This was the second windshield that I have had replaced by Adventure Auto Glass and I will continue to use them in the future should the need arise. Quality work done in a timely fashion. And they make a donation to local animal charities with each job - wonderful. Dave and his staff are the best!

They came to the house and did outstanding work on the windshield replacement for my truck. We have been using Dave and his team for about 8 years. The quality of service is top notch and Dave is always polite, honest and works very quickly. Over the years we have had windshields replaced as well as rear windows and side windows. Every time they have come to the house to do the work. Today due to the size of my truck I went to their shop to have the windshield replaced and the service was once again the best experience I could ask for. From the first phone call my experience was top notch from the person answering the phone to the technician that installed the window this was a very good experience. My window had been broken out and glass was everywhere and I really wasnt looking forward to cleaning it all up. After the technician left I went out to start cleaning up the glass and to my surprise the inside was much cleaning than I had left it ans no glass in sight, it was like the window breaking never happened. Thanks for the awesome service. I own my own company and really appreciate when people go the extra step, seems to be not as common as it used to be.

We have lived in Prescott Valley for 17 years. We have 6 vehicles in our fleet of personal vehicles. Previously, we have used 3 different glass companies in the Tri-City area, until we found Adventure Auto Glass.Hands down Adventure Auto Glass is the best. First, there is Karen. She was willing to call my Insurance company, and set up a 3 way call to approve insurance payment for the replacement windshield! It was easy, and only took 5 minutes. Best of all I didnt have to struggle with my insurance company, Karen did it all!My personal vehicle is a Jaguar XJ8. I dont let anyone touch my baby, except for Dave, and the team at Adventure Auto Glass. He actually replaced the Jag windshield at their new shop on 1st Street, and kept me in the loop for drop off and pickup. They provide excellent customer service. They have also come directly to our home in PV to replace the windshield in our other vehicles. They are always prompt, clean, and provide high quality workmanship.I highly suggest this company.

Amazing! Everyone in the office/shop was very friendly and helpful. We had issues starting our car in their lot (unrelated to their work) and two guys from the shop came out to help us. It was lunchtime and on the day they were moving, but they went way out of their way to help. Nothing bad to say about them at all. We will definitely be using them again!

I needed my front windshield replaced after a failed chip repair from another business. I drove to to Adventure Auto Glass to see about getting the work done. I made an appointment for the work to be done in the next few days. The work was done in a professional and timely manner. Dave and his staff were most helpful in getting the front camera calibrated properly on the same day as the windshield was installed.All in all, I had a very positive experience, and I highly recommend this locally owned business to anyone needing windshield repair work.

Dave and Jim showed up on time, worked tirelessly under my uninformed, but watchful eye. Dave gave me a step-by-step explanation. My new windshield was in about 90 minutes. Awesome customer service! They come out to your home to replace vehicle door windows and are quick to solve any issues, with a smile to boot. Im a returning customer and they find the right solution for any auto glass problem you may have, plus they are trustworthy and honest. I will definitely be using their services whenever I need auto glass repair or replacement. A huge bonus in my book is that they are an Animal Friendly company, supporting animal welfare and enable customers to do the same. They have a donation program called Adventure with Animals that allows customers to support animals in need when replacing a windshield and it doesnt cost any extra to do this!

Meticulous and friendly service! This is not your usual windshield repair company where the employees could care less about the quality of their work. These folks take pride in their work and are exceptionally friendly too. From where I sit, they are the ONLY place to go if you need a chip repaired or the windshield replaced in the Prescott area!

Excellent Service and Customer Care -- This was my first time using Adventure Auto Glass for a windshield repair and I was very happy with the overall experience. When I initially called Karen answered all my questions and helped me contact my insurance company to start a claim for the replacement. On the day of my scheduled appointment we had been receiving a lot of rain at my house so I called to let them know and see if we should reschedule. They ended up coming out later in the afternoon after the rain passed and I was very pleased they were still able to get it done the same day even though it was out of their scheduled time! Hopefully I wont be needing their services any time soon, but I will definitely be calling the next time I need glass repaired or replaced!

Our insurance company initially told us that Safelite was their preferred local vendor so we tried them. They were a total mess, came out 3 times with the wrong glass for our car, so we called it quits with them. Called Adventure- they were very responsive and happy for the business. Dave came out and on time, very professional and just a great guy. Said to call him if we have any problems at all. Great locally owned company. CALL ADVENTURE- you will be happy that you did!

