These guys were on the ball, so efficient and quick! All was done with great care. And they were truly so nice! They gave me a ride with them in the cab over to my new apartment. I really enjoyed chatting with them. I would definitely recommend! You wont be sorry.

I will never use this service again. Right now, I am waiting for a refund because they charged me twice. On top of that what they are charging me is not fair for the quality of service I received. I opened a claim with them but it hasn’t been successful.I originally scheduled my move for Sunday morning. It was rescheduled for Sunday evening - and then cancelled entirely at the end of my arrival window so I had been left waiting for hours.When they did show up, the truck never made it to the final destination. I had made it all the way to the drop off and then 15 minutes later was told the truck wasn’t coming because they had mechanical failure and needed to move my things to a new truck. Ultimately this was a total lie and I was informed that one of the crew members could not legally cross to Vancouver since it was in Washington and that management knew this before sending the crew out.I finally got my stuff on Thursday but that left me with just one afternoon to clean my apartment. I was charged a late exit fee from my apartment, my glass coffee table top was shattered by the workers, and promises were broken multiple times.And now I have to struggle to get my money back.

First I left a message so I could discuss the services offered and what I needed. No return call. So I went online and booked and then they were very quick to bill my credit card. I left at least 6 or 8 messages trying to get a person to speak to, to confirm the time I booked, to again discuss rates, and then to make sure they were coming. No return calls. They were supposed to arrive at 12; I had an appt at 2 that the work needed to be done before I could have that appointment. I had to cancel them. The movers called at 2 to say they were on their way and I cancelled. Thanks to this poor service, I now have no running water in my kitchen for at least a month. Not to mention the stress of trying to coordinated things. I blame all of this on the office staff; I have no idea how good or poor the actual movers are.

This was my first time hiring movers and it was so worth it! They showed up on time and got right to work. They worked quickly and independently but also checked in with questions as needed. Highly recommend!

When I called to get a quote, the young man made sure that I understood the quote. He was accommodating to our schedule and was able to get us scheduled within two days of our request. The guys that packed up our storage unit and unpacked it at our condo were careful with our belongings and very personable to interact with. We had a few pieces of large furniture and lots of boxes. They managed the stairs well with no dings or scratches. I would recommend Moving Fellows for this type of move.

Our three movers were prompt, respectful of the items they were moving, and communicative. They did an amazing job and made the move so efficient. They were professional and showed their skills in dealing with difficult and narrow staircases. They were worth every cent.Another reason that we booked with this company is that office actually answered their phone and returned the messages promptly. I called about four companies for estimates. Out of the four, only two called me back. The company that I didnt use had an very high rate for a small apartment move. The office staff were prompt and skilled in how they handled the estimate. I received a call the day before to confirm the details of the move. I highly recommend the Moving Fellows for both their appointment staff and the moving staff.

Moving Fellows helped me move a few years ago and their service was amazing. I needed help moving today and they were the first to come to mind. I was able to schedule an appointment within 3 days of my call. With some help from Marisa and Robert, scheduling my move was extremely easy. On the (extremely hot) moving day I was helped by Chase, Anthony and Trevor who were super professional, highly accommodating and very personable. Despite the heatwave and the smoke, they kept the appointment and moved all my furniture in about an hour which was impressive. No furniture was damaged during the move. Overall 10/10. Would recommend to anyone :)

The move was supposed to happen at 3pm, but it happened at 5:45pm instead. They ended up moving things in the dark which is what I was trying to avoid, and it led to them not being able to read where things were supposed to go properly. I had agreed to take a different moving date because the one they originally quoted me was a worker short even though I booked it a month in advance. The guys were nice but very aloof about the entire thing. Some of the things they did just didn’t make logical sense. Maybe they were overbooked, but it was distressing as the day went on and I wasn’t getting any responses. It honestly is just not worth the money.

This company was fabulous to work with. Due to the nature of my move I used there services twice in recent months and both experiences were great. They were flexible, communicated well, showed up when they said they would and got the work done. I would definitely hire them again.

The actual movers that came and helped me were very nice and helpful. The company and dispatch are liars and shady. They tell you one thing then do another. By the time we were done we ended up with only 2 hours of moving available to us at a time that we didnt book a month prior. Then we were promised furniture assembly and they completely refused at the last minute.

