I brought in my car for repair explaining clearly that it was making a grinding sqweeking noise upon morning start up until the engine warmed up. They fixed the power steering pump, etc., and after pick up the next morning the same noise was there. I brought the car back, and they said again it was the power steering pump, etc., and fixed the same thing and again after pick up the next morning the same noise was there. I wrote a letter to them but they have not responded yet for NOT fixing the problem I brought it in for originally (and they had the car a total of around 7 days). If they respond I will be happy to revise or write a better review, but I DO NOT plan to get a car serviced here again at this time.

I had a great buying experience at Provo Buick GMC Cadillac. We visited a few times to look at and test drive different cars. We werent ready to buy and they were very patient with us and let us look at and test drive everything we wanted to see.When we were ready to buy, they didnt pressure us to buy upgrades and extended warranties. They laid out the options and pricing then left the decision to us.Financing was great too not only did they work to find us the best interest rate, they went above and beyond and got us the best interest rate at our preferred lender.

I made the appointment on line only using your website only to find out that the systems dont talk. However the service written was able to get me in for an oil change and fuel filter change on a Duramax. I was on vacation and in the area and needed the work done.When I got the bill of $292 I felt that was very high. I got charged $103 for a fuel filter change and $99 for the oil change. The rest of the bill was parts.

I was not impressed. When I set up the appointment I told them the issue and they told me great bring it in and we will get it fixed up. I set the appointment for three weeks later. When I brought it in they called me later confirmed the issue, but no part and needed to order it. I would need to leave my vehicle, should have it ready the next day. Would have been really nice to know ahead of time so I could have made arrangements that they would need to order the part. I had to have my vehicle, so in a put out way they agreed to have my vehicle ready to pick up. I was told they would call me when the part arrives. It was supposed to be the next day and we are now five days later and no call. A little communication could go a long way.

Just bought a new Buick Enclave from Provo Buick GMC. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I came down from Idaho to buy from them, and it wont be the last. There was no pressure from any of the staff. They were all extremely personable and happy to help or answer any questions. Ready for this....? The whole paperwork process and signing took 5 minutes. They handed me the keys and I was genuinely shocked at how quick the whole buying experience was. Let me just say that this delearship is doing business right. This will not be our last buying experience from Provo Buick GMC!

We went to Provo Buick not expecting to make a purchase today but just shop around and see what was out there. Nick came out to help us and was wonderful. We ended up test driving 5 cars. He was very patient and helpful without the car salesman pressure. John in sales is amazing! I HATE shopping for a new vehicle and usually stay away from certified dealers because of the pushy salesman. I went in to test drive a few trucks and loved the experience. They dont keep you in there forever like other dealers do and usually get right down to the point with any questions or numbers! I was about to pull the trigger on a brand new truck but ran into some issues that didnt allow me to go through. I talked to john and he totally understood. He wasnt rude and I hope he doesnt feel like i wasted his time. Anytime Im shopping for a vehicle this will be my first (and probably) last stop. Not joking, go see John! I left my car at the service center early in the morning asking that I be called as soon as they knew what had to be done. Late in the afternoon I called them, and got oh I forgot to call you..My main concern was my car hadnt been starting, we replaced the battery. My son called the next morning and was told they were working on the air conditioner, which was also a concern but isnt any good if the car wont start. he was told I would have to leave my car another night. Nope, that didnt work. I am not happy with how that went.When I bought my car at Harmons I took it back there for all servicing and was always satisfied until they changed service managers.I will not be returning

