Were able to come out next day to repair my machine. Werent cure what the issue was but they came prepared for a few things they thought it might be. Josh (I think that was his name), was so great! He deliberately worked in a way that would save me the most money, was so friendly with my dogs and was easy to talk to. Have already recommended them to another friend in need!

Super friendly service with absolutely ZERO guarantees and ZERO ability to diagnose a leak on a washer after 2 visits and $50 of parts. So unless you know exactly what needs to be done to your appliance or enjoy spending nearly $200 for absolutely nothing, I would avoid this place like the plague.

Affordable price with prompt service. The lady on the phone was helpful and I had a dryer that worked again within hours. The repair man, Nathan, fixed my problem and then offered to fix other problems that he found and I verified. He was great! When/if another household appliance has issues, Ill call E & M my local repair shop.

Not only did I get a nice, refurbished washing machine for a very decent price, but when it suddenly had problems 2 months later, a quick phone call got her son dispatched to take a look that same day! It turned out to be a problem unrelated to the machine itself, (clog in the water line that caused the water to keep coming in to the machine), and Josh repaired it right on the spot - with no charge, even tho it wasnt a fault in the machine itself!VERY friendly, very easy to work with, and very honest, ethical people - thank you Patty and crew! Great neighborhood business, and the type that takes care of its customers! Thank you again! :)

Misread a basic electronic code. When it didn’t work repairman doubled down on a clear misdiagnosis. When he finally checked his work and found out what was really wrong put me off four 4 days then finally came back and then told me the repair was too hard and did not want to do it. It was replacing a basic fan. So I just sucked up the time and fixed it myself. What a waste of time and money. Very unprofessional. A truest pathetic experience. Highly recommend not using them.

These folks are great. Over the last 33 years weve purchased a few used washer and dryer sets and a few years ago a brand new set. Very friendly and fun people to work with. I have never had a problem getting service for anything or having my warranties honoroed.

Excellent service and i will definitely use them again- and i highly recommend them. 1) i called them with problem with my fridge water dispenser- they took the time to really understand the problem and even offered me a cost vs benefit analysis if it was even worth the money based on the age of the fridge and offered me a much cheaper workaround! 2) i ended up going with the original repair- they came out, got it installed and walked me thru everything he was doing when he was installing it. Overall great service, good price (very fair price) and my fridge is working like new now. very happy with them.

The best repair shop ever!!! Went in for my broken maytag washer. Patty is super helpful. They taught me how to fix it on my own (feel so empowered lol) & parts ordered wnd recieved in no time. Love these guys!