Very SHADY company. Do NOT hire them.They will only send me a refund check for damaging my furniture if i give them a 5 star review. This is ridiculous and Im not willing to.Very shady. They wanted me to sign a form stating no damage was reported by the movers but i signed a form at the final walk through and the driver did report damage. I have pictures of the movers not using protection as I requested. They damaged my couch by dragging it on the floor. I have a pic to prove this.After I finally sign a bonus agreement ($200 doss not cover cost to fix couch) they will not send me the refund unless I give a 5 star review.What a joke.

Charges by the hour but sends movers that are inexperienced kids that can’t lift more than 30 lbs. I legitimately had to take over on the heavy furniture and I’m a 5ft 1 petite woman. Have contacted the company multiple times after being charged double what I was quoted and have received no response. Would only recommend this place if you are looking to pay for the training of today’s youth and interested in moving your own furniture.

Great set of movers. Got everything out of one place and into another in good timing. Very friendly and professional. The online booking was also very helpful and easy. Nice to be able to see prices and availability without having to make a bunch of calls. Would book again!

The young gentlemen called me the morning of the move to let me know exactly when they would arrive. They moved swiftly, efficiently and quietly as the home they were moving the stuff out of was being occupied by others as well. I used Moving Fellows for an unload and had a great experience. They kept in touch ahead of the job and the day-of to give me updates on their arrival. When they did arrive they were prompt, professional and very easygoing. As with most moves, a couple obstacles popped up including a broken elevator and the guys were very cool as we worked around it. They did a great job and would highly recommend!

Hey These guys did a great job moving my studio apartment. I wanna say I worked with Kylar and Nicholas? They not only were troopers with the 108 degree weather we experienced during my move, but they also maintained positive vibes and put my mind at ease that day. On time, professional, and quick! Some boxes that I marked fragile / do not stack were stacked upon but nothing broke so no hard feelings there. They also tried their best to be gentle with my plant children! I ended up paying more than I wanted to, but this wasn’t their fault. I think originally the agent and I estimated the move time would be less time than it actually was (they gave me a 2 hour time slot and this in hindsight was not enough to begin with) and then there were issues with my freight elevator reservation that set the crew behind a bit, but I will be taking that up with building management since it’s very clearly not on them. Just watch those extra hours for your move because they add up! All and all, would hire again and appreciate those two dudes the most because I know that was a tough day. They saved me from having to the hard work in the heat and that was worth every penny to me. Thanks fellas!

Great experience! I’ll definitely be using again for any future moves. Both Robert and Kyler were the nicest guys to work with! They worked hard, we’re very careful with every item, and they worked so efficiently. We moved from out of state from a very large home so we had tons of stuff of all sizes and they worked fast without a sense of rush so I felt all my items were handled respectfully. They way they worked together made me think they got paired up for all their moves, but that was the first time they had worked together! This is the second time I’ve used this company and will use them in the future if they’re needed and I will always recommend them. They made moving as easy and enjoyable as can be.Now that my bill has come in, I’m less than impressed. I asked for movers ONLY. They brought a truck which upped my bill to over a $1000. I only wanted 3 movers for 4 hours. They did take longer than expected so I don’t mind paying for that but I had to pay $132 an hour for 2 movers and a truck when I was quoted $45 an hour for each mover and that was it. I even had my own truck and the confirmation conversation on the phone it was made clear I needed movers ONLY.I’m waiting for a response from them to settle the issue.

Horribly loaded our belongings and we are still finding items damaged. Claims have been filed but we cannot get the company to even email us back to discus the way the truck was loaded. Nothing was wrapped even though we had provided packing material. Practically everything not in a box has some form of damage.The movers were tired to begin with, after being 4.5 hours late. They had to call a third mover and did not disclose the extra cost to me, since my wife was the contact person I was unaware of an additional charge for this.We voiced concerns several times to the guy on the phone who was condescending and patronized my wife. It was and continues to be an utter disaster.Disputed charges on my card and their legal team was prompt to reply that we were being fraudulent.We’ve asked for someone to contact us and nobody has. We are over 1,000$ in damages now, and awaiting ANY response from the owner or an actual human within the company.The single handed most terrible experience of our lives. We are saddened about all of our items being broken or scuffed/marred due to poor loading. Our bed is messed up, our bookshelf is broken, our dresser is smashed, the list goes on.We want someone to email us back... it’s been 3 days now and no word from them, aside from their legal team.Shocked and appalled. Do not use this company!!I wish I could add photos, it’s clear to anybody who sees them how terrible the work performed was.If they read this review, they’ll know who we are. Please email us so we can resolve this!