Deceptive practices of switch and bate!!!! Buyer BEWARE!!! My original build for my 2021 Escalade from back in July included an additional $2000 option for Night vision in which my delivered Escalade did not come equipped with even though I had been told several times that the reason my build had taken so long was due to being held up for the Night Vision option. Not once had anyone mentioned to me that the vehicle, I signed for did not come equipped with the features I had originally intended to have. I may have caught the missing option had someone from the dealership actually taken the time to do a proper delivery of the vehicle by walking through the vehicle and going over the features along with helping set up everything, in which none of the proper delivery process took place. When I first arrived to sign for the vehicle, I had noticed horrible swirl marks in the brand-new paint. After complaining to the dealership, someone apply some hand wax which still left blemishes to be noticed. I still have marks on the fabric, the steering wheel and other areas that are not acceptable. I paid over $100k to have a service of buying a used $5000 vehicle from a used car lot, NOT the Cadillac experience I had envisioned. I would like someone from Corporate to reach out and make this right, this kind of business is not good business and should not be allowed. I have tried reaching out to the GM Phil, not once will he take my call or return my call.. I guess they pulled a fast one on me and have my money so they are gone out of the picture.. I would like the original intended vehicle as I had anticipated, blemish free.

Initially, the Service Advisor totally ignored my telling him that I was returning the vehicle for repairs, and charged me $140 to diagnose the problem. They called and wanted to replace the same parts they had replaced less than 2,ooo miles before. Still, they ignored my request.I made an appointment to see the General Manager and showed him and a representative of the service department. After explaining my problem and showing them my records, they agreed to make the necessary repairs and refund my recent payment. I reminded the service person that I wanted reimbursement while picking up my vehicle. He said he would: remind the necessary party,and that the check would be mailed to me.I have not seen a check. I have waited several weeks.

I Shopped around and can not believe I did not buy from here before. I don’t normally write reviews but in this case I felt I should. These guys are simple and good. I never felt anything where the customer experience was negative. Let’s face it the customer experience in buying a vehicle can be terrible. From top to bottom, Hayden, Gary and Craig were great. They never pushed for anything. They took their time with me and no bull. Just a simple good deal. I bought from another dealership before and I can say that comparing the two was totally different. I know this is somewhat incredible to believe but they were humble guys, who knew the trucks inside and out. They made one offer to me and it was by far and away better than my previous one. They looked at my trade and more than exceeded my expectations. I will never go anywhere else again. Gary offered to give me ride on the way home if needed. Craig, helped me with my son. I’m not needy at all but appreciative. I am willing to be commented on and will respond to any questions. I’m from Florida and this was simply dealing with humble gentlemen who cared. A simple buying experience that I loved. Ill be back. Tried the others on a 2018 Denali and this with a AT4. The best thing I can say is customer for life because of the experience with the 3 men that helped me.

Harmons Dealership and my salesmen, Garry Owen, were extremely easy to work with from start to finish. Garry was upfront and honest about pricing (which was very important since I was flying in to buy from out of state), knowledgeable about the product, and very professional/courteous. The final sales contract signing was a breeze and I was not overwhelmed with pressure to buy back-end products (warranties, loan insurance, etc.). Garry even arranged to driver to pick me up from the SLC airport at no cost. Amazing service! Overall, this was an excellent and low stress buying experience and well worth the trip from Scottsdale, AZ. Wish I lived close enough to use Harmon for my factory maintenance. Great work! Ill have no hesitation to purchase from Harmons again and/or refer family/friend to do the same!

Got into a car accident and had to get my bumper fixed. I’m still fairly new to Provo, so I had my insurance provide a few options for who to look into and Harmons was one of the options. And boy did I choose the right one! I came in not really sure what I was doing because I’ve never been in an accident before. Luckily, the guys here are super friendly and more than willing to help. Once they found out that my car was the only mode of transportation for me and that I was up the creek without a paddle, they jumped right on it. My car was fixed by the end of the next day! Ive bought three gmc trucks from this dealership. The first had a problem with the battery going dead.They found the cause after three visits and several years. Then GMC said the problem was found and they would fix it for free if I had less than 70,000 miles on it . By then I had over 80 K. I lost out. So I traded it in on a new one. It ran fine, but it had cloth seats which generated static electricity every time I got out of it. I had owned an 89 GMC with hurkulon seats which generated no static so I thought I was safe. Wrong! I could light up the garage at night just by getting out of my truck. One last try, we bought a new 2017 Yukqn XL Denali to the tune of almost 80K. It runs fine and is a comfortable road machine. So far the only thing I question is why the first set of tires wore out so fast. I bought a second set and made sure they had a long mile rating. So far, so good.

