Took a 6.0 Diesel to them with a knock, was told I had a bad injector and suggested I change all 8 (engine had less than 30k miles on it). Gave the go ahead, was called several days later to come pick it up ($4,000). Truck had no power so took it back, told I had a bad y pipe ($2800). Picked it up a week later, still no power. Took truck to a real Diesel mechanic, 15 minutes told me #8 cyl had zero compression. New engine needed due to a failed glow plug. Never use these guys unless you need a lawn mower cleaned up.

Not very happy about my experience here, was looking to get my glow plugs fixed. I had my truck to them by 7:00 a.m. finally after waiting all day for a phone call, I called them at 4:30 and they told me they still hadnt finished the diagnosis on the spark plugs. They told me they would call me once they finish the tests. I showed up to the shop about 20 minutes before they closed. The employee said yep its your glow plugs handed me my keys and turned back around to his desk. I asked what I owe them and he told me nothing. This place made me feel like they were simply uninterested in working on my truck, wether they were to busy or what ever other reason. Had high hopes for this place but was disappointed

Excellent service! We have a Tiffin Motorhome and were very pleased. Had a small air leak.

Totally awesome techs I say this being a retired aircraft technician and these guys are honest fair and on time.

Called one afternoon to see if they could do an engine diagnostic test for a potential buyer of my motorhome. Fred said if I could be there by 7am, theyd get me right in. The next day!!! Dropped it off at 6:45, and asked if they could also do an oil change. I was ready to bring it back another day, but Fred said, no problem. Late morning I called to see how it was going, and Fred said he had a tech looking for an air leak they could hear. Turns out there were loose fittings on top of the engine that they were able to tighten up for me. What a great place. They also checked and topped off the tire pressure in all the tires. Great experience. Thank you, guys!

Zack did an awesome job on my truck. He was able to get it back on the road quickly and saved me a ton of money. Fred kept me updated on the work and had us come and SEE what issues they found. Most shops try and nickle and dime you, and dont let you see whats going on. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone, and will definitely be bringing more business their way. Thanks guys!!!

Great place to get your parts and oil changed. They need a higher level diagnostic tech on staff.

ALMOST TOO BUSY. Repair work was good, price reasonable. Staff is bad at communicating - promised calls were never made. Always had to call them for status of work/parts, etc. Good wifi.

Brought in a vehicle. @ 8:30 a.m.for air conditioning repair was told it would take about an hour before they could look at it. No problem...Promising to call once Inspected to discuss. Many hours go by without a call. By the end of the day with no phone call. We finally called to ask what the issue was and was told that a part was needed and had to come from the valley. It would arrive and would be worked on 8:00 a.m. first thing next day. We would have to leave the vehicle overnight. Should be done before noon.. Noon came and went with no phone calls. We drove back to the station. To follow up and was told they were working on it. Go back home once again.. It is now 5 p.m. And still no phone call.. Must admit if they had been upfront with the issue and how long it was going to take to repair. I could have driven it to the valley and been back with a repair completed within the time it has taken for them to do this. Highly disappointed.

Amazing Customer service, took my truck in to due to it blowing white smoke. Told me it was on over fueling issue in the initial inspection and they would like to look into it for a cost. We told them to go ahead since they quoted us for two hours. The job took much longer than two hours, but since they told me two hours they only charged for the two hours. Highly Recommend, seem like very honest guys.

Best service in our little town

Had an air leak on my dryer and airbag. Called the shop and they got me in right away. Unfortunately, wasn’t able to get to the airbag as it had to be shipped up from Phoenix but they did get the dryer fittings fixed. Much appreciated them getting me in right away. Nice facility but if you have a trailer, no room for it onsite, there was an empty lot down the street to drop your trailer. Highly recommend these guys! Thank you!!

Brand new to Prescott Valley. My F250 broke down in the middle of the desert while I was moving here and I had to leave it in New Mexico. A shop fixed it in New Mexico 400 miles away and I had to get it transported here to Arizona. I got it off the transport and instantly knew it wasnt right. I brought it to sun valley and they fixed those mistakes free of charge to me. I will be a customer for as long as I live here. Veteran owned business as well.

Great service and quality work

I had them do a pre-purchase inspection on an RV I was very seriously considering buying. They told me the engine had a case of blow by. I never would of checked for that. I think they just saved me thousands of dollars and had nothing to gain. I am a huge fan of there staff and will always go to them to have any future vehicle serviced by them.

Hey everyone just had to to put this out there. My wife and I were in town for my sons baseball game and started noticing our 2011 ford powerstroke acting weird after having a new turbo installed in flagstaff 5 days earlier we felt we needed to have conformation it was OK to drive home to not endure another $4000.00 dollar repair .we called every shop we could find and they were either closed or not willing to stay a little later. Thats when I happend to catch Corwin finishing up paperwork and getting ready to head home, I explained my situation and without hesitation he said get it over here . When I arrived I heard him on the phone with the wife about needing to help out some folks and he would be on his way ASAP . He got the truck repaired for an extremely fair amount and sent us on our way . Thank you sun valley and Corwin for going above and beyond the call . and for being kind to people you may never see again from another town . I hope everyone uses you for all there repairs.
