My Catalina converter was stolen. While going through insurance I sent my vehicle to fix auto. They had it on lift within 24 hours and because the parts were available they had my vehicle ready within another 24 hours. Saved me money on a rental car. They were very professional.

Professional and friendly staff. My car looks great and was done in a timely manner. The whole experience went very smoothly! Abigail had my car up front and ready when I was done inside getting my receipt.

I had some scratch damage at the rear side of the car. The car appeared to have been repaired & painted; however, there was some unevenness at the edge of the panel. Attention to detail needed to be much better. They made a modification, but still some unevenness remained. If you have repairs done at this place. Make sure you look closely to make sure the job was done completely.

I cannot recommend Fix Auto Poway enough! My car unfortunately lost a battle with a palm tree. The damage was pretty good, but you would never know that anything happened! I had the privilege of working with Mike throughout the whole process (which was about a month) and he was EXCEPTIONAL! He kept me updated every step of the way and was extremely kind and professional. I am beyond thrilled with the service and professionalism of the entire Fix Auto team and will go back to them for any service I need in the future. Thank you all for being so incredible!

Was rear ended few weeks ago. Bumper damage due impact and damage to black molding strip under the bumper. Fix auto did a great job on repairing the dents caused by the license plate from the other car.

Mike was very pleasant and helpful. We did not have to worry about car rental they drove us to enterprise because the phones were down at car rental. We changed the appointment time but they had no problems with that. All in all pleasant experience. Will recomend this company.

I have used Fix Auto Poway a couple of times to fix my car due to unfortunate scrapes and minor collision damage. They have always made the whole process so easy, and customer friendly. Their work is top notch. Plus they keep the customer updated on the progress and deliver as promised. Highly recommend!

Told me they couldnt fix my car because they said the estimate came out to be higher then than what the total value was of my car but that wasnt true the value of the car was higher then the estimate to fix it so they totaled it and also when I called them to see if they could put my car back together if I wanted to buy it back from the insurance company they wanted to charge me $170 then they turned around and just said sorry they wont be able to do it at all so I definitely dont recommend coming here at all

They went above and beyond on my car. I only had about $1000 of damage but when the car came back it looked better than it did before the accident. They ever restored my headlights. You know how the plastic lenses get from the sun. Now they are clear and the whole car looks nice. Thank you for that!

Checked vehicle for supposed completion of works at time of pickup. Exhaust weld incomplete and gasket missing at bolted connection to header. Took another week to be completed. In end all work well done as well warranty to guarantee anything not seen.

They took care of everything for me, from picking up my car from the towing company, communicating with my insurance and calling me frequently to give updates about my car. I had my car repaired after a minor collision. I was very satisfied with the work they did- my car looks like new. The customer service was excellent, which always means a lot to me. The front desk staff and Jay, who worked on my car, were personable and responsive. I will use their services again and highly recommend them. They also have a very cute turtle in the lobby which I also appreciated- though my wait times were very short: the service was prompt. This business also does a great job allowing for social distancing and safe interactions during the public health crisis.

I tend to hope for the best and expect the worse from most businesses; I anticipate attitude and confusion from admin and staff and I also anticipate having to jump through hoops, etc.HOWEVER, it was quite the opposite at Fix Auto Poway. I had a really great experience working with them. Mike was congenial and his front desk staff were kind. They clearly communicated the whole process and kept me updated during my repairs so that I could plan accordingly for pickup.Aside from having great communication they did a PHENOMENAL job with the repairs. I had multiple body issues going in; door dents, posterior panel metal edge was bent in, my right rear bumper had been pulled off and my right drivers side rim was scuffed up pretty significantly.In my opinion there were a lot of challenging repairs that needed to be done and I wasnt sure they would make it look like it did before my accident, but I got my car back after only a week and she looks brand new. All of those issues were flawlessly repaired and they also took the extra time to wash, wax and detail the inside of my car.Im very pleased with the entire experience and the outcome of my car. Fast, efficient and outcome was better than expected

I LOVED working with Fix. Jay helped us and was so on top of things. When the insurance wasn’t responding to my calls he took the time to track them down for me and got our rental all figured out for us. He gave me regular updates about the status of our car. I was given the timeline and they were right on target. We also paid for some additional work to be done and their price was half of what we were quoted by other repair shops. I can’t recommend them enough!

Very quick service. Dashboard was left a little dusty and a couple of minor scratches where they put things back together (plastic dash), but nothing some wax and a rag didn’t fix. Overall they had a lot of work dismantling the front so it was a great job. My basically brand-new Grand Cherokee was involved in an accident and the other partys insurance took responsibility. I asked my insurance agent who he recommended or who hed take his car to. He recommended Fix Auto. I made a call and got my car in for an estimate and they were able to get it in to start work the next morning.They completed the work faster than their original estimate, which was already a really quick turn around. Went in to pick up the car and everything was done to a better-than-new state: paint, fit/finish, alignment, etc. I couldnt find anything that seemed out of place or not right as I was going through the work and inspecting the car. That sounds like hyperbole but it actually is true. They even washed and waxed the car and detailed the inside as well.The advisor handling my vehicle was Jay. Top notch customer focus and service! Jay kept me informed of what damages were found and what would be involved in repairing it. He took the time to explain how/why they were able to turn around the vehicle so quickly. He also kept me appraised of my vehicles status at all times.All in all, while I was upset about having to have my Jeep repaired, Fix Auto made the process as pain-free as possible (ok, maybe even pleasant). They also warranty their work so long as you own the vehicle...I know where Ill be going again if I ever need to have work like this done again. While the costs were significant and I didnt pay them, they were reasonable considering the newness of my car, the amount of body work that was required, the quality of their work and the speed at which it was done.I strongly recommend you consider Fix Auto when youre in need of collision repair and auto body work.
