Great location with informative staff. Was looking at cameras yesterday when I came in and the staff was super friendly when helpful when it came to questions I had. Was able to apply for a best buy credit card and got approved right away to finance the camera and the first 12 months are interest free!***Update 4-10-21****Just purchased a Canon M50 mark 2 camera and am amazed with the camera of course, and the customer service I experienced while making this purchase! The customer service representative asked if we needed assistance right away when looking and he helped me get the right accessories I was looking for to go with my camera (sd card, carrying case, and camera strap). Very happy with this purchase!

I needed to replace my above-range microwave. Even in these days of near-empty store shelves, Best Buy is well-stocked. I was able to replace our microwave within a few minutes, at a very good price. The store I visited at Cascade Station near Portland International Airport is a beautiful place to shop...so well-appointed, with attractive displays. And it is near so many other stores -- clothing, shoes, household decor, eateries. Youll love Cascade Station, and Best Buy is a Gem in that mix.

Im going to miss the days when I can no longer walk into a store and buy what I need. Shopping in-person can be so gratifying. That said, if Best Buy doesnt focus on the customer experience, I feel that they may go the way of other big box stores. The store really lacks help when you need it. Employees can be few and youre left wandering around looking for help. My most recent visit found us walking through a maze of aisles and items stacked up in the middle of the floor. Very hard to navigate through the store and it felt very tight and closed off as a result. When you do find staff, they are friendly and somewhat helpful.

It is a Best Buy. You know what to expect. It is clean, fairly easy to navigate, and no I don’t want your extended warranty.There is a magnolia in this one! That makes it a bit more fun than some others. The staff takes themselves a bit to seriously. I don’t really know what that criticism means, but it feels right.

For how busy the store was I am pleasantly pleased by my experience today. Within a few minutes of the item I was deciding on. I was noticed that I needed help and got help promptly even though the staff member was requested by another customer by name. He made sure I had another associate before attending to that customer. That associate that helped was extremely helpful and assisted in ringing me up.

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION or you better check the box before you leave. I purchased the Linksys 3-pack Velop while picking someone up at the airport. When I opened up the box there was two of the units and then someone had wrapped paper about something steel to give the box weight. In other words one of the units was missing. I called them and they dont even answer their phone and when I got connected to the national customer service they told me I could either drive back up to the store (2 hours away) or mail it back. Not good service and will never go to Best Buy Cascade Station again....

Remember when you called a store and someone answered? Forget it with this store. An automated robot answers but the technology is so bad it doesn’t recognize commends and then transfers you to yet another lesser phone system. The result? A wait time of over 30 minutes because they’re always “experiencing and unexpected heavy call volume.” Their website you ask? Never updates. Absolutely useless.

One of the worst Best Buy customer service! We had an issue with T-Mobile portal at BB and the T-Mobile rep on phone asked BB to call them through retail line, so that they can verify. Not only they kept saying that the call wont help but when asked to talk to manager they just didnt bother to do that! When we called T-Mobile again, they just asked them to call through retail line to get it done. I will be writing down a post on LinkedIn to tag my friends from BB corporate so that it gets to proper channel. I dont want my fav electronic shop to turn into a customer service nightmare!!

Lesson learned: If you need camera things buy them from a camera store not a big box store. I purchased a nice lens with the bestbuy warranty but had an issue and the warranty was a joke and only served their best interest. I wont be buying anything of value here ever again. I dont need a bogus reply/response either unless its for my $100 back.

Very impressive pc parts and accessories selection. For best buy its really a nice sight to see. Everyone was following mask laws. No one is too pushy. They do push the best buy card hard but I get it. Everyone was nice and willing to help. Honestly Id rather go get than drive to Frys. Big ups to the hard working employees willing to feed my PC addiction during crazy time.

I am calling and somebody keeps picking up the phone and hanging up. You can hear background chatter for 2-5 seconds and then the phone is hung up. I ordered an item on Monday and it’s still not ready for pickup. What is happening Best Buy???? Why can’t you at least answer a phone??

Like used car salesmen in here. Trying to browse around and one employee after another keeps asking me if I need assistance. I literally had 5 employees ask me if I need help with a TV all within 2 minutes. I dont. Im on my phone not even looking at the TV, my face was in my phone, and people are still asking me if I need help. There is definitely such a thing as too much customer service. They need to back off a bit and give me some space. Completely turned me off from wanting to buy anything.

I bought a 65in Qled Samsung TV through the Best Buy App. I arrived at the store and notified them through the app that I arrived. Within 3 minutes of my arrival they had brought the TV out to my truck and loaded for me. Never had to step foot in the store. It was quick and easy. I appreciate how quick and simple the process was.

Couldnt find everything I needed as stock was pretty depleted in my areas of interest, but I still had a really good shopping experience and ended up leaving with a bunch of goodies. Jacob, one of the staff was really cool and made me feel very welcome in the store and even tolerated the bit of venting I did in the store. I was able to open up to him about some personal stuff and would even say I made a friend during my time in the store. I unfortunately had a pretty negative experience at another business later today, but thinking back to how well I was treated in this store prevented me from lingering on my experience at the aforementioned business. Ill definitely be returning here for some more retail therapy in the future and to update Jacob on some of my projects the tech in this store is helping me accomplish.

Bought a phone there ( a new onePlus for for like $300) a week ago and had to return it because it freezes 50% of a time when I start Netflix. I was told that this is not considered a defect and they charged me a $45-dollar restocking fee. Obviously the processing power this phone has should be enough to run Netflix. I wouldnt be returning the device if it worked okay. Best buy is out of the picture for my future electronics purchases.