We had been researching the Buick Enclave for some time and went in on the Labour Day sale because the online prices were so good. We were helped by Jameson who was polite and knowledgeable. He has continued to be in touch with us even after the purchase, which shows a great business ethic. I would highly recommend this place. There were no annoying sales tricks, like going to the back and clearing prices with a secret boss. It was straightforward and simple. The way car buying should be. We even left to go for lunch and think about it a little more. No high pressure tactics, like it might be gone when you come back, just great, friendly interactions. We are proud to support a local business, but this local business also had the best prices in all of Utah on these vehicles. James, the finance guy, was efficient and friendly. We would recommend to friends and family and will be coming here for our service too.

Ok to start off I was looking for a used truck. I seen a 2010 Dodge Ram 2500 online at this dealership. I called the salesman asked if I could come look at it that afternoon. He agreed. This truck is cherry red and very low miles. Upon arrival I noticed the truck was there however it was missing the running boards. My buddy and I test drove it with the salesman and looked it over. The truck seemed to ride rough at highway speeds but I figured it was just the tires. I purchased the truck that evening. The salesman was firm on price stating he put a bunch of money into the truck. Here is the funny part, actually not funny. I drive the truck 200 miles come to find out all 4 shocks Bad. The brand new tires they stated were just put on not balanced all four were out of balance 5 oz. after replacing shocks rebalancing tires I am now 500$ plus on repairs. Mind you I have had the truck 48 hours! Still experiencing vibration That day the check engine light comes on codes state intermittent voltage and turbo malfunction. I contacted the salesman he was very reluctant to help or assist in helping me out. Salesman says well give me a receipt and we will try to get our vendor to pay you back for wheel balancing. He was asking for documentation on diagnostics. I own my own scanner and do most my own repairs. After reviewing the codes I looked at the batteries again one was new and one was 6 years old. Diesels should have their batteries changed in pairs. Not here they cut a corner. I purchased a turbo at this point at the tune of $2000.00 dollars. After the turbo was installed I receive a DPF code which needs another $700.00 service. I believe this dealership new about these items before purchase. At the time of purchase they kept trying to push the extended warranty which I kindly refused. I thought a low mile 6.7 Cummins was a safe buy! Boy was I wrong. This vehicle was misrepresented from the start. I am getting these items fixed as we speak and the exhaust DPF bake won’t be finished until Monday. The majority of dealerships have some sort of package to take care of recent purchases like a 30 day 3000 mile, nope not these guys. As is deal is as is on day 1!!! Buyer beware from this dealership place!!!!! I bought the truck three weeks ago and have hardly driven it!!

I came into Harmon with a tire that needed replacing. Due to some complications with how the dealership I purchased my car from had logged all the after-market options sold to me, the Service team was unable to find my tire coverage. After several calls with the original dealer, we were able to track it down. Throughout, Jacob at Harmon was incredibly helpful, supportive, and clear on the couple of things he needed to get me back on the road. Unlike other dealerships he didnt play any games or try to push a truck on me that I didnt want. He listened to what I wish list and only showed me the trucks that had the options I wanted. We came here looking for a new car after our family outgrew our current fleet. The crew at Harmons took great care of us! We got an awesome deal on a great used GMC Yukon and the car looked/drove/felt brand new! The sales staff walked me through all of the cars features, including a deep dive into the infotainment system options and what all the buttons on the dash do. I felt like an expert when I drove it off the lot. The finance officer worked hard to get us a great interest rate on our financing and even helped me get the most money possible on my trade in. UPDATE: We had a neighbor back into our car and cause some significant damage to the front end fascia and bumper. We went back to Harmons service center and body shop and they made the car like brand new all over again in just a few hours. Fantastic cars, fantastic service. Next time I need a car Ill go back to Harmons first.

