Brought my car to El Dorado Collision Center for body work resulting from an accident. El Dorado did a great job of providing me with a comprehensive estimate, keeping me updated throughout the repair process, and coordinated repairs with other facilities/shops to ensure my car was repaired correctly. Although the damage to my car was extensive, El Dorado completed the work on time as promised. You cant even tell the car was ever in an accident! Im impressed with the work that they did, and would recommend them to anyone who has a need for auto body repairs to their vehicle. I also appreciate their lifetime warranty on their workmanship.

Great work and comunication during my car was getting repaired.

From my first phone call to my last visit Brian was helpful, honest and worked to be sure I understood the process and the possible outcomes (including the downside that did not happen). I can not recommend El Dorado Collision Center highly enough, they are professional and the work was quick as well as well done. The offered advice and reasonably priced work on other non-insurance things I needed done. Having ones car damaged is bad enough and no matter how good your insurance is there will be paperwork and annoying questions so it is great when the shop is clear and professional.

We brought my wifes scion there to get some body work done and were so pleased with the work they did. The looks great and they finished 4 days ahead of schedule! They did a great job of communicating with us and were very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend El Dorado to anyone looking into getting body work done.

Guys here made my car look brand new. I have had my car back for a few weeks now and it drives like it had never been in an accident. I had some intermediate level front end damage on my GTI. El Dorado used OEM parts and made sure I was notified of all parts and work to be done so I could make intelligent decisions before I signed off on any of it. This place had staff that were always professional. From the first call when the car was dropped off all the way out to the day I picked up my car. Thanks El Dorado.

They said that they would fix the accident damage and touch up the paint scratches. They kept the car longer than promised. When we got it back the head lite had water in it and none of the paint work was done. It was paid in full when we picked the car up. Now they are calling us weeks later saying we owe them an additional $164 and that if we dont pay it will go to collections. Excuse me, but you did not even do the job properly.