Once I got there, the Best Buy app made it easy for me to check in and soon after, a nice young man brought my item out, checked the pick up number on my app through my rolled up window and then put it in my vehicle. Poor Customer Service. Supposed to give out tickets at 7:30am to let people know if they qualified getting a GPU. Instead, they wait until 9 oclock and let 64 people funnel in just to tell everyone they are out. I understand having limited stock, but have the decency to come out and let people know so they dont waste an hour and half of their morning. Its not hard to come outside and hand out 64 pieces of paper.

They have a pretty good selection of items. It does seem like the insignia products are taking over their product lines though. You should be able to get what you need here but in the past there was a bigger choice of brands. I still shop here quite a bit but if I am looking for something specific I usually have to order it online.

I went there to buy a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra on Sunday. I wanted to match price with Samsung. First, they accepted it and looked at Samsung website. Then, they asked around for matching price for 30 MINUTES. Finally, they came back and told me that they didnt match price for phones. Okay, if they dont match price, why they accepted it and let me wait for them to match price. So, I asked the other employees about that. They were RUDE and totally IGNORED me. WORST customer service ever. WASTE time at the store!I decided to go to another BestBuy store, they happily accepted the matching price. The process run smoothly, and I bought a phone worth more than 1,000 in just 5 minutes at another store.The Cascade store is the worst BestBuy store, and the manager should take care and train their employees more for customer service. Never came back. If I can give them 0 or negative star, I definitely would!!!

We spent almost 2 hrs in this store learning, building, and buying the perfect gaming computer with the help of Jake. He was extraordinary. Not only was he patient and professional, but he was extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of computers. He walked us through all of the options, from buying pre-built to building our own. We settled on building on our own gaming computer, which Jake used his expert knowledge to help us pick each part to fit our needs exactly. Wonderful experience. Cannot give enough thanks to this team. The MOD was excellent. As was the young lady that put us in the waiting queue, continuously giving us updates. Thank you!

Pressure sales people all over the floor. We were told they couldnt deliver any washers or dryers until Sept 18th before we even said what we wanted. Its like they dont want to waste time trying to sell you anything without you being aware they are 5 weeks out. Welllllll we left. Costco is 2 weeks out...and no pressure sales

The website and Google maps said the store would be open for indoor and curbside. When we drove to the location it was only open for curbside pickup. In the parking lot, I went online to do the curbside pick up but it was only available for me to pick up the stocked item the next week... Even though I was outside. I understand it was the day after New Years. But I did look up the store hours online to see if Best Buy was open and it said on their website and Google maps that it was open for lobby and curbside. Dont advertise that your lobby will be open when its not.

I order a phone 2 weeks ago and I receve text message saying is ready to pick up, I drive to the store after work tired and then come a best buy employee and told me the manager is coming to talk with me and yes she came and told me this is your brand new phone but the box is opened for she dont know who did it but if I agree with her to take my opened box phone she can give me a gift card 30 box and not warranty if phone works, and I just tell her no, I need my brand new phone in not opened box, is why I paid $1800 for 2 galaxy note 20 ultra, I spend another hour waiting because she says, the system in the computer doesnt work or dont let her order another phone, well after 1 hour and 20 minutes she told me ok I need wait another 2 weeks for the phone, this is just part 1, second part when I came back to pick up again my phone they give it to me and just give me and when I opened my box I try to set up my phone to try it and it wasnt working the set up, I came in side of the store and when to the phones section and I was standing there for another 30 minutes not one employee ask me for help and after that time came a employee fix my phone I finally I Have my phone, really Im not happy for the service and I hope its help to fix costumer service

I ordered a ps5, HDMI cable, extra controller, and a new smart TV. The TV was very challenging to fit in my crossover and the experts at Best Buy never gave up and never took no for an answer. They worked tirelessly to fit the TV in my car, trying different maneuvers, different seat positions, etc. Eventually it all fit (granted wasnt the perfect position for a new tv) The store closed at 7 PM for indoor shopping but for now have curbside pickup until 8 pm. Upon arrival, the app knew I was in the vicinity and I just typed in my space number, a brief description of my vehicle, and within about 5 minutes 3 associates came out with my items. They were all wearing masks appropriately and they checked my id to verify it was me, securing my items. I enjoy the shopping experience and am anxious to get everything set up and functional! Its fine. If you can track down an employee they are generally helpful. I had an curbside pick up during the holidays, their system said I had received my order before it actually happened so I had to go inside and then be told thats just how their system worked. Ended up being 20 min after I received the confirmation that it actually got to me. Might have been more noticeable because it was busy. Dont worry about me, though, Ive made my peace with the debacle.

Pretty awesome deal on a gaming laptop, but didnt receive accurate info re: whether it would be compatible with my vr system, so had to return it. Return went smoothly, but I missed out on other cyber monday deals due to misinformation and a general lack of customer support (which, tbh, is kind of understandable during the holiday season and a global pandemic). They did a pretty good job. Would shop there again.

The room smelled like pet spray, I thought something crawled on my skin after I eat in the bed in my pajamas, after I settled in, I noticed someone, the same person continued to open and close the door to the laundry room, and then, at one time he began talking loudly at about 6:45 am as the face bowl sink in the bathroom was clogged, so it had a very slow drain, I could not get a shower neither the night I checked in nor the night I checked out Bec there was no hot water when I turned on the water in the sink, so I assumed that there was no hot water. I called the front desk night auditor, and she said she would report it, but she did not know anything about it. She said no one told her about the hot water not being on and the sink being clogged. I checked out without a shower after having a long bicycle ride prior to checking in the night before. Even though the room looked clean, the smell in the room was strong and terrible. I think the smell was in the floor and the bed blankets. Im allergic to all dogs and cats with the exception of a few dogs. Lastly, I told the day clerk about there being no hot water, and the smell, and she refunded half the cost of the room, so I am happy about that even though I had asked for a full refund..
