My car wasnt starting in the morning when the weather got cooler. I didnt know if it would die when I got to a busy intersection or not start up again leaving me stranded some where. I took my car to the team at better brakes 4 less and they were able to fix the issue quickly and I was pleasantly surpassed by how affordable the bill ended up being. After calling around town I found the best price for my brakes and struts at Betterbrakes4less. I got excellent Service and quality parts. Got everything done fast. I also love the fact that it is a local, family owned business.

My sisters car broke down because the battery had been jump started so many times and refused to hold a charge. And she needed it to be fixed as soon as possible so she could make it to class. When I found out her Chrysler car had the battery installed underneath the wheel well I did not have the tools to do the job. I gave Better Brakes 4 less a call and they said I could bring it down and they would lift the car for me and swap the battery. They had a battery delivered from the nearest AutoZone and installed it. When they had the wheel off the car they discovered the brake pads were incorrectly installed by the last shop I went to. It could have lead to brake failure. They brought me back into the shop and showed me how the brake pads were installed incorrectly. They even offered to reinstall the brake pads for free because they were concerned that it could lead to brake failure. All in all this is a small company, but their customer service is some of the best I have ever received. When they were finished they shook my hand and I was out the door with only the cost of the battery and 1/4 hour labor cost. even though it took them a little longer than they charged me for. I would highly recommend Better brakes 4 less after my experience and will continue to use them from now on as much as I can.

Having problems with my front right brake. Salesman took me into the shop to see the problem. Showed me the left side with no problems. I let him tell me a line of BS with an outrageous quote. Told him I dont think so!!! Then I took my car home, replaced caliper on front right side, problem fixed. These guys are a joke. You will be over charged and they obviously dont listen to their customers input or they might have a fighting chance. Oh, if they cant find the problem they make stuff up. Good Luck with these guys.Their signs were poorly hand painted.and unprofessional. That was my first warning sign, literally.
