Best experience I have ever had with a phone store of any kind. All of the employees were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Since I was from out of town they even offered to help me navigate around downtown Portland. Shame I dont live closer so I could keep relying on them for future purchases.

I absolutely will only go to this location from now on and you should too! Faith and Tim were the most helpful I had been trying to deal with Verizon for a week and it was all a pain. I came in today and they got me everything I needed and more! I cannot thank them enough!

After spending 4 hours spread out over 3 days, trying unsuccessfully to get T-Mobile to activate a data plan for my iPad, I gave up in total frustration. A friend suggested looking into a Verizon mobile hotspot, so I went to the Verizon Express on 11th Ave in the Gregory building. Luckily, they werent busy, and I ended up getting set up with a very affordable hotspot and plan. As I was the only one in the store, I had the benefit of getting my questions answered by all three of the sales reps working that day. They set up the device, made sure it was working with my iphone, and went through the steps to change the name and password for the network. I was on my way with a working hotspot in less than thirty minutes. When I got back to my place, I did a speed check using my T-moble phone as a hotspot, which clocked in at a glacial 1.77 mbps, and basically unusable. The Verizon hotspot was literally more than ten times as fast, at 14.5 mbps. Thank you Tim, Sergio, and Faith! Excellent service!

Tim and Tony are incredible!!! They were super accommodating, walked us through our entire bill, sold us exactly what we wanted, and made sure we understood our set up. Best experience at a Verizon EVER!

I’m a little weary of Verizon, but Faith and Emmanuel helped me decide which plan worked best for me and broke down my bill so that I knew why my past bills were so high. Cool store with very knowledgeable people. i like how the store is laid out and it send out Apple store vibes. I suggest being a smart person like myself and order your products online and have it picked up. it makes it sooooo much easieralso please treat these good people with kindness.

I had no wait and was waited on immediately when my phone for my Right On Delivery LLC business was not taking a charge. It felt like Emmanuel rolled the red carpet out for me and we talked about me adding a new line. In the meantime I left with a new charger until the following week when I popped in again, no wait and Ian helped me add a new phone and line. Ian patiently helped me through the process including setting my phone up and transferring apps and data. Went in to get a new phone not knowing what an express Verizon would be able to offer. Brenden was extremely helpful and even though things were self service he helped me with everything I needed in an extremely smooth and efficient manner. Kerrigan was also helpful. Glad I stopped in at the store!

If you are looking for the best Verizon store in Portland and arguably in Oregon you need not look any further. Eric, Ian and Tim are charming, amiable, highly knowledgeable and efficient. As a physician, my time is incredibly important to me but two hours later you might ask why I stayed in the store and the answer is the warm and cheerful conversation. During this chaos, this team and Verizon is the serenity we all need and deserve. As the Tik Tok Doc I have met a lot of people in my life and these three are as nice as any I have come into contact with thus far. I just received the most amazing service. I came into the new Verizon office in my neighborhood. Alex, Eric and Brendan were just wonderful. They gave me extraordinary service and had all the time in the world for me. They set the bar very high for the standard of service for Verizon.

Terrible. Picked up new phone ordered via app. Wasn’t right when I got home. Called Verizon, they said to return it to the store they entered the return over the phone. Went to the store and they said they wouldn’t return it. I asked if they could check the system or make a call to verify what I had been told. They say d no. Then they said I needed to try another store at 7th and Alder. Walked over. They are closed! Walked back. They said oh yeah. They still said they couldn’t help. Called Verizon again, they said the same thing return it to the store. Went back with the Verizon agent on the phone, got to the store the agent on the phone started explaining to the store the return then the call dropped. Oh boy. No desire to help or figure out a solution.

Best experience Ive ever had upgrading my phone at a cell phone store. One of the employees Eric Dahl, walked me through the whole process quickly and was very friendly. Id highly recommend stopping by here for your Verizon needs!

I had the best experience at the Verizon store today, I was overbilled 400 dollars and had no clue what to do and had already been to the authorized retailer. When I came in Eric helped me out tremendously and got everything fixed for me and my husband. He even called customer service for me to get them to switch my bill to what I needed and to the right amount. By far the best experience I have had at an Verizon store.

I had a paid phone that I was picking up, and I arrived just as the door was being locked closed for the day (I hadnt considered that they might be closed earlier during the CV19 state of things until too late). Friendly staff retrieved the phone for me, saving me a return trip the next day. Phew! Thanks!
