They fixed my car and charged my oil for a fair price. I call that a great experience.

I had an extremely bad experience with this place. I called to get an estimate on checking a few things on my car and was given $125. When I went to drop it off I was told no that it would be at least another $135. That’s close to $300 to to tell me what’s wrong. First I would recommend NOT calling to get an estimate and NOT using this business. I was also told that they were only open for 2 hours on Saturday’s suggesting that was the reason for the increased price of checking the car. First, I would NOT recommend calling to get an estimate and NOT using this business.

Joey and crew (Juan and Christie) are quality people who run a quality automotive shop. We have been taking our vehicles to Joey since his days at the Mobile station and I dread the day of ever needing to find another mechanic. Roo Automotive is hands down the best auto shop in San Diego County!! Joey and his team are thorough, honest and wont steer you wrong when it comes to repairs and service. Plus they have the best prices. Excellent customer service! Roo Auto has serviced our work trucks and personal vehicles for many years.

These guys are great - and reasonable. The reasonable part is not the most impressive part - the level of service is the impressive part. I always feel like I am treated fairly and honestly so I would highly recommend these guys!
