I broke the screen on my phone and was worried that I might need to buy a new phone. The staff at Airline fixed my phone in a day for a very reasonable price. If my phone breaks in the future Ill be sure to use their services again. I highly recommend Airlink!

I seriously can’t say enough about how good this spot is. I’ve gone to him to replace a charging port, 2 batteries, a screen, fix a home button, and something else I can’t remember. Once, whatever hardware he put in was defective, so he took one out of a new phone to make sure I had one that worked for a road trip. Completely happy with my experience with Airlink. They resurrected a phone I had bricked. They are honest, on-time, and took the time to provide a lot of other useful information. The phone I got didnt have some features I realized I wanted, so they took it back without hesitation. They even referred me to some other local competitors that might have had what I was looking. After purchasing a new mobile device yet maintaining the same phone plan, I was not able to send or receive mms (images, files, group messages) via text. After unsuccessfully attempting to have the issue resolved over the phone with my carriers customer service representatives, I finally went to Airlink and the problem was rapidly identified and fixed! I was especially impressed the gentlemans friendliness and professionalism. He also assured me, upon taking my cell phone, that he wouldnt charge me for his time or labor unless he was able to solve the problem.

I got a camera fixed here and am very happy with the work. It took only about an hour or so and the price was much lower than I expected. My camera now works as well as when it was new. I will definitely return here if I need any more of their services.

Without going into great detail for something so simple for my laptop it took them over a month and they still didnt fix it probably not the best place to take your laptop they might be better with just a phone.

Waited 15 minutes in lobby while the slowest person on the planet quietly spoke with a single other customer, never even bothering to make eye contact. was then told they wont do the same glass replacement theyve done on this exact phone before (the glass they used WAS NOT Gorilla Glass that came originally, it shattered) and that now it will cost $130 dollars MORE than last year. thanks for wasting my lunch hour. never again.

I smashed my iphone (again) this morning. The touch screen stopped responding so I had no choice but to get the screen replaced. I was intimidated by how much it might cost and how long it might take, but it was less than $100 and took less than an hour. When I came back to pick it up, the owner greeted me with my first name, which I think is a simple, yet significant friendly gesture. My phone was brand new again, and he even gave me a screen protector for free. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back next time I do something stupid to my phone.

I had very bad experience with this shop. I asked to change my battery and he broke the cover when he changed the battery. Its been for a week but I dont hear from him about my phome.He asked me to pay him first although he broke the phone. I paid trusting him. He said he would fix it but I dont know when. I complained about it calling him, but he just said he was busy. The shop is bad for service. I dont know about his tech skill, but he even doesnt call me back or anything until I called him. I am so upset due to his bad service. Dont go to this shop or you have bad experience.

Answer their phones, Return phone calls ( hence their Voicemail is FULL and Cannot accept new messages) and frankly feel like they just decided to NOT work on my phone after leading me to understand that things will be just fine and they knew what was wrong. Sorry guys... Will not be recommending your store. Please take the time to address things with your customers, return their phone calls and built the relationship with your new customers.

Do not go here! Worst experience ever. Went in to buy a metro PCS phone. The guy said the phone was 50 dollars but there was a 50 dollar rebate so it would be free. Okay so I agreed to buy it. He then tells me its a $20 activation fee, which the one at the mall DOES NOT charge. but whatever I was already there so I agreed. The guy gave me everything I would need for the rebate - he said I just had to sign up for the $50 plan instead of the $40 plan that I wanted. So I did. Well now Metro PCS just notified me that I dont qualify for the rebate because I had to port my number in. So basically the salesman completely lied to me to make me buy the phone. I should have just went to the mall and bought the phone for the same price with no activation and got the $40 plan. GRRRRRR.

Brought my phone in with a slight power button issue. This issue was an annoyance but the phone was usable, it just had a hard time turning on (common issue with my type of phone). When I came back to pick it up, the button just continuously reset, making the phone unusable. The owner refused to understand he made a mistake. I have never been treated so poorly by someone in the repair service industry.Only go here if you dont care if your phone gets bricked.

This wireless store is definitely the best I have been to in the Portland area. Smaller business like this one I rate on a few things, the most important is how fare they are. I come here because the owner of the store can make the impossible happen. I have used Airlink for many years now and there is no one as fare as they are. Cracked screens, unlock phones are just a small part of what they do. I have recently opened my own Ebay store and made some really good money thanks to Airlink. Explain to Minh your overall goal. He will try and sell you what he wants to sell you without helping you understand the long term ramifications and what comes with plans, phones, costs, etc.If you need a straight plan from any of the carriers, go there directly. Minh is great at fixing broken devices, thats it.

