They were great. Communicated with us well and did a great job fixing some small surface scrapes on a newer vehicle. They matched the paint excellent.

The level of communication was stellar! I felt part of the repair process from the beginning. I also felt like my car was in good hands the whole time. They do a great job of instilling confidence in the customer. No surprises - other than the good kind. My car was ready on time! The repair looked fantastic and my car feels new again. And they washed and detailed my entire car, inside included! It was cleaner than when I dropped it off (and I keep my car pretty clean). Would highly recommend with confidence!!

Caliber Collision is DEFINITELY the place to go for vehicle accident repair. From walking in the front door to a be greeted by a very friendly & knowledgeable receptionist to having one of their repair specialist evaluate and give you a fair estimate on repair, I couldn’t ask for more. And the speed in which they got it done was amazing, with the finished product making the car look as good as new. Highly recommend

The whole team there was amazing, but Michael specifically stood out! He was very easy to work with, professional and the work and customer service went well beyond my expectations. I would absolutely use their shop again for insurance and non-insurance work.

Excellent Customer Service but when it came to the actual auto work, it seemed rushed and sloppy. They fixed the main problem but cleanliness and functionality and not at the top of their list, even after mentioned it before I left the shop. They do great work when they take their time and pay attention to detail.

I went in for an estimate for my damaged car door. Had to follow up several times to get the estimate in my inbox. Then I was told my vehicle would be handled by a different body shop and they said all information is already forwarded. I spent the last one week calling them and the other body shop every single day, response from european body shop: We do not have any information, reply from Calliber collision (Katie): We sent all the info. Imagine some one trying to get a repair done and not being able to use the car and dealing with this disorganized company, yikes!Strongly discourage using them unless you have $$$$$ repair, may be thats when they will be interested???

Caliber Collision is exceptional! Two cars where damaged in an auto accident. Caliber Collision in San Marcos CA repaired our 2010 Charger and the Poway CA location repaired our 2018 Mustang. I’m very critical; by far this has been the best experience in both customer service and quality of repairs. They WILL keep you informed on progress, they WILL entertain all concerns on repairs and has the customer first work ethic. Highly recommended !!!

Estimated over 4k for this dent and 2 curbed wheels to be fixed. I fixed it myself for just over $1200 and now my car has a salvage title. Thanks for nothing.
