This is the second time within the last 5 months that Ive had to go in here. The girl that has been there both those times us so CLUELESS about anything. Tonight decided to snatch a phone out of my hand. MY PHONE. Then try to make me leave! Yeah, she now knows that was the wrong thing to try. Plan to follow up tomorrow with management there. And if that doesnt satify me, I will be going to corporate. She should not be working there.
The store is closed for a couple of weeks I believe but seems to be back up and running now!
I went to cricket with my friend who just bought a phone here but is that working out for two days the sales clerk would not help him they wanted to charge him 75 extra dollars for the phone I think they are all crooks I decided at that moment not get a phone from them they are terrible! I’d rather get a tin can and put a string in itRather than get a front from them
The guy employee was very rude,and didnt want to help me or my friend try to fix his phone at all.Ive never since and cell phone employee act like that.I go to Metro PCS and there very nice,polite.

Been trying to call this location all day and the line just beeps as busy and they never pick up. I am trying to spend money and they dont even have a working phone number. Thanks for nothing, will buy a new phone/service somewhere else.
I have had AT&T service, Verizon service, and Between services I had cricket. Cricket service has been better with customer service than AT&T or Verizon. The prices are unbeatable and their Cellular service is amazing. The store in particular has a young guy working there that is extremely energetic and able to multitask helping several different customers all at once. His customer service is above all that I have ever seen.

Just had some of the worst customer service ever, from someone who shouldnt hold that job. Stung at this location before..Went to Lombard where the clerks were knowledgeable and quite pleasant.

Christian is the main reason Ive stuck with Crricket as long as l have. Ive had a few bizarre problems with my phone and service and hes always been able to solve them. You cant always get good wireless customer service over the phone, so he is such an asset to Cricket and the Lloyd Center store. Somebody needs to give the man a raise!
Shopped today at 3 different phone stores went to cricket. Met russell he was very professional and set me up with my phone and a great plan. Very satisfied
My experience at the store it was horrible first of all the store manager lied when she said LG stylus 3 was eligible for the Android 8 upgrade this is not true they kept $75 of my money if you go to the store for service do not buy any accessories they are non-refundable make sure the phone works and meet your criteria. I had to make two trips to get the refund the girl working there in the morning was incapable of doing a reverse transaction in the first place so it took two trips.

I joined Cricket network on the day they first opened for business. My phone number has never changed. Once while I was on a cruise ship in the Caribbean my auto pay didnt go through because my new bank card was not added to my file. I had disconnected service. That was the only late payment in the many years as a customer with cricket. The first time a Cricket LG phone locked up with software problems was 18 months ago. Had to buy a new phone. 11 months ago my LG battery drained during updates. The UI system failure was fatal. Bought a new phone. That one had system failure and wouldnt even turn off. That was 6 weeks ago. Took it to lloyd center mall. The helpful cricket representative couldnt fix it and guess what? Bought a new phone at store closing time. Between the store and home I set up the newest phone to import my data from the dead phone. The 2 phones communicated enough that suddenly the deceased phone came back to life. I looked at the LG warranty and didnt think I had a chance if I filed a claim. Returned to cricket store to find out Cricket (AT&T) has their own separate warranty. Mr Helpful that got credit for another new phone sale said he could help me file under the warranty program. I declined thinking I can manage on my own. Several weeks later, I still hadnt done that and time was almost up to file within 12 months from purchase date. Decided to take him up on the offer to help with the filing process. When I returned to the cricket authorized dealer, he was rude, denied ever offering help to file the warranty claim and I felt as if since I wasnt spending a couple hundred bucks that day, I wasnt worth being served. It was Jeckel & Hyde, night & day, butter vs margarin. I left without being given help and no parting statement inviting me back if I needed a new phone in the future. Called customer service. Ann told me I cannot file a warranty claim on an inactive phone not currently connected to the cricket network. WHAT? She couldnt even give a reasonable answer, only repeatedly read from scripted computer text that we could not move forward on a claim. I asked for a supervisor. She couldnt. Instead she transferred my call to customer service where the system promptly disconnected the call. I called directly. A knowledgeable employee listened to what I had to say. In a matter of minutes I was given a Return Authorization number and instructions how to proceed. I should have a new replacement LG X Charge delivered by UPS in 4 or 5 days from now. Perhaps customers profile page should include length of time as a customer and a rating system to reflect on payment status so employees treat longterm customers in good standing with excellent payment history with respect that weve earned.
I just purchased an IPhone 7 Plus from Karen and Russell cricket store.They were really respectful with outstanding customer service.
Russell was very helpful with my purchase and was able to keep cool while dealing with 3 customers at once while one was very rude hes the guy to see for your chirping needs
Karen is very knowledgeable she really knows what she is doing great customer service. She helped me set up my phone after the other phone got stolen.
