Dishonest dealership. Stay away. I have bought two cars from VIP. My wife also bought one and my stepson did. As well as the few people i have referred to them. The car I bought 7 weeks ago is not what they made it seem to be. They lied about the sunroof not working and the different size tires that were bad and the bad battery and the key does not work to open the car. Only the key fob. Ive spent and additional $1,400 on tires battery and clips cause under the hood nothing was connected. I asked about the key before I bought it and was told it worked fine. Now they are telling me i have to pay for it myself. I will NOT refer anyone else to VIP motors. They lied about the issues and now I’m stuck with the car and the repair bills. I know they could fix it easily but they wont.

Do NOT go here. My aunt Monique bought a car from here and 29 days later the whole transmission went out! VIP motors won’t give her a loaner car and won’t fix the issue. 29 days after she bought the car!! If you look at the Google reviews there are TONS of other people who have bought cars from here and say that their car was defective. They do not disclose this information at the time you purchase the car and then you are stuck with a $10K bill and vip motors is no where to help with the FAULTY car they sold you. Seriously do your research before buying a car here! Shady business I hope someone blasts this business on tiktok and it goes VIRAL! They deserve it!

He was quick, precise, and very helpful, he worked with me with my situation but the wait time to get serviced and get out was extremely long and drawn out! I kept getting etas pushed back and caused me late daycare fees . I was happy with car but not with service ultimately.

Bought my first car here and it was a great car but I went in for the second car and the breaks were bad, I had no AC so I told them and they fixed the problem. (Temporarily) they do temporary fixes to the cars so that everything seems fine. A week later my AC stopped working again and a month after having the car it broke down and turns out I need a whole new battery as well. I’ve referred multiple family members to VIP since my first experience was good but their cars also have broke down within a month.

Went in in desperate need of a car while not thinking I’d be able to walk away with one at the same time. Ran into Luis here and he made it happen. I’m incredibly grateful for his patience with working with us.

First car was great simple easy experience but after a few months i traded it in, Drove the new car off the lot and after a few days it started sounding funny and whining. Turns out the rear differential was old and already falling apart and now needs a complete replacement. The cars drive off the lot fine but don’t last very long.

I had this post back when my car had no problems now we getting into fall and the cold my heater doesnt work. It doesnt blow any warm air even when the temp is cranked all the way to max so I can see out of my front and back window. VIP Motors you better fix this so I dont get into a wreck or not else bad happens I shouldnt have to check every little detail on a car and just assume that everything will be fine.

I’ve had my car from them for about 5 months and a new problem as come up every month since I got it. The ac went out within the first month of having it. Needed new tires when I got it. Now has an antifreeze leak. Check engine light is on, and who knows what else it needs. It’s a 2015 and already has more problems than any car I’ve had

Bought a vehicle from them with very low mileage the middle of July. Asked is there were any problems with the vehicle and was told no. Two weeks later, the engine completely went out. Was told all vehicles are inspected before put out on lot. They refuse to help in anyway and I’m still obligated to pay for it. As well as spend close to $7,000 just for labor and a new engine. Almost the same price as what I financed the vehicle for. Will never buy from them again. Just a waste of money.

My daughter got a car from them, less then a month ago the check engine light was on they had her take it in for repairs, she did, but the check engine light is still on the problem wasnt fixed and now they wont even return a phone call, to her. Im sorry last I knew check engine lights automatically make it FAIL EMISSIONS. but some how it hasnt, hmmm seems fishy to me. Maybe complaints to the state about this might light a fire under their lazy butts to be honest and not cheat people.

Went in to look at a Mazda 6 I test drove it came back and I handed the guy the key then he sat on his computer doing whatever acknowledged me after like 7 minutes and asked oh do you want to finance it? I said yes then he went back on his computer and forgot I was there while Im in front of him. Terrible service would never refer anyone there. Would give it negative 5 stars but I cant.

I was looking for a car under $5000 for my daughter, luckily I seen a Kia in my price range. I filled out a credit application and got a immediate response and I qualified for zero down which helped me out extremely, on the way up there I received a text explaining the payments and everything that was included in that payment. Got there test drove it and signed the paperwork. 100% pleased with how quick and easy it was. My daughter loves her car and I couldn’t be happier with the payment being low enough for her to cover it herself (they appreciate things more when the have to pay for it) 😊 I would recommend them hands down.
