TERRIBLE RISKS purchasing here. I hardly ever write reviews online, but potential customers should be warned that this place is a complete GAMBLE which could cost safety and lots of money.My husband and I helped our brother and sister purchase a truck here last week. Within five days the truck broke down and needed a $3,000 repair!We talked to the owner the same day and he said he was not willing to help with “one cent, even when they were stranded in another state in the middle of a move.He said he had no obligation to help in any way and that their warrantee only covered the transmission and engine—no other parts. He admitted that he could offer some help but said, “I don’t want to.” He said that is how business works, and he can’t help with every “sad story” he hears, even when he is the one who sold the car that resulted in a very desperate situation. He bluntly said, “I know you’re not going to like me. I know we’re not going to be friends, and I don’t want to be kind. I don’t want to be generous.” He went so far as to say that he didn’t even have an obligation spend the time to sit and talk to us.This business knows it can get away with selling faulty vehicles at no legal risk. They offered free labor on fixing the broken part which the buyer would have to purchase, but no alternatives whatsoever when the buyers were way out in Colorado with a broken vehicle. You may be lucky and get a good car here, but I wouldn’t risk it.

WARNING: DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID WITH THESE DISHONEST WORKERS. I would not buy a car from here if I were you. They are not honest. He is tampering with the reviews and having friend/family/workers fill out 5-star reviews. They ignored our phone calls and emails after our car broke down a few days after purchasing it. The manager who goes by Max was COMPLETELY unwilling to help when all the “work” they did fell apart 3 days after purchasing. They never offered an extended warranty but said they did. We are stuck in Denver in the middle of a move and are now out over $3,000. Max said I can help but I don’t have to and don’t want to. He said a bad review won’t hurt them and so it doesn’t benefit them in any way to help us out of the situation they got us into. Maybe this review won’t hurt the business, but hopefully it will help someone who reads it from buying a lemon from here.Below are some photos of what happened to our car turning in to a parking space 4 DAYS AFTER PURCHASING, screenshots of them ignoring our texts and emails (they also ignored all of our calls after they knew our number from us calling to explain what happened. They said they would call us back and then ghosted us), as well as some proof that the company has friends and family fill out false 5-star reviews (Felipe was the one who sold us the car and here are a few of his Facebook friends who all happened to write 5-star reviews within the same couple of hours on the same night-I’m willing to bet they didn’t all go buy a car there two nights ago-these are just a few). Their Facebook was at 4.2 stars after everyone affected by our accident rated them and then later the same day it was suddenly up to 5/5. I wish I could help potential buyers out more but they are good at hiding skeletons. If you’re reading this: avoid them at all costs!

To think that I was going to buy a car from here, I messaged Ceasar to ask about a subaru he claimed it had hail damage (sounds like another ploy) I then asked him about financing and trading in my car. He was uninterested in our conversation and gave off bad vibes. Telling me he has to have his shady mechanic look at my vehicle to inspect it then he can give me an estimate on how much he would give me for it. Also he plain out doesnt want to deal with solid cars. My car is a clean title and has no issues. Surely not something he can flip. I dont normally do this but my blood boils for all the poor people who littlerally got swindled by misinformation. If you are a mechanic, come take your pick of these cars. If you are not so car savvy please spend more and get a car from a reputable dealership. Read the reviews. The proof is there. And also all the 5 star with only 1 reviews are definitely fake. Stay away from them. They don’t tell you anything about what is wrong with the vehicle. They don’t fix anything. They will say that it’s fine and reset the code. The check engine light comes back on 2-5 days later. Not only that the manger is mean. He thought my boyfriend was done talking and interrupted him and said if you don’t stop talking you have to leave. Don’t do business with them ever. Get these guys shut down they know nothing about cars or any other Vehicle.

Honestly extremely disappointed and wish I would not have bought my truck from them. I bought the truck in MAY and the tail light was not working correctly and they continued to tell me they would order one in and get it fixed. It has now been 4 months and no one has gotten back to me and every time I have reached out they say that the previous sales person no longer works there and will need to Look into it and then they proceed to never reach out. I would go somewhere else that follows through on the things they say they are going to do. I have waited patiently for many months and have had zero follow up from there team and continue to get bounced around with no one willing to resolve this issue.

I found a truck that I liked assured that the dealership offered a warranty engine and transmission. A week after the purchase and the transmission goes out on the truck. I mentioned it to both Max and Felipe who immediately blocked my phone number and won’t respond to this issue. I wouldn’t have them ever do any automotive repair work I would not trust them. Shoddy dealership very dishonest I’ve never seen anything like it. Beware of them, don’t buy here!

I was looking for a rebuilt title car, and Cesar and Max were so kind and willing to work with me the entire way. No confrontational tactics like some of the other used dealers I visited, you can tell they are humble and do what they can.there was an airbag error a week after buying the car, and even though I bought the car as is, they instantly offered to repair it without a seconds hesitation, the repair was done in under an hour.

Mariana was very helpful from the time we got here. They were very transparent about why the title was rebuilt and provided pictures of the previous damage that has since been fixed!

