Doug is very straightforward and communicative about what he finds, and he found the problem two other shops missed. My van is running wonderfully now, and the work was completed much faster than I expected. Highly recommend this shop.

Had Performance Discount Muffler replace the exhaust system on my Toyota Land Cruiser FJ62, and they did a highly professional install for a reasonable price! They installed the new exhaust system high and tight, were able to cut off and weld back on some of the original flanges, they increased the exhaust pipe diameter from 1.75 to 2.00, upgraded the muffler at no charge, and put on new hangers/gaskets throughout. They used floor mats/gloves, and the inside of my car had no evidence it was in a shop. They have a secure overnight parking lot with razor wire and sturdy fence. The customer waiting area was clean and organized, and if youre a gear head they had full, well used tool chests(a mechanics only as good as his tools...). And, to top it off, the owner Robb was one heck of a nice guy who was more than willing to work on the exhaust system on a classic 60 Series Land Cruiser with a finicky owner like me. Highly recommend!

I barley drove in my 2000 Ford Explorer, my cats were packed with reburn, and had no exhaust flow. Doug and crew put a performance muffler and reworked the Forded up cat system, I took it up on the I- 84 and took it to 85, that car hasnt done 85 since 2008. Only cost me $850. Box shop wanted $1395 for junk. When I get my stimulus Im going to git my transmission did. Thanks for keeping the Legacy rolling.

A very professional job. Another very well reviewed shop had doubts they can do it, and said they can weld it on top without taking off the whole exhaust. But I stopped by here and the owner him self has done the job. And he right off the bat said it will be just fine to weld and get it done. Also has done it cheaper than the other very reputable shop also on 82nd.I recommend him for any exhaust work you need done. Good people, very professional, and fair pricing.

I forget the guys name that helped me out, but he was great. He went and picked up my my car from the dealership, fixed it in a day, and gave me a discount because it was my birthday. I would definitely go to him again. Honest and fast work.

I took my Veloster in for a repair the shop had quoted me $800+ on. I stopped by only for a quote and my car was able to be worked on same day, and they ran me through what would be done and the quote was about 1/4 that of the dealer. I was brought into the shop to make sure they duplicated the sound I was hearing and I was brought back once the repair was done to make sure I couldn’t hear it again.The dealership was more than impressed with the work and welds they asked where I got it done and were blown away at the cost. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service and have opted to go back with another vehicle.

The guys were amazing, straight forward, honest, and their work is solid. When discussing issues that could arise, there was never any pressure to add additional work. I would easily go back to them.

Perfect for what I needed. Brought my car in to get an exhaust leak fixed. Didnt catch the guys name but he was friendly and fixed my leak quickly, the car is much quieter and Im not breathing exhaust!

Been to these guys 3 times (my fault for buying a cheap catalytic converter from a different place) always have been honest, quick, and reasonably priced. After all 3 times, Rob has always stopped what he was doing to come and talk to me about what was wrong and how he had fixed it.

Amazing costomer service i have a proformance vehicle and they spent the time with me changing out mufflers to get the right premium sound quality i desired and they have now credited me to change the muffler again because i decided i didnt like it 2 months later ...quality work.... they will make you feel like a feiend not just a costomer

I needed a tail pipe so I stopped in and had these guys check it out. Turned out I needed a muffler too. They quoted me something like $450 for a new pipe and muffer. That was more than I wanted to spend. So then they found a used muffler and dropped the price down to $190. I agreed and they went to work on installing a muffler a pipe which was prebent and said they would mount usint 4 hangers. Exhaust sounded better and I was happy.That didnt last long. About a week and a half later I noticed the exhaust sounded different so I took a look and found I was lied to and ripped off. They only used 1 hanger and it broke. Not one of their welds on the pipe was worth a damn seeing how they didnt go all the way around the pipe. The muffler is cracked from the stress of no hangers holding the pipe up. I called the shop and was told the worm was warrantee covered and to bring my truck in. I did a few days later (I live in Seattle) and despite the fact a couple guys were just talkin I was told I couldnt be helped as they were too busy. So now my truck is not only back ti where it started, its worse as the muffler is breaking off too. Since there wasnt time to fix my truck and do the work correctly I now have to soend my time in court as a lawsuit against this dishonest scam of a shop is filed.
