Kerry and Sam are the best guys I have taken my car to. I can trust them with my car and pricing. They do great work and are honest about what you need and dont need. I will always go to them as long as I can. Good to know there are still honest mechanics out there.

SDS Auto Center just reached the point of retirement. Sold to Master Muffer. They have a group of very expert mechanics. And Master Muffler is going to update/refresh the building.

Absolutely did an immaculate job on my vehicle. I had initially took it to the Nissan dealership, but they lied to me. They told me that they rebuild my engine but they did not. I took it straight to Kerry at SDS, and it wasnt very long after that my engine was brand new, everything was pretty much brand new in the engine compartment, and it runs like a champ. Don’t go here, take time to look into a place that knows what they’re doing and checks the work before returning back.I took my car to a transmission shop and they recommended SDS auto when I asked who they thought would be good to go to for my A/C problem. Once the other shop worked on my car they took it over to SDS, where they said my car needed basically everything replaced saying it would be $1000... After picking my car up from the transmission place 2 weeks later I tested out my A/C in the parking lot to find out it still wasn’t working after spending 1K. I talked with them, they gave me SDS name and number, took my car over to have them look at it again and Scott says to me “didn’t you test it before leaving my shop when it was worked on?” I explained to him I didn’t take it to nor from. (But hey, Scott, don’t you test if it works before leaving your shop?) after he looked it over to see why the A/C was magically not working again he said it was because my A/C condenser got a hole in it between the two miles from he shop and said it would be around $400 to replace it and labor. Talked to him and he said he would just charge the rate of the part he was buying it for, for $75 (best rate he could find online) and then labor for $214. I took it else where to get a second opinion and the hole in the condenser had been there for sometime with how badly. For all I know he took my $1000 and did nothing or replaced it all when it didn’t need to be... but it’s clear, it was never tested after replacing whatever they replaced to see if cool air actually went through the vents, then try and blame it off of the customer for not checking it before leaving the shop. Which I did but was from the other shop..

Awesome work at the right price! Most people are used to getting ripped off at shops, which is why I do most of the work on my cars myself. I had three other shops look at my truck to get it to pass safety and they were all scratching their heads. The mechanic here found the problem and found a few things the other shops missed that I specifically asked them to focus on. Like I said most places you end up paying too much for mediocre work. But here you get excellent work at a fair price!

I was referred to this shop by a friend, and when I arrived, there was a group of people yelling and cussing in the parking lot at somebody. I left and took my car somewhere else, made me very uncomfortable and worried about their professionalism. Do not recommend this shop.

These guys are awesome, experienced mechanics. They really know what they are doing. They always do a good job on my cars. I would recommend them to anyone. They are the most affordable, and do the best work.

SDS Auto is the best mechanic in Utah Valley. This is very much a family business. While Scott handles the logistics his brothers are repairing cars as fast as they get them. The integrity of these guys is top notch; zero BS. They explain problems well and give you options and opinions and let you decide. I have referred everyone I know to SDS Auto and my five brothers and parents have used them exclusively for the past eight years. I cant say enough good things.

My Toyota was pulling to the left, so I went in for an alignment (I usually get all my alignments there since a few local tire shops recommended them-- I figure they dont have a dog in the fight, so they are giving out unbiased info). Anyway, the guy from SDS drove it around the block and said it was actually the tires and that they needed to be changed ASAP and didnt charge me. I didnt believe him (tires looked almost new) so I kept driving... until I had a blowout in Fillmore, UT. It was bad tires (defective) after all. They know their stuff and didnt charge me, so I trust them. Going back later this week for tie rod ends on my business delivery van.

Awesome guys, I did not have to much time and I was on ruth and they worked with me and made room did it a great job with the service that I need. I highly recommend them this place and the price is very reasonable.

Awful place, lied through their teeth several times with us. First they were 100% sure it was the spark plugs, nope. Then they were 100% it was some sensor, nope. Then they were 100% sure it was this other sensor, yes. We were told that they wouldnt charge for the labor on the other things. They had our vehicle for about a week, whenever we would call for an update we would get the run around and were told we had to speak with Scott. But he was never around to talk to. They would say he just left but will be back in an hour. We would call back in two but then come to find out he was never there and wasnt planning on being there for several days. Then when it was fixed and was time to pay, even though we were told they wouldnt charge labor, just parts, for the wrong fixes. They again lied and charged us over $450 for parts and all the labor. I was livid, but again Scott was no where to be seen. We came here because it was highly recommended by several of our friends, even they were disappointed in how we were treated. Now I tell everyone not to go here because its a rip off.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DEPEND ON YOUR CAR! I dropped my car off this morning (a Friday) for an oil change and brakes if they had time. They told me they would call me when they knew if they could get to the brakes or not. Instead, they left and went home for the weekend, and locked my car in the back lot. I am single with no one to come get me and live 20 miles from their shop. They knew I was leaving town and now I dont have a way to the airport either. I am stranded and it is squarely on them. I can not imagine any auto shop being so completely incompetent. And I was going to trust them with my brakes!

LOVE THIS MECHANIC!!!! As soon as I pull in, he talks to me, pulls my car into a bay, looks at what the problem might be, discusses options, what he or I could do, and schedules a time to fix it. He stays late to get it done by my deadlines... even at the expense of missing the first half of a JAZZ game. Hes very affordable, and if his estimate ever changes, he calls me before doing anything. Ive had him do little and big fixes, things like passing emissions to putting in a new engine. Hes amazing! I recommend him constantly to all my friends.
