Always seem very helpful, mounted some tires that were given to me, others would not mount the as they didnt sell themBought lots of used tires for my trailer.

This is a cool hidden spot. They where fast friendly and awesome, Phil took really good care of us. He had us in and out within 20 mins or so. Will come back in January if need be.

Been the worst experience as a consumer Ive ever had. The price for the tires was good, Ill give them that. However, when I went back to patch a nail hole they did not let me use my warranty that I purchased, and in the process took my tire that only needed a patch and gave me a tire 2 sizes to big and messed up my aliment. So i went down the mountain and purchased tires elsewhere. Now not even 8 months after i purchased the set I now need to get another tire because they have tire rot. I will never recommend this place to anybody.

Heading back south after visiting my parents in Prescott, I noticed some wobbling. We pulled over and found our tire was almost bare and in very poor shape. We went to Alvarez without an appointment and they had us in and out in less than 20 minutes- and they were VERY busy! Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful and their price was extremely fair. I was very impressed and grateful that they got my family back on the road safely. Wonderful service!

These’s hard workers aren’t scared to get their hands dirty. They did a quick job on my vehicle for all four tires. They provide great service and, information for those in need. They inform you about any touch ups they notice to keep you safe on the road. For example my vehicle needs a brake change on the rear wheel and, I wouldn’t of know without their help. They get the job done and right. Thank you !

Ive been a customer for about 15 years and have never been unhappy with the service. The first time I went in the same work I was quoted $2500 for elsewhere cost me $800 at Alvarez and they did great work. Since that time Alvarez has been my go to place for maintenance and repair work and I have never been disappointed.

Alvarez saves the day. We blew a trailer tire up the road and rolled in just as they were closing. They literally had a new tire on the rim we brought in, in about 5 minutes flat. And everybody in there was smiling and super nice. Awesome way to run a business!

Service was fast, even on a Saturday; however, this was probably for a reason. They charged me $130 to mount and balance 3 tires on my 4runners stock wheels. Thats about $43.33 per wheel. Even more, they didnt have to take them off the car or install them because I brought them in the back of my truck. Outrageous pricing that left me feeling taken advantage of. Even more, I went back and they acknowledged that they overcharged me but did not give me the money back. Do yourself a favor and choose one of the many other upstanding automotive shops in the area.

Well the only thing that Im not happy which I talked to the owner Clint should put cover on customers seat when the workers test drive your car. All the worker pants are dirty than they sit on beige seats. My steering wheel was really dirty..(black)..before any worker entering in customers car should change there dirty gloves.Not to much to ask.

I called everywhere in town (4 new tires for my truck) and got the run around, I even had an appointment with another place (corporate chain) yesterday where I was quoted a price and when I showed up it was $400 more than what I was quoted and they had an attitude. Im not giving my hard earned money to anyone trying to play games! I called Alvarez and talked to Phil told him what I was looking for he gave me a great price on a better tire than the other place within my budget no BS! I showed up this morning they had me outta there in and hour, great service this is why we need to support local small business dont shop at corporate chains they will lure you in with seemingly great prices but then add a bunch of BS to jack up the REAL price and assume that because your already there youll pay up. No thanks Ill go ahead and keep that extra $400 you tried to ream me for and use it for my families needs. Big thanks to Phil and Alvarez Tires for keeping it real!

Did a good job fixing my tire and rotating the rest. I was concerned with his statement that tires should be re-balanced at rotation every 5,000 miles. This, in my opinion, is excessive. My truck tires have 52,000 miles and I have not followed nearly this strict a regimen. I rotate about every 20,000 without re-balancing and have had extremely good service.

Been going here for a few years now and there always so helpful when Im in a bind. Came in Friday afternoon to get my tire replaced and got a great deal with some used tires to hold me over til I can get newer ones. All the staff there are hard workers and really appreciate all the work they do!

Had some side by side tires put on. They were able to do had them done waited maybe one hour. Pretty much in and out.

Would not recommend this shop AT ALL!!! Had them put tires on my truck went to go drive it n was on the road going 45 when front driver side tire and rim flew off. Lost all the locking lug nuts and stripped my bolts. They told me they would fix it. Now they ignore me an still owe me a $300 atx series rim because the rim got egged out; therefore not road worthy. Ive been hassling them for the fix for 3 months now to have them send me my new rim.

Had tires changed on a car trailer and the young kids torque wrench wasnt working correctly and he broke 3 studs on a 5 lug hub and the tire shop owners refused to correct their employees damages. There were three different witnesses that saw the young kid jerking on the torque wrench and adjusting the torque setting as he was trying to tighten the lug nuts..

Very friendly prompt service. They do a lot more than just tires and their prices are a lot better than most places. Ive also just waited while they fixed my vehicle instead of leaving it for days until they get around to it like other shops like to do here.

Best price I could find on new tires and an alignment. $520 for a 2009 Honda CR-V. And they give you a discount for paying in cash. They also buy old tires that are in good condition.

Bought 3 sets of tires and had a lift done. No company has near the personal service that Alarez tires offers. My first experience was amazing. We were headed on a long trip and I had ordered tires. They did not come in, so the owner put a set of tires on just for my trip, and when we returned they put the tires on that I ordered. No additional fee, just his apologies and well wishes. They patch holes, and rotate free of charge. Many options to purchase including 90 days with no interest. Clint is an amazing guy, and one can tell that Alvarez is local and family owned, and earns business by having crazy low prices, huge inventory, and great knowledge, and the best customer service one can imagine. I went to Costco for years, but after dealing with The Alvarez family, I am hooked and recommend them to anyone. You can trust Alvarez.

Called mid morning to check on some used tires for my car, the man I talked to said he had 4 like new tires with a 2 year warranty for 250 dollars come in anytime, I said I would be there around 2 pm. I showed up a little before 2 and checked in at the office, the man i talked to asked who it was I talked to on the phone, but I couldnt remember,he said it would be about 20 minutes, so I waited. Meanwhile several cars came and left And a hr passed by along with multiple what they call technicians, I felt like they were ignoring me. At one point there was enough room in their always cluttered, unorganized lot for 8 more cars, but slowly it filled back up again. Needless to say I wont use or recommend these unprofessional clowns to anyone! I left.

Alverez tires in Prescott Valley were very honest and fair. Do not mistaken them for the Alverez Tires in Chino Valley. 2 different owners. Stay far away from Chino Valley shop.

Took a trailer to have a tire replaced. They stripped the studs on the trailer and refused to fix what they broke. The owner acted like he didnt care at all that his tech damaged our trailer. They were extremely unprofessional and rude.

Great place to get Tires

So would of been 5 star but unfortunately I saw they did something incredibly stupid. Brought my car in to get 2 lug nuts off due to them being stripped on the outside. Had a flat and couldnt change due to this. They were helpful and honest and helped with what I hopes for but I see now that they put back on the very same stripped bolts on my car when I was told theyd give me new lug nuts. To me putting on the same damaged lug nuts back on defeated the purpose cause Ill have to deal with this later
