This is my second experience with Chris at Tyacke Motors, and I really felt the need to acknowledge what an amazing experience I had. Unfortunately, I feel it is becoming more difficult to find businesses who really care and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is taken care of from start to finish. Tyacke is a family business and you can tell... they treated me like family. Buying a car can be an intimidating and many times unsatisfying experience. I had a great experience buying a new car here last week. I had been looking everywhere for a newer standard transmission Mazda 3 sedan, and hadn’t had much luck until I saw a listing on KSL that seemed too good to be true! I went to check it out at Tyacke Motors and soon realized it was not too good to be true - it exceeded my expectations actually. The advertisement was honest and clear and the car was a really good deal. I have been to a few dealerships that have given off shady vibes, but this one felt the opposite, very welcoming and transparent. The staff was SO nice and accommodating, and I was able to walk out with a new car when I was expecting it would take a few days. They were able to take care of the loan and registration right on the spot, and even helped me take the car to my house since I had come by myself. I have been so happy with my purchase and my experience and would recommend this place to everyone!

One word I would use to describe them would be Refreshing. It was so awesome to finally find a dealer that was so honest and non-pushy sales attitude. My wife and I had been looking for a clean vehicle for a while. And when looking at vehicles other dealers labeled clean, I began to think I had an entirely different definition of the word. Here is a quick list of the many positives; 1. They let our mechanic check the vehicle out before purchase(he said it was spotless), 2. They were able to do very low rate financing in house (beat our own credit union), 3. Made every attempt that we were happy with our accessories, 4. Gave us top dollar on our trade-ins, 5. Took extra time to show us how to maintain and care for our new truck. The only negative I can think of is that we didnt find them sooner! My wife and I look forward to buying many cars from them in the future.

Just bought a 2002 Toyota 4Runner from Tyacke Motors. Only had 52K miles on it and was like brand new. I was recommended by a professor who has bought a number of cars there over the years and told me it was the only place to go. I agree, they were awesome in every way. Tyacke Motors is the only place I will EVER buy a vehicle. I live in southwest Wyoming, and it is WELL WORTH the short 3 hour drive for the personal service and great vehicles. If they dont have what you want, they will find it for you - clean and with low miles. They are not like most dealerships with some obnoxious high pressure salesman, they are there only to help and make sure you are happy. They try to give you a whole we only buy the best and as super mechanics all our cars are inspected and in great condition Well after showing us a vehicle and telling us how amazing a condition it is in, as well as telling us how wed have to put it in our will because of how long it would last, it died on the side of the road during the test drive. Honestly, the most legit car dealer in the area. I am a long time customer and have had many positive experiences with the owners and salesmen. The used car factory! The guys at Tyacke motors have an incredible knack for finding beautiful, low mileage used cars. Sometimes its like they have their own factory. My wife, daughter, and I are all driving cars we have bought there. Over the years weve bought 7 or 8 cars there. I asked them to find me a sports car so they used their contactsand found me a gorgeous little Silver BMW M-3 Convertible, 350 h.p., in like-new condition, LOW miles, very reasonable price! They also back up their cars and happily fix the little stuff that invariably pops up in the first week or two when you buy a used car, this happened to us a couple of times and the repairs/tweeks were taken care of immediately! There is no other dealer Id go to!

My Wife and I bought a Truck from Tyacke motors back in 2016. We found out we were missing some components in 2019. I called Stayton and he said he would take care of us. He spent over $5k repairing/putting in the parts we were missing. And on top of that he gave us a loaner car so we could continue about our day. I found Tyacke Motors on KSL and was impressed with their quality. I was even more impressed when I got to the dealership and the vehicles looked just like the pictures, and that is saying something. Long story short, we took a Chevy Tahoe to our mechanic to look at and he was impressed at the quality of the vehicle and what the dealership had done to it to get it ready for sale. Any minor repair mentioned was promptly taken care of no questions asked. Overall we decided to go with a larger vehicle that would fit our family better. I have known Stayton for years, and think only the best of him and his employees. I have purchased 3 Toyota trucks from him in the last 5 years and each time I have felt no pressure and happy when I left the dealership.That being said, every single one of those trucks had to have the battery replaced within a year of purchasing the truck.My most recent purchase, a 2008 Tundra with a 6 inch lift (120K miles), has already had a few things break and I only bought it 6 months ago.I did NO off-roading from the time I bought it up until now but somehow one of the Fox racing shocks in the rear of the truck has gone out (fluid everywhere) and the other seems to be close to going out (wet ring around seal). To replace both rear shocks will cost me Over $300 in parts alone.One of my fog lights stopped working within 2 months of getting the truck. (This should be just a $15 fix)Yes, it is obviously a used vehicle and things will break, but I’ve had this kind of issue with every vehicle purchased from here.While each truck I have purchased has run fine, from my experience I would expect to have minor things break quick if you purchase from here.I don’t know if it is a result of poor inspections when the vehicles are brought in or what, but it seems consistent from my experience.I want to reiterate that the car buying experience here is fantastic and I will probably still purchase vehicles here, but I would definitely take potential purchases to your own mechanic before buying...which is something I’ve neglected to do.

