Left with AC barely working. Said it was probably my fault and they could not check it for a month. Acted like toothless hillbillies. Go to advanced air. They actually know ac units. Stay professional. Fast Lane was extremely rude.

To be quite honest not one of the best its the best auto repair shop Ive been to in years. So glad to have met the friendly and knowledgeable folks there. They fixed my problem and the cost was right around what I had hoped for. Highly recommend the folks at Fast Lane Performance!

I’m very glad I found Fast lane performance by accident. My car broke down and they were the closest shop to me. They got me in the same day, found the problem, and fixed it. Another shop had the car for a couple of days and didn’t find what was wrong nor did they want to spend the time to figure it out. Dan is incredibly thorough and takes the time to explain to you what’s going on with your car unlike other shops that just want to get you in and out and charge you. I will gladly go to fast lane for any car repairs I need in the future!

Fast Lane Performance is excellent. I have been going to him for 18 years. He is honest and show you why he has to do whatever to your vehicle. Shows you the part always and guarantees his work. I am a single woman and he has never taken a vantage. My truck is a 1994 and has over three thousand miles on it and still runs excellent because of Dan the owner. I do not let anyone else work on my truck except him.

My family and I have been going to Dan for over 20 years.... His work is THOROUGH, intelligent and Superior among any other ... Just replaced an engine for me and their work was amazing, fast and reliable. They are the only people in the area that I would trust with an engine replacement. I highly recommend Dan and his team.

Dan is the best mechanic in the area. I used to work on my own cars, but when I can get Dans level of expertise at the prices he charges, that doesn’t make sense any longer. Dan’s little ‘hole-in-the-wall’ shop was the best find I’ve made in the Prescott area. ...and everyone I’ve recommended him to agrees!

Went to Galpin & quoted about $1500. I cried to a friend who said she only trusts Fast Lane in PV to do good work AND cheaper. Sure enough, it doesnt take long to figure out they are honest & have quality parts. Dan explained how some parts are from Mexico but most from China.wont cut corners. It still turned out to be just over half the price! Even including three out of four broken motor mounts that Galpin missed. Ill definitely be back and have been telling all my friends and neighbors 2 come here. Joey really sweet and knowledgeable.Dan said they dont care about reviews they are all word-of-mouth but I had to throw in my two cents and contribute to the word of mouth

I totally trust Dan, unlike a lot of other places. He has an engineering degree from Embry Riddle, now where else can you find that kind of expertise? He is honest and yes, you pay for what you get but compare his estimates to a dealership. I will not go anywhere else.

Im reading these other ppls reviews from some years ago. I think its just a B.... fest. Dan is one of the most honest mechanics Ive met to this day. He is honest & reliable as a shop owner! Ive had my vehicle their a numerous amount of times. Being that I do own a older vehicle, it does need some extra TLC. Each time Im greeted nicely by Joey, a nice woman that will help as expected at the front desk. Dan has stood by his word & his work. Anybody who has a problem with the company should just go to Walmart to get there car work done. You pay for what you get. Thank you fast Lane for a reliable & trustworthy auto shop.

Worst place ever me and my husband showed up and wanted to get a quote for are breaks and he said between 200 and 400 he also was very rude to me not so much to my husband but if your a woman prepare for horrible customer service next we missed are appointment and he calls me to yell at me and tell me he will never work on my car again well thats fine took it to sun valley auto and don took one look and fixed what needed to be fixed and only charged me 50 bucks