DO NOT BUY from these liars. Read the other non-five star reviews. They said the damage from a front end an accident was fixed, but really they just put a new bumper on without fixing the engine. So the engine is still smashed in and they’re calling it “used” instead of damaged. Don’t trust these people at all.

It is very important to do your research on not only the vehicle youre purchasing but also the dealership youll be purchasing at. After 1000.00 out of pocket for repairs that were clearly covered under our warranty we have learned our lesson and can only hope future buyers are aware of how dishonest this company truly is.

They offer mostly older models of higher quality cars, and fix them up and sell them.They were pretty up front with me about the issues that the cars had and carried before pictures to show what the cars were like before they fixed them.These pictures are two of the cars that I was looking at. I don’t understand how they have a 4 star rating. They are known for selling broken cars and not caring what so ever. They sold me a 2011 bmw 335 he told me it was his wives car bla bla blah. Car was actually from an auction in Colorado and at some point was from Texas, nothin to do with this dudes wife. That car was sold to me with a broken fuel pump that cost me 1200 to get fixed. What’s also funny is I went to trade it in At a reputable dealership and was told my cars TITLE was salvaged but sold to me as clean. Seems shady when you’re taking money like that from big banks and everything. I’d say almost law suit worthy. Please don’t buy a car here they do not care and I don’t understand how this business is up and running

Dishonest and lies. Max is a rude person when you try to talk to him about the warranty. I live in Vernal and the truck I bought from them broke down. When I bought the truck from them I asked the salesman if it was alright if I took it somewhere else if the truck broke down since I live 3 hours away. He said it was fine and that they would just need a copy of the bill and the warranty would reimburse me. Well that wasnt the case when I called Max, he was practically yelling at me when I told him that. I recorded the entire sale conversation on my phone but I accidentally deleted the recording as I use my phone alot for pics and videos for work. So note to yourself if you decide to buy from here, record your conversation and SAVE IT!!

They were very easy to work with...until we discovered some problems after the purchase was complete. The 3 month/3000 mile warranty they promise? Meaningless. Originally, they said they would fix the problems we had identified; however, when we got the vehicle back a week later, we found that nothing had been done on it. When we called to resolve this, we were told we needed to talk to the manager. But after many attempts to contact him, the manager would never get back to us.

I was in market for a tundra. Lucky we found one from cesar santos. I m pretty happy I did all my paperwork with my bank. Anyways I’ve noticed that the tundra needed new brakes and it would shake on the highway. I told them about it and They said “ they would have a look at it” and never did. Turn out to be a broken lug nut stud and bad tires and it was ready to pop out . Putting my family in danger is big deal breaker to me.I live a 100 miles away from the dealership and they think I have the time to go down to the dealer for every issue. Yeah rightP.s. still waiting on the plates.

We spent time test driving. The first 4 cars rattled as they were rebuilt titles. We found a Honda Accord, and asked negotiated a price, put money down had the car looked at, and they backed out of fixing the issues and selling for the price we negotiated. Sales guy text my wife to say many people are asking, a cheap sales tactic...not necessary after we put money down... Needless to say, we wont go back here again.

They sold me a truck, it looked good and I got it for a good price with little miles on it. Only 500 miles down the road, the Front differential, Mounting bracket passenger side broke, Pumpkin housing cracked drivers side from turning into a parking stall!!! Turning the truck I felt and heard a loud boom and sure enough it was all cracked, broke, and severed. This truck was a rebuilt title that they “fixed”. The previous damage was to the front passenger side. all the damage from pulling into a parking stall that happened to me was on that same side, they didn’t fix it correctly or just used faulty parts and will not help. Horrible customer service, manager “max” told us that he had the power to help but he doesn’t want to. Only cares about the business and your money, will not help in any way if anything goes wrong. Very shady business.

Just be aware, they are not honest. On ksl, they posted the wrong vin, (for a similar vehicle without a rebuilt title, so we didnt notice when we checked the history.) So we didnt know it was rebuilt until we had put some money down and were financing the rest. It was supposedly rebuilt because of hail, so I went ahead and bought it, relieved it wasnt an accident. I should have realized that dishonest people are going to lie about everything. The engine light promptly turned on after I bought it. Yep, they must have reset the battery so I wouldnt notice that either. That required a 1300 dollar repair of the exhaust manifold and catalytic converter. This car has been a complete lemon. I would advise going elsewhere.

I purchased a car from here with cash. They were great to work with the amount I wanted to spend. I got what I wanted out the door but was promised the rock chip repaired and the missing fenders replaced and it’s been 5 months now and nothing. I called once and they took a message and acted like I was never told that. However my car had an issue within 12 hours of leaving the lot and they did fix it (ended up being a recall and had to deal with the manufacturer) they gave me a loaner car which I really appreciated and would’ve gave a 5 star if they would’ve followed through with the promises.