The James and Russell team are extremely easy to work with! Our transaction was totally hassle-free. We didnt have to endure even one second of the dreaded high pressure sales tactics, so typical of most dealerships. Since I was already familiar with the car I was interested in, had done all my research and I knew that they had one on their lot at a good price, there were no surprises. If you can believe it, I did the entire negotiation over text with Russell. I never knew that was possible. This took all the pressure off and gave me time to contemplate my options and verify their calculations. Once I settled on the terms that worked best for me, they prepared all the paperwork and it was ready upon our arrival. We were literally in and outta there in 20 minutes. We have gone to Harmons for several vehicles over the years and always came back bc of the wonderful service and the way we were treated like family for a long time. But this time we leased a car for three years from them. I spent $200 to have the car detailed, put brand new tires on it before we turned it in. Leased by a grandma with no kids at home... they charged us $1000 for what any other dealer would see as normal wear and tear on a vehicle after 3 years - and they forgot to credit us for any of our unused mileage as we always purchase excess mileage at the beginning of a lease. We did immediately send them $500 (half of the charges) and sent them a polite letter asking about the credit for our unused miles and wanting to discuss the charges. Instead of bothering to pick up a phone or try to resolve our differences, they immediately dinged our credit, and for twice what we owed them!! No phone call nothing... We also had paid to have a protective bra put on the car and around door handles to avoid any bug damage etc., in order to avoid any little dings that will naturally occur in the course of owning a vehicle. We’ve leased cars for 30+ years and always turn them in after three years and this is the first time we were treated like this and charged for false fees, which really shocked us bc of the great service we have had in the past with them. Needless to say Harmon’s has lost our business.

Third vehicle I have purchased from Harmons. One Cadillac, one Sierra 1500 and just purchased a 2015 Denali. Always treated with respect and professionalism. Their service department is honest and competent. The owners (my experience was with Mark) are present, on-site, at the dealership. My salesman, Russ was extremely knowledgeable, very forthright, no pressure, accommodating and personable. He knows his products and was no nonsense, yet very friendly. He ended up finding my truck still being built in the factory and got it here in record time. Loved working with him. When it came time for the painful part I worked with James, their business manager and the experience was painless. He was upbeat, appreciative, very capable and worked to find me the very best financing terms available. He too is personable and pleasant to be with. Harmons has a history of keeping their employees for a long time which comes from them being treated well. I love their no haggle pricing. The trucks are very fairly priced and I have always received a good bang for my buck. Love this dealership!!

They will discount the car, but hide profit in monthly payments so you would think you are getting a good deal, but in reality overpay a lot of money. When you catch them doing so they will say that they dont want to do business with you and will straightforward lie to other people that you were rude to them. BE AWARE, use online loan and lease calculators before you sign anything. No one from the management ever called me to find out whats going on. I did not even know businesses like this still exist.

We purchased a new Buick yesterday and had a great experience again at Harmons GMC. Mickey, James, and Craig were great in helping the process go fast and easy for us. There are none of the high pressure sales tactics you see at many other places. The prices start where they need to be to make the buying process simple. We were able to purchase a Buick over $6000 below sticker with a GMC incentive and ended up with a much nicer car then any similar size with less options for thousands less. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Harmons and would highly recommend using them for all of your vehicle needs.

Me and my husband just bought a Buick Enclave from Harmons. It was completely stress free to buy the car. We pulled in and was looking at them Mickey came out and told us the one we were looking at happened to be the only one they had on a Black Friday special gave us a price and asked us if we would like to test drive it. During the test drive we knew it was the car we wanted and knew the price he gave us couldnt be beat. It was an upfront experience didnt feel like we had to work to get the right price the bottom line was given to us from the beginning. James did all our financing and closing of the deal and made it super smooth for us. We were introduced to everyone around us from the parts department, secretaries, and service department. It was an amazing experience. I have never been to a dealership and walked out with the feeling that they really cared like I did when purchasing the car from Harmons. We will be back for our next vehicle!!!