I have a car port and was in the middle of switching the car around to replace my glass it taken 2 minutes to do . Apparently the owner is the one replacing the glass and dealing with customers. He is rude and condescending to me for no reason it wasnt even at my appointment yet. He had shown up early. I was just waiting for my roommate to move their car out.Edit: their company policy is a joke. I was nice to them. They were the ones that were rude we even recorded the phone conversation. In which they proceed to continue their abuse. I will not stand by and have you be rude to me because you couldnt wait 2 minutes.

Here is my more recent review from 2021: Today I picked up my wife’s SUV after Adventure Auto Glass replaced the windshield. This was the third time we have used Adventure, and every time has been a remarkable experience. I would like to mention a few specific points.First, Adventure dealt with our insurance company to get approval to order and install the OEM windshield rather than a cheaper Chinese-made replacement. Talk about going the extra mile! This means a lot to us, and since Adventure did all of the work it was one less thing for us to worry about.Second, Adventure took care of scheduling a technician to calibrate her vehicle’s safety and convenience systems after the install; that was yet another thing we didn’t have to worry about.Third, Adventure was able to transfer my wife’s employee sticker from the old windshield to the new. I know that doesn’t sound like a big deal, but it is. My wife works at a secure government facility, and that sticker is necessary for her to access her workplace. Replacing it would require her to go through her security office, which would be time-consuming and very inconvenient. Bear in mind that these stickers are designed specifically to *not* be removable, to prevent their being stolen and used by someone wishing to illegally access the facility. Any attempt to remove them should, by design, destroy them and render them unusable. Not only was Adventure able to transfer the sticker, it shows absolutely no sign of having been removed and re-applied. None. The transfer was flawless. In my opinion, this goes beyond mere technical expertise and into the realm of artistry.Fourth is the install itself. Even the closest examination did not reveal the slightest flaw. The replacement windshield looked exactly like the factory-installed original in every way. It was, quite simply, perfect.Although I hope that neither my wife nor I will ever again have our windshield damaged by a rock, in this area that is an unrealistic expectation. If (when) we suffer such damage in the future, we will once again use Adventure Auto Glass.***Here is my original review from 2019: My windshield had an altercation with a good-sized rock thrown by a truck, and the rock won. I selected Adventure Auto Glass based on others reviews, and on the fact that theyre a preferred installer for USAA. My original appointment was for Friday, but a last-minute change to my work schedule required me to call and re-schedule the on-site install. Adventure was able to send the team out a day early, within an hour or so after I called. I didnt expect them to be quite so efficient and prompt, and I was wearing headphones when they arrived. As a result, they had to wait for quite some time for me to realize they were there and to unlock my Jeep for them. Despite that, they were extremely courteous and professional, finishing the job quickly and well. They even noticed that my wiper blades were very worn, and they provided a complimentary set! I couldnt possibly have asked for anything more. I highly recommend these guys if you need auto glass work done.

I have used Dave & Adventure Autoglass several times before, on all of our family vehicles (pickup, SUV, compact Chevy HHR, and my Mercedes-Benz E320 sedan), and I am always impressed with their skill, service, and craftsmanship. Most recently (today), Dave and his assistant George came to my home in Cornville to replace a broken windshield on our Dodge Dakota. The weather was horrible, and traffic was dicey, but they honored our appointment, and got the job done with thorough attention to detail. I even pointed out a stone chip on our Ford Explorer, so we can plan a future appointment for an epoxy-bond repair.

Bad service

First speaking with dave and Karen over the phone was a breath of fresh air! 5 min and I had a quote for a new windshield and a scheduled date dave would meet at the house. I let dave know I would be looking around to compare and give a call back. There was no sales pitch or bs on the phone (probably because they know they are already the best price out here.) Called back and spoke to Karen who was more then helpfully! My appointment was set for 2pm to 4pm and Dave was at my house at 1:45 ready to dive in! One of the most honest down to earth business owners around and finished the job in record time. Even stuck around to socialize for 10 min afterwards. All around great service and will recommend them to everyone! Thanks again guys!

My windshield cracked on my 2005 Chevy Silverado 3500 and my insurance company hired Adventure Auto Glass to replace it. I received a call from Karen to set up an appointment that would fit my schedule.Karen is so friendly and dedicated to excellent customer service... I asked her to replace my cracked windshield with a OEM windshield.She couldve easily just said that my insurance hasnt approved the extra cost for an expensive OEM windshield, but instead, she went above and beyond. Karen spent 45 minutes on hold waiting to speak with the right person at the State Farm Insurance corporate claims office and actually got approval to have a OEM windshield ordered and installed at no cost to me! Then, when my schedule changed and I called to arrange a different installation time, she re-arranged things and worked it out for me.The whole experience was painless thanks to Karen! I will call Adventure Auto Glass anytime I need work on my auto glass.Thanks Karen...my new OEM windshield is great!