Be aware that this dealership is not honest or fair. I looked at a car online, sent them a message and then drove five hours to arrive at the time the dealership opened to drive the car. We agreed on a price and they were going to have a broken door motor looked at so we ran and errand and told them we would be back in an hour and a half to pick up the car.When we arrived back, the salesman met me at the door and laughed that as soon as I left someone came in and wanted the same car. So he said he sold it to them because they were willing to pay full price. I had asked for $400 less than asking price and he agreed.I should have been able to see the red flags when I asked him questions about the car and all I could tell me over and over was it has a clean title, it has a clean title and its a Toyota and they run forever. I asked several questions he seemed totally in the dark. But I drove it and it seemed like it would be a good vehicle even though it had 200,000 miles. I was hoping to get it for a little bit less, like $400 off the asking price because it needed tires and a windshield and a few other repairs that looked imminent.I asked him how he could do that when I already said I wanted the car and would be back after they checked on the door not working properly.He is Hispanic, I am not. Everyone in the establishment from owner to salesmen to car detailers and all customers were Hispanic. He pointed to a woman sitting casually on the couch with her daughter as the buyers of the said car. Then he proceeded to talk to her in Spanish and tell her that if she didnt buy the car that I would buy it. He told her the price and worked out a deal that if she could pay half today that he would help her finance the rest. He continued on about how she needed to make a decision right then and buy the car. She didnt even look like a serious buyer. Im sure this whole thing was cooked up.I understood 100% of his conversation. He did not know that I understand and speak Spanish and Portuguese. I am certain that he rounded up a friend as soon as I left because he responded to my message as I was driving out of the parking lot that the car was available and If I wanted to come and test drive it right away. I responded that I was the person that just test drove it and I planned on taking the car when I returned. The car had a lot of damage but it was a good Toyota and probably would have worked well for us. He went to great lengths to earn himself $400. And he lost a customer and earned a bad reputation in my opinion.He never addressed me again. I turned and walked out of the building and drove the 5 hours home. Grateful that I did not give these terrible businessmen any of my money.It was shady, it was dishonest, and it was disrespectful how it was handled. I would never shop there again and recommend no one else do so either.

My husband was looking online and found a car he liked, he sent a text message to one of the numbers they have listed on their website. We live in Ogden and my husband trusted them to help him over the phone until we were able to drive down there and take a look at the car/ test drive and hopefully buy. My husband sent them all his information and also sent the loan officers email that he wanted to go through at our bank. First the man Caesar said the car has a clean title . My husband informed the man that his loan officer at the bank had the day off and will not be in till the next day which was a Friday. Then my husband received a message saying I encourage you to leave a deposit just in case anyone comes to look at the car so my husband then calls and made a $300 deposit. Keep in mind this is all over phone, no papers were signed, no email was sent and my husband was not informed the deposit will NOT be refunded. That Friday the loan officer called my husband and told him the title is salvaged and they could not do 100% of the loan only 60% because it was not a clean title. With that being said my husband decided not to go through with the car and called and asked for the deposit. The man he spoke to he thought was Cesar told him to give him a couple days and he will send our deposit back to us. 2 weeks later my husband called and Caesar/Max acted like they did not know who they were talking to. My husband kept informing them who he was and the car he was trying to buy and the deposit he put down for the car. After arguing about the clean / salvaged title the car had my husband asked for his deposit back. The man told my husband he will have some one call him right back that is in charge of the deposits. After 30 minutes my husband called and Max told my husband the deposit is NOT refundable. Very disappointed! If we knew the title was salvaged my husband would not have gave his information, or even leave a deposit. Especially if it was not refundable. We were not informed at all by anyone we talked to or email stating the deposit is not refundable. I hope these people are not doing this to everyone ! Please be sure to read the reviews, and do not leave a deposit unless you are going to buy a car with a salvaged or rebuilt title ! It apparently is not refundable. These people are telling people their cars have clean titles, and if it is salvaged these people say it is a rebuilt, very dishonest! With all that is going on in this world with the pandemic, money is tight and people are just getting by. That deposit that was taken from us without a problem could have went to school clothes for our children. With the feelings of being scammed, I will not recommend this place to anyone!God bless

Warning! My daughter bought a truck here to pull a trailer to Connecticut. They drove it 10 hours and it completely broke down only 4 days later. The dealer says he won’t do anything about it because it would just cost him money. So dishonest! Now they are stuck waiting a week and paying to repair a truck they have had less than a week.

I have come to Cesar Santos twice with not great experiences. The first time I went to test drive a car, everything was fine but the car had either a bad head gasket or piston rings. I asked and never got a response about the car and if those would be in the warranty. The second time I actually ended up buying the car. Buying process was fine but then 50 miles later the check engine is on. It’s for the catalytic converter. I ask and drop off the car and they put in a new oxygen sensor. After I got under the car when I got it back it doesn’t look like the o2 sensor was even touched. But I could wrong there. But once again the check engine come back on. Same code. They tell me it’s not in the warranty, but they sold me the car like this. They also told me the car passed emissions. But with a bad catalytic converter the car won’t pass. And emissions can be cheated if you know somebody that can do it. I kept asking and eventually they just stopped responding to me. It’s not in the warranty and it “passed” emissions so they don’t view it as their problem
