Good staff, good location, good facility, hours of accessibility are no good. Negative two stars just for hours of operation.

They are very helpful always and I never have an issue talking with anyone there. If you’re looking for affordable storage located in downtown Portland, I highly recommend these guys. They’re awesome!

This place has the most affordable storage units that I could find and the staff here has been very helpful time and again.

No complaints. It even looked like the owner was in to check on the establishment. The internet promotion does need to update the fine print.

The facility is clean and seems to be well-run. They provide a loading dock and carts to get your stuff to your unit. The staff (Garret and Scott) have been friendly and very helpful.

This is where I store all spare belongings for safe keeping, this is a very good facility and top of the line security!!!

If you dont mind not being able to get to your things in a timely manner, then this is the place for you. I mean, on prime moving days like Saturday and Sunday the cut off is 3:30pm! idiotic.