Jacob and Brenden were super helpful and professional! I really wanted a moving company with a smaller truck, as I didn’t have a ton of stuff and the streets around me are small and crowded. We found Moving Fellows, as they were able to provide this, and I’m super glad we did. This was my first time moving solo and I was definitely anxious going into the move, but they were so nice and efficient which made the move super smooth!

The guys did a great job on my move. My movers were on time, friendly, professional. Overall, Im SUPER HAPPY with the movers themselves. However, I gave this company 4 stars because they are expensive. They charged me $38 for a reservation fee and $20 for using plastic wrap. I also spent almost $100 on drive time. If you have the budget, this company is great, but if youre ON a budget..I would recommend finding a less expensive company.

They arrived on time and got right to work. They were very efficient and got the entire move done in less than 3 hours. They even took apart and reassembled our bed frame for us. It was a great experience and WAY better than the last movers we hired.

I can’t say enough about how helpful my movers - Gene and Trevor - were yesterday! They worked very hard throughout the job and were very persistent, patient, and positive when faced with some nasty moving challenges (think: large couch + nasty curved stairwell and a lot of stairs). They made a stressful activity much more manageable.Moving Fellows has some kinks to work out with the initial scheduling process/usability of online tool, but I recommend them as their people make up for those minor challenges. My experience was a good one!

Helped us move the contents of a 20ft uhaul into storage. Fast, professional, friendly, and careful. We had a washer and dryer, refrigerator, antiques, and lots of other fragile items and everything made it safely inside in about an hour! Would definitely recommend!!

Moving Fellows completed my move under difficult circumstances. My move was scheduled for Monday the 28th, which was during the record heat wave in summer 2021. The move had to be rescheduled because it was unsafe for the crews to be working outside. My move was started the next day and was completed on Thursday. I was disappointed that our move wasnt completed on-time but I was satisfied overall. I would recommend Moving Fellows in the future because the crews were friendly and worked hard. The scheduler also worked to ensure my move was completed asap. I believe under normal circumstances (no extreme heat wave) that my move would have been completed on-time as scheduled.

They did my move on one days notice. The movers were Robert and GB. They showed up on time and worked efficiently and professionally, getting the job done quickly with no issues. I highly recommend this crew!

We used Moving Fellows last year to move 5 minutes down the street to a different apartment, and they were great. This year, we used them again to move from our apartment to a storage unit, which was a bit more complicated, but they did well loading and unloading everything. They movers were very nice and helpful, and if they had to do anything to my furniture, such as disassemble some parts, they would inform me of everything first.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but feel like others should know about our experience with Moving Fellows as they decide which movers to go with. The movers that helped us on move day were excellent - 5 stars to them. My huge issue is that the final price was more than double what we were quoted. This is really an issue of the appointment setter being radically off base when quoting us. As a consumer, I dont have a good idea of how long a move will take, which is what the appointment setter is supposed to help with. They, in fact, charge a $38 fee to set the appointment.I called afterward when my $450 quote turned into a $950 bill. Unsurprisingly, the associate wasnt able to do anything to help. Really disappointed and again, I hate to leave a negative review but hopefully moving forward they will do a much better job explaining the upfront costs of a move.

Did a “senior move” downsizing my mom into a retirement community. The two gentlemen who did the move were personable, polite, fast, and careful with my mother’s furniture. They had all the equipment like blankets, hand truck, dolly, etc. The pricing was great and the move went better than I could have imagined. I’d definitely hire them again and highly recommend them for your move!

