I would highly recommend this business. I needed all new tires on my truck and I purchased the BF Goodrich KO2’s and the crew that works there did an excellent job. It’s been a bit hectic here this morning and the guy at the desk got a cool as a cucumber even with a line forming and phone ringing off the hook. Friendly, doing his best wanting to take care of the customer doing it right in spite of the chaos around everyone. Really made a difference in the wait, he put us at ease and just seems really nice. Very solid experience, 10/10 would recommend!

We got a flat on i295 while towing our fifth wheel travel trailer. We got our spare on and went to the nearest tire shop (which happened to be this Tire Warehouse location). Phil and Tyler stopped what they were doing and got us in right away. Within 45 minutes, they had four new tires mounted, and we were back on the road to enjoy our vacation! After going to another company for many years, I saw a new store had opened closer to where I live and decided to check it out. I brought my daughter in to get new tires on her car before winter and it was an outstanding experience. The place was spotless for a tire shop, and the work was completed much sooner than anticipated.It was great talking with the manager, Jim. He was friendly, engaging, and had no issue answering the questions I had regarding different brands of tires. Furthermore, I had called ahead and learned of their lowest price guarantee so I did some shopping around before hand and came prepared to negotiate the price. To my surprise, I didnt even need to. They were already about $100 cheaper than the quotes I had gotten from the other guys, including my old shop!The whole atmosphere was very inviting, and it was refreshing to see how well Jim and his crew got along. They seem to really work well together.5 out of 5 stars! I will be coming back soon for my and my wifes vehicles and will definitely be recommending this place to all of our friends.And a big shout out to Jim! Great job! I really hate to be writing this as this has been my go to tire place that is very conveniently local to me. I have always had great service. Well until now. They have been “working” with the manufacturer on the tires I purchased off them as the 60,000 mile tires only lasted me 20,000 miles, of course not this retailers fault that they didn’t last. BUT I dropped my vehicle off to start the process of figuring the credit with Goodyear and or getting safe tire on my vehicle as we are in winter now. 8 days have now passed and 17” of snow has fallen day 6 into my efforts to get new tires on. I have called several time and spoken with the manager Phil each time. Kept getting told he will do this or that then call me back, Well you guess it I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM. Each time I have to call. The other day was my last straw. I called to check into this situation as I’ve informed him from the beginning I drive for Uber therefore if don’t have safe tires I do not work. He answered and put me on hold for 55 MINUTES!! Then when came back to phone. The response was “uh hello”, Oh yeah they just want a copy of tire rotations. I said OK I will go to my mechanic and get what I have for paperwork on the vehicle and drop it off which I did this was a couple days ago I have since thrown the tires away and bought new tires elsewhere I will never ever be shopping here again

These guys have saved my life a couple times now. I somehow managed to get 2 flat tires in a month (different tires), and both times they saved me from hiring a tow truck by coming up to my place up the hill and taking the tire off there. They took what I expected to be a $200-300 emergency and made it much more survivable. I will be bringing every bit of business possible to these guys in the future.

UPDATE: While the first experience of getting the tires was positive, I had to subsequently spend a few hours at Tire Warehouse after the fact in order to get them to fix a lug nut that was improperly fastened (this caused a slow leak that made my PSI go down to 13... should be at 33).Unfortunately, the experience made me feel uncomfortable about the way they fitted the tires so I took my car to Sullivan Tires to have them re-looked at and test everything. Tire Warehouse didnt do an alignment, which after putting on $600 tires, was a surprise. I would have worn through these tires much more quickly had Sullivan not aligned them.I would say overall, youre better off going to a place where they do the full service, including tire alignment. Im keeping the 3 stars because my first appointment was pretty positive, but overall, I wouldnt go back.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Super great experience! I was able to get just the tires I was looking for! Definitely recommend.

Came in to get my tires checked out for squeaking. The associate immediately took my car back to inspect the tires and brakes. Was able to quickly diagnose the issue and tell me exactly what I needed to do. Great, honest, and quick service.

The best service. I’ve been here twice now. I went to get my tire pressure checked the first round. One tire was low, they filled it right up! They said to check back in if it got low again because if it did, there was most likely a leak. Five weeks went by, light appeared again. I returned to the trusty stop and they checked the pressure real quick. The tire pressure was extremely low, so the associate got my car in IMMEDIATELY and had the tire fixed in under twenty minutes. Perfect timing to swing over to coffee by design across the way and get back just time for said associate to swing the car around right to me. I would be doing myself a disservice to not stop at tire warehouse on Boyd St.

