I have been going here for years with all 3 of my vehicles. They are always kind and respectful. They do a great job and stand behind there work. Also affordable and honest. I trust them to not over charge me. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an honest, dependable and affordable mechanic.

I have a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder with just under 100,000 miles on it. I have had an issue since 2014 with the Check Engine light coming on and going off. A AAA Top Shop in Cave Creek, AZ never found the issue in several attempts. After moving to Prescott, the issue persisted and after reading other reviews, I chose this shop. Not only did they find tne issue but two issues with the Check Engine light. They are shop of mechanics that care and delve into problems until they are solved. My vehicle hasnt run this good since 2014. Highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs and repairs.

They were not certain what’s was wrong with my truck... they said this, helped me find another mechanic with more experience with my engine type and got me to the correct repair. What else could be better? They didn’t charge me for the work they did trying to figure it out. Go to this shop every time you need a repair... you can’t go wrong!

Awesome guys at this shop! We took our car in to get a clunking sound fixed in the drivers front side of the car. He diagnosed it quickly, ordered the part for us and had it fixed in one day. Great prices too. We will be back in the future for other work on our vehicles. Thank you!

Called to get a battery for my Prius and they said they didnt have one but would call around and find one. They called me back 5 minutes later and told me they found one and would have it in less than an hour. These people are amazing and go above and beyond for service. These guys are awesome. It is so hard to find an honest, competent mechanic around here that these guys seem like unicorns but its true: honest, polite, great customer service, and reasonably priced. (Mechanic work is expensive, so that doesnt mean cheap, it means in line with what one would expect to pay for the service being done correctly.)

Lets be fair I have had several good experiences with them. They did a great job diagnosing and repairing an o2 sensor and they replaced some spark plugs on a vehicle where a plug change was a real bear but I will not be returning to this business for a few reasons.1) PV automotive found an issue with the front end of my vehicle. It was determined that the upper and lower control arms needed to be replaced and I was quoted $987 for the repair. I declined the repair and examined the vehicle myself and sure enough the arms were fine. I found the issue, two very obviously worn down tie-rod ends. I watched a youtube video, sourced the parts online and performed the entire repair for myself. Because of the disparity between the $53 I paid and the $987 I was quoted, I cant help but feel a bit let down.2) I submitted that same vehicle in for a brake inspection (burnt brake smell). It was determined by PV auto that the vehicle was clear for use. Further inspection revealed that the front brakes were worn down to metal-on-metal. I was disappointed that they somehow missed that detail. I ended up performing the brake repair on my own.I hate fixing vehicles and am quite willing to pay others to do it but Im sure not paying PV auto either.

Since I am new in town, I asked Prescott Valley Facebook for recommendations. Overwhelming votes for Prescott Valley Automotive.I made an appointment and my car was taken in right away. Not to long of a wait and reasonably priced. I just got an oil change but I am pretty sure if anything breaks on my car, I will be bringing it here.

This has to be the best auto repair shop in the tri-city area. Eli and Jared are caring, honest and reasonable. I started taking my cars (I had 4 then) to PVA about 5 years ago. I have since moved to Prescott and only have 2 cars, but I still make the 15 mile drive the PVA for all my car repairs. I like supporting local people that work hard like Eli and Jared. Their location is a little off the beaten track, but easy to find.