Many times they have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help us out with the smallest problem. Even when the problem was my fault, Stayton came to the rescue with help, advise and often offering to fix it for a minimum fee.I dont trust car salesmen much, especially at large dealerships so whenever I or anyone in my family needs car advise I just say lets go over to Tyacke and chat.Besides their customer care, the quality of vehicles they deal with is outstanding. You can bet that when you set foot in their lot you are definitely in a lemon free zone.Our next purchase will be a car for my oldest teen and we will be visiting their lot once again. That will be the fourth car currently in use in our family, and ALL of them have the Tyacke logo in the back!

I have bought my last couple cars from Stayton @ Tyacke Motors! I absolutely love the service, how detailed they are with every step in the process, and I have also appreciated the friendly customer service Ive received each time I continue to go back.I am really picky about my cars, and want to make sure the new car Im buying is in the best possible condition. Stayton always went the extra mile to ensure my expectations were met.I am so comfortable with them, that I even bought a car while living overseas in Singapore. I told him what I wanted, what my expectations where etc. I purchased the car from him, and was thrilled when I picked it up once we landed in the United States. It was exactly what we wanted... clean, nice, and every detail was met!

I was looking at a 2007 Honda Pilot at Tyacke Motors this week. This vehicle was immaculate inside with minimal wear and tear outside. I was told that there was nothing wrong with this car. I performed a more meticulous inspection during my second test drive. I looked under the hood after hearing some creaking during a hard left turn. To my surprise I found some substantial repair worked related to what I assumed was a major front end collision. The structure of the vehicle was actually bent. It appeared that Bondo and spray paint was used to cover this damage. This was never disclosed to me in advance. The description of the vehicle used adjectives like absolutely mint condition, and fully serviced and inspected, needs absolutely nothing, which I believe was misleading.My accountability is that I did not ask to see the CarFax report on the front end of my shopping experience. This accident could have been exposed to me earlier in this documentation without the detective work. I also have to honor the many positive reviews about this business, which are numerous. This could be an anomaly or just a major oversight by the people who serviced the car and the ownership. My hope is that this was a mistake and not an intentional misrepresentation of Tyacke Motors product.I wish that I could recommend this dealership like so many others have previously. However, this experience exposes either gross negligence/incompetence in the people who service these vehicles or a level of dishonesty that is too cliche with used car dealerships.

Horrible nightmare experience! I bought from across the country and had the vehicle shipped. First, the delivery was 4 days late and the company was horrible. They were terribly unprofessional and didnt speak English. When the truck actually arrived, it was very apparent most of the description and my conversation with the owner/dealer was all a blatant lie. It was disgustingly dirty inside, wreaked like cigarettes and mold and was missing clips and other pieces. Underneath the truck was hundreds of pounds of red Utah mud and gravel. The gas tank had 4 of mud on top of it. The carpet had mud underneath it, dash vents were full of mud. Under the hood the fuse box was leveled off with mud and the airbox had obviously filled with mud, but had a new filter. Even the rear view mirror had mud in it. There were plenty of dents that werent disclosed and signs of serious off-roading. Drivers bedside had been crunched from rock crawling and there were lots of scratches and damage under all the mud. Gas tank had scratches from rocks. Also very very obvious was how they tried to cover all this up with an awful detail job. Tires were shot, battery was junk, tow harness broken and filled with mud, parts missing etc... STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this dealer. Wish I had. Youll also notice the reviews made after mine all sound like paid actors. Miraculously they all bought 4-5 cars! Hmmm, I call BS on this shady, unscrupulous dealer.