We were staying in an Air bnb for the night in Portland, when we walked out to our car only to find a flat tire. AAA towed us to tire warehouse, where Scott helped us out tremendously! He found a nail in my tire and patched it up within 20 minutes Of our arrival. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quick & cheap tire change, or to just patch up a small hole. MISERABLE SERVICE.These mechanics did our brakes incorrectly, completely neglecting to bolt the calipers in. Upon returning our vehicle to the shop for further inspection, these folks admitted to their mistakes. After two hours of waiting at the shop, they declared they would need a part that was unavailable to them that day and requested the car stay over night.In turn, the shop stated that there would be a rental car available at Enterprise for us. They said we were all set and to take an Uber over to the Enterprise to pick up our vehicle.After arriving at Enterprise, the check in desk had no idea what we were talking about. There was no reservation waiting for us. We had to rent a car for the holiday weekend on our OWN CREDIT CARD.The shop proceeded to take an additional three days to correct their mistake on our vehicle. Then, to no surprise, they were very confused by our recount of having to rent the vehicle on our own credit card and made no means to reimburse us. Instead, they directed us to speak with corporate and place a refund request.It has now been TWO MONTHS since we filed our refund request. After multiple phone calls with corporate, were being told that this needs to be approved by some mysterious district manager with no timeline or due dates for returning our money in sight. Furthermore, neither the shop nor corporate has apologized for their egregious behavior.Save yourself time and headache and pay to go see real mechanics under a upstanding name. This establishment is a scam.**UPDATE as of 9/10/20After leaving this generic response, I called the phone number and extension left here. I spoke with the same rude woman who explained to me that this request was sent to the mysterious DM and there was no timeline or plan that they could provide me as to when this request will be reviewed by the DM and no answer as to when I can expect this reimbursement. She again stated the shop should have submitted a refund request. Upon calling the shop, the manager, Phil, and his subordinate Scott, tell me that theyve done all that they can and I should Keep bugging corporate.DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Incredibly easy and quick tire repair. Every other shop was scheduling for later in the week. The gentlemen here had me in and out in 20 minutes with a fixed tire!

My car had failed and inspection for three tires.... the folks at tire warehouse looked at my tires and determined that only one really needed replacing!They referred me to another body shop to get my car inspected properly. They took me back into the work area to actually show me the tires and said they were not only passable, but in great shape!I refer this location to all the people!

Came in with a flat thinking I was going to have to pay at least a hundred for a new tire. Scott helped me out and was able to repair the tire, and explain clearly, what happened. I’ll definitely come back and would recommend. Got out of here for maybe 1/5th what I thought I would need to pay.

Went in thought I had popped a tire when it went flat the other day, turns out the tire was fine and it went flat because it was so cold. Where someone else could have easily used this as an opportunity to take advantage of someone, Kevin told me he would feel bad replacing a perfectly good tire and was able to send me on my way. Can’t overstate how much I appreciate the integrity of the folks here.

After failing an inspection for my car due to a smooth tire, I asked around for recommendations on tires, I was referred to tire warehouse. I called to book an appointment and got right in the next day, at any time of my convenience. As soon as I got there my car was taken right in. I was told 45 min, but only waited about 35! Phil and Kevin were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was even informed my last set of tires was the wrong size!!! Overall, great experience. I will be back for all of my tire needs and maintenance.

SUCCESS! By the way, my wife is at work up the street, I could swap out my vehicle for hers and be back in about 10 minutes if you could rotate those as well. Walked in without calling ahead, with a punctured tire in the trunk. After a short wait, they patched the flat from the inside in no time at all, and had me back on the road quickly. This tire warehouse location DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO BRAKE JOBS. They botched what should have been a quick routine job, incorrectly diagnosed what they had done wrong, and left me with a broken vehicle. 1600 dollars in repairs later to fix the vehicle, Tire Warehouse refuses to reimburse or make things right. Stay away at all costs.

Phenomenal! Kevin and Tyler helped me immensely! Car was shaking at speeds above 40mph. They took off all the tires and found mounds of mud caked inside the rim and on the rotor. Cleaned it off and fixed it free of charge! I will be a forever customer! How can you not be with that kind of service and reasonableness?!?