Michael at the office was helpful arranging the move in the most cost effective way and triple checked all the details and estimates. I was called twice before the move for confirmation. Booking my move was easy enough - no issues there. They called me about a week before my move to confirm/obtain some information but I missed the call. When I called back, they tossed me around to a few people and nobody seemed to know why they needed to talk to me.Movers showed up on time and worked with acceptable efficiency. They weren’t rude at all, but not exactly friendly. They weren’t nearly as fast as the movers I used when I moved from Salem but overall, not bad. The issue I had was with the truck they sent to me. They didn’t send a large enough vehicle, even though I was very specific in the amount of stuff I had in my home, and they had to leave a lot of things behind. Luckily it was a local move but I had to make three extra trips with my vehicle to load these large items by myself. That’s what I hired movers for…Now for the unload.I had all my boxes labeled but they just dropped boxes wherever they wanted. They ask you at the end of everything is where you want it but I would have had to pay more for them to go back and move boxes around. They should have just done it right the first time.I also told them I would prefer they use the front door but if the side door was that much easier, they could use that. They chose to use the side door and scratched up my newly finished floor with their moving equipment.After they decide the claims process is over, they will NOT respond to any messages. I sent multiple emails over a several week period but never received any response.Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would recommend against using this company for your next move.

I hired Moving Fellows to move my two daughters into their new apartment. They are students at UofO and I was not able to be there to help. The two gentlemen did a fantastic job of making sure that everything went smoothly. They took their time to make sure everything was done properly, yet were still very efficient and friendly. I was nervous about hiring a company off the internet, but I will definitely be calling Moving Fellows again for our next move!! THANK YOU!!!

The gentleman that helped load our container for moving cross country were so wonderful. They were respectful, easy to communicate with, skilled at their job and also affordable. I would highly recommend them for loading a POD.

Moving Fellows were outstanding!! They were efficient, considerate, took great care with delicate items and pictures, and made sure that I was pleased every step of the way, both loading and unloading. Its unlikely I will move again; however, if necessity were to force the issue, I would hire Moving Fellows again in a heartbeat! You dont need to search further for a moving company. Youve just found the best!

EDIT: I just found a paper trail of my initial quote and it was for $258! I was charged $1057!Wow, where do I start! First off, please trust me and do NOT choose these folks to be your movers. As a local business owner who deals solely in customer service, I am astounded at this company’s inability to express care, empathy, and professionalism. Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience with a company that appeared to be so “together” and trustworthy. If you want the whole story please read on!First off, I would like to express that the movers did a pretty decent job. They were on time (mostly) and knew how to pack gently without damaging furniture or packed items. My issue with this horrid company is that their sole purpose is to seemingly sell a product and dupe their clients! When I had my consultation with their sales department, the move time and effort was grossly underestimated. If you look at other negative reviews, this is pretty congruent with lots of other folks. I was moving in with my girlfriend and we had to combine two separate apartments into one house. I was quoted (twice) for 2-3 hours of move time. I even told the dispatcher numerous times that this felt underestimated, be she swore that these movers were fast and efficient and could handle the job in that amount of time. Well, the job took 8 hours! I was quoted around $400 initially, only to be charged $1057!! I couldn’t/can’t afford this! By the way, they consistently blamed my for potentially providing incorrect information on the size of my apartment and scale of operation. I contest that notion.This price was almost THREE TIMES the original estimate. I was told that if our time goes over a bit, we would obviously be charged for the extra time. Ok, so a 2-3 estimate with some time over? No problem! I got charged almost three times more... As far as I’m concerned, this is a gross oversight and underestimate on Moving Fellows behalf. They refused to acknowledge or understand that this put me in a challenging financial state. Michael swore to understand and help me every time we spoke on the phone. He expressed little to no understanding or empathy to my situation. He gave his final response and decision to NOT refund any money or help in anyway via an impersonal email five days later.Moving experience- Well, towards the end of our move, one of the employees lost his backpack with the tools as well as our bed hardware. He asked me to drive back to my old apartment to look for the bag, so I did. I drove back and forth twice. I met with the office manager to help locate his bag, to no avail. I then drove him to the hardware store to get the missing hardware but of course, I had to pay for it. They stopped the clock after 6 hours of labor, but I spent the last two hours literally doing labor FOR the company. My whole experience was very stressful and emotionally taxing. It was very hard on my pocket and I asked for them to have some empathy and think about the situation through my lens. After much deliberating, they offered to refund me $20.... Thanks, Moving Fellows.

Garrett and Jacob were excellent movers and got the job done quickly & efficiently. The quoted price was near identical to the actual time it took, and they were even able to move my huge couch up a narrow/turnt set of stairs.Will definitely use again!