We drove from Cedar City to Provo to purchase our new Cadillac SRX. Because of the terrific experience and the wonderful treatment from Jameson and James, I would do it again tomorrow. I really liked the laid back approach the salemen had with us. Very low pressure, they were very kind, professional and helpful. They processed our sale quickly, and did not push us to add on anything or do anything we didnt want to. I would definitely use them again. I especially LOVE their low prices, honesty, and lack of marking the cars up to crazy prices. They were more than fair. If I could critique anything, it would be that they were so low pressure, they really let us find our own car. If we hadnt found the one we wanted on the lot by accident, we would never have known about it! They didnt tell us about it because we were interested in another car at the time. Otherwise, everything went great!

I just bought a used car from this guys and it was such an easy process and it took very little time. I found the car online and I started talking with Nate and he was super helpful about the car. He answered all my questions about the car and was just a nice guy. James also helped me out a lot, he was very straightforward and didnt beat around the bush and I really appreciated that. I had never dealt with Harmons Cadillac Buick GMC before. My wife and I were actually set on buying a Lexus when we casually drove through the used car lot at Harmons. We didnt really see anything we were interested in initially then Nathan was assertive enough to point out a 2011 Buick Lacrosse with only 18,000 miles on it. We had not considered buying a Buick but I liked the looks of the car immediately and when we sat in this car it smelt and looked brand new. The car was absolutely loaded and had more features than the Lexuss we had been looking at. We took it for a drive and were sold on it right off. While it was not a steal the car was a really good value. Nathan was professional honest and fair during the whole sales process. The service was and has been excellent since we bought the car and Nathan has called at least 4 times in the last month to check in and see how we are doing with the car. I would absolutely do business with Nathan and the Harmons team again.

We have never been treated so great at a dealership. Mickey made buying our new car slick and easy. We have bought over 6 brand new vehicles and this was definitely the best. James was very personable and knowledgeable during the signing of the papers. Normally we dred that part of the car buying experience, but he kept conversation alive and made it very pleasant. I recently bought a Yukon from these guys. Two months ago I bought another vehicle from another dealer. Let me just say that James at Harmons renewed my lost faith in this experience. Wonderful! What brought me in to buy my second vehicle was Josh in the service department. The vehicle I bought from another dealership was throwing a scary transmission code and out of warranty. I had been told by the other guys that it meant a new transmission would be required. (This was without a proper diagnosis). I took it to Josh at Harmons who had Larry run a diagnostic and determined a simple $60 switch had failed. I bought the switch, fixed it on my own and it has run smooth since. These honest guys saved me $3,000, and thats why I bought my next car from them. James in sales made the car buying experience smooth, fast and relaxed. Was having ongoing issues with my 2016 GMC Duramax truck. Jacob, got it right in and repaired it quickly. His tech also figured out why the truck kept having the same issue, which 3 other GM dealers couldnt. Best experience Ive had with a GM shop. We have already recommended Harmons dealership in less than a week after getting our Canyon. We appreciate Mr. Mickey Howard and his assistance with our vehicle. He was always informative and stayed in contact with us. Every email or phone message was answered promptly. We felt connected to the dealership rather than a sale to close. Russell was amazing to work with! My husband and I had researched trucks online and called to let him know we wanted to test drive one at Harmons. When we got there, Russ answered our questions without pressure and then handed over the keys. We loved the car buying experience we got at Harmons. Other dealerships are pushy and make you feel pressured to purchase a car that day. Russ helped us out and answered all of our questions honestly. He was very forthcoming with all the info about the vehicles and we felt like we could trust him. Russ also was able to give us print outs of all our possible payment options for a lease or a purchase. That was very helpful to be able to take home and look over to make our decision. The best experience ever in my life buying a new car! James and Russell were so kind and so fair, it was hard to believe. The transition from trading in my 2006 Chevy Trail Blazer with 35,000 miles, and getting a 2014 Buick Premium Enclave with 12 miles on it went so smooth, I think Im still in shock as to how easy it was!. I had just purchased a used Cadillac in Phoenix and was driving home to Montana. The heat was not working well and so I called ahead to the service department of the closest Cadillac dealership, which was Harmons. I told them how far away I was so they knew when to expect me. However, I was making real good time and I showed up half an hour earlier than they anticipated. I walked in and they said were expecting you and were ready. Because I had just bought the car used and was driving a great distance they looked the car over to be sure everything was in working order. They couldnt fix the heating system but set me up so that at least I had some warmish air blowing to get me home. Plus they felt so bad they couldnt fix the car and knew I was heading into several winter storms so they didnt charge me labor. My mother was with me and we both work in a service related industry. We were so impressed with Harmons and their courteous care of us and our car. They went way above and beyond what I was expecting and made a huge impression on 2 very jaded people.

