs on the 15th, one employee on shift, who said she couldnt speak English. Went BACK on the 16th, the guy working said he couldnt do anything but to call customer care customer care when I called them said to return it to the store but then also sent me to LG who had made the phone. LG promise to call me back with the resolution within 2 days business days three separate times without ever calling back went back into the store today and they said it was past 90 days and I would have to take it up with LG even though I had been there well within the 90 days. Shady return policy, Shady employees, they dont give you enough information or work with you beyond getting your phone setup. Would not recommend
Not t-mobile. Previous supposed t-mobile store i used this app to locate was a residence in a seedy part of town.
I got the phone, but horrible customer service.A man named George was the one working at the time, and he had me bike down to the 700 E 300 S location to get the phone I wanted because they were out of stock there (they had it in stock at the Freedom Blvd location, but the customer service rep there wouldnt answer the phone when George called). They also did not have any English paperwork, so I had to fill a Spanish one out. After receiving 40 minutes of horrible customer service at the 300 S location, I biked back up here to resolve the issues (the clerk at the 300 S location, named Cesar, shoved the SIM card in backwards, and neglected to give me my receipt), and George got very defensive about the 17-year old Cesars service, indemnifying him with the fact that he was in training...I could sense that there was probably a little nepotism at play...

Because the way that I am just wondering where they got their phones,maybe Mexico?the phones was almost$100 and 2 days later this phone is not even turning on...So what I would love to know what happened to an American getting treated like a person that matters in this country and not like that third world countries servants. I have a feeling that if I were a Mexican I would actually have a phone that would turn on the way it is supposed to do
They are amazing, is the unique store that help customers in Portuguese, Spanish and English. They help a lot all the customers.
Not happy with there customer service at all. Every time Ive gone in to pay my bill they act like Im an inconvenience..will be switching back to my old service when my service ends. I wouldnt recommend metro pcs to anyone. Service has to many ads...to slow 😒

Everything said about this store by previous reviewers is true. They are not honest, they said I had to sign up for an $80 plan to get a free phone. This is not stated anywhere on the website and the store in lindon stated this is false. Do not do business here!

I was going to change companies and take 4 phones supposedly free, but they are not free you must pay 75 dollars for each one in taxes, if a phone is worth 100 dollars in which country of the world is 75% tax paid ?, I contacted Boost the central and they said that it is not so, that the tax has never been 75% is just a bad practice of the store, in short they charge you what they want and also steal you covered in false advertising.