Airlink has been my go-to shop for repairs and accessories for over five years. Minh and his staff are friendly and dont over-promise on time or money issues. There are plenty of similar shops nearer to me but I will continue to drive to Airlink from Beaverton because of the prompt, reliable and reasonable services they provide.

Great diagnosis, quick response times, unbeatable pricing, and top of all, great domain knowledge. Minh was an absolute delight to work with.I had a Google Nexus 6 that wouldnt charge. I took it to Minh. He said hed charge $20 to identify whether it was an issue with the battery or the charging port as those are the most common issues. A day and a half later, he said they were both broken. But he only needed to fix the battery, as there charging port was too tiny to solder. He offered a wireless charging pad as an alternative.On the day of picking it up, he allowed me to try my own wireless charger and just charged me for fixing the battery. Total cost: $70! I was expecting a couple of hundred at least.

Min, the name of owner. I am using his service for long time. Every time I am bringing something to fix, he is taking care of it, even that it always takes forever. But lately, he promises to fix, and then it takes him 3 days to say no. So it is waist your time. No trust to you Min., and shame on you. Wow.

I recently broke my phones screen and couldnt see anything. All my photos and videos were in that phone. I brought it to airlink and within 2 days I had it all back. I have been coming here for over two years anything from password reset to computer viruses. Price is reasonable and customer service is very good. If you need anything done with electronics come to airlink.

I go here for all my cell phone related problems. The place does everything - from selling imported phones to repairing them. I also know that other mobile phone businesses subcontract their work (e.g. repairs and unlocking) to Airlink because they cannot do it in-house. Best of all, Airlink is the only company in town that I know of that does not charge you (including labor cost) unless they perform the service and fix the issue as promised.

AirLink is the best customer services. I have been to AirLink many time for many different phone issues and the own take care of me, took my phone and gave me loner phone while fixing my phone with no cast. They are reasonable price and pretty quick on fixing phones. I thank them very much.

I went in there at 10:00am with my phone in a bad state. Minh was really busy but he saw that I was desperate since I rely on my phone so much, so he stopped his work and started on my phone right away. It took him about 10 minutes but he had it up and working. Minh you are amazing, thank you for fixing my phone!

My fairly-new $600 Motorola smartphone had a completely shattered glass face, and my carriers insurance deductible was $150 if I wanted to send it in for a replacement. Because the glass face was busted, I could not unlock the phone to access or backup any of my data.Instead of replacing it, I called Airlink based on a recommendation from a friend, and Minh had the phone fully repaired and ready for pickup in a couple days (he said he had a backlog of orders to process, but 2 days is certainly a shorter wait than what I was expecting :-). His fee was less than a hundred bucks, which is cheaper than any quote I got from internet-based phone repair companies and cheaper than my insurance deductible, and his repair work was Guaranteed for months. It was much better than an insurance replacement, in my opinion, because my phone still had all its data/profiles intact.I would highly recommend Airlink in Portland to anyone with phone damage.

I came to Oregon from overseas and purchased a 30-day SIM card plan (unlimited calling / unlimited texting / unlimited international texting) from Airlink (US$40) to use for the month I would be staying in Portland. Unfortunately, at Airlink I found out that the tri-band phone I brought with me would not work in the USA (as the US has gone to quad-band). ML, the owner of Airlink, immediately pulled a flip-phone off the shelf and offered it to me free of charge for the duration of my stay. For a US$20 deposit, he gave me the phone and charger to use, asking that I drop it off before I left town. Now THAT is customer service! Thank you ML.

Love it.I understand there are only about 3 shops from Salem to Vancouver that do the level of repairs Minh does at AirLink Wireless. There are many shops that repair small electronic devices like cellular telephones, but many send the more complicated and difficult repairs to Minh. One shop sent a phone I had for repair to Minh and another time they had me take a phone that needed repair to Minh. He told me that Minh does good work and Minh would take care of me. Both times the repairs the other shop tried to make and could not, but Minh successfully made the repair on each telephone.

Most of the reviews on here are fluff that the owner had posted. Minh is a scam artist, and has no idea how to actually repair phones. Tried to get him to replace the glass on my S4 and he tried to scam me hard. I guess he didnt realize I know more about phone repair than he does, just dont have the time.