Mickey gave us a call when the new Terrains came in. He made it very simple and easy to pick a new one. He gave us a quote that was too good to be true. But then him and James (in finance) made it happen! I didnt think there was any way they could pull it off. Harmons is definitely a different kind of dealership. Loved my sales guy when I bought a New GMC Yukon Denali. I actually bought the GMC over the Chevy solely based on the sales guy. However when I have taken the car in (far to many times for a NEW car) the service has not been good. The guys helping me are always nice but the mechanics NEVER can fix the issues. They always say there is nothing wrong. The problems still occur and I take it in again and again. My friend has had the same experience and told me he now goes to another GMC dealership to get the services done when needed. Looks like I am headed there moving forward. Again buying the car GREAT experience. Service needs after the car is purchased HORRIBLE.

Great service center. A few months ago I had some issues with my 2009 Acadia. It needed new timing chains, which is an expensive repair requiring the engine to be dropped from the vehicle. I got a quote for the repair at a different GMC dealership in the Salt Lake Valley (because its closer to me), however the people on the forums online told me that the quote was MUCH too high. I then contacted Harmons and received a quote more in line with what others had posted. Ive always found Harmons to be fair and honest with me, and Ive used their service center several times.I dealt with Jacob, who always kept me up to date on my repair and was very professional, regardless of how many questions I asked him.Its been a few months since the repair and I havent seen any leaks. The vehicle honestly is running like new again. I also had an engine mount replaced, spark plugs replaced, and a few other things.Great experience. Thanks guys!

Had a really great buying experience this past Friday. Have been thinking about replacing my 98 Chev pickup for years now. Finally decided several weeks ago if I did move forward it would be a 2014 or 2015 GMC. Wednesday a close friend told me about great pricing on 2014s. Searched on the net Thursday eve and found my perfect replacement vehicle at Harmons GMC in Provo, Utah. It was priced just over $10,000 BELOW, MSRP. Was pretty sure there was a catch, some discount that wouldnt apply etc, buying vehicles can be a bunch of B.S. Friday morn called, drove down, looked, it was as advertised and NO B.S. Wrote a check, left 15 minutes later. Came back that eve with my wife, spent another 20 minutes and left with the new 2014 Jimmy. My thanks to Craig, Mickey and James. Easiest and best 35 minutes ever spent buying a vehicle. Great people/dealership.

Best car buying experience Ive ever had (and Ive been buying cars for a while). Salesman Mickey Howard was honest, friendly, knowledgable, and courteous without even a hint of pushiness. He got me an outstanding deal--best price and service around. He is a true professional and a credit to Harmons. Finance manager James was equally as good, with all the same qualities. James expertise and service orientation allowed him to find financing that even blew away my own credit unions very good deal. I will definitely do business with Harmons again, and with Mickey and James in particular. Even if I was on the fence about whether to buy a Harmons brand (Cadillac, Buick, or GMC) or another brand I would purchase Harmons because I know Ill deal with honest and capable people. Harmons is now my go-to dealership for new and used car purchases.
