Great sales, nice price match, great service, frienly staff. Very well organized with all home needs sorted by the different functions in the house. So items for bathroom, living, dining, kitchen, closet, garage, even some for garden, tools for the house repair and maintenance, probably all someone may need around the house.They will honor their own coupons, even after expiration date and will match prices from other stores, and online.

This location has some okay sales going on. My only complaint has to do with the fact that a manager that helped me told me that I could use a coupon on an item that they were price matching to their own online price. That same manager took the item brought it up to the counter for me and left a note on it for when I was ready to check out. When I get up to the counter after that manager had already clocked out for the evening, A different manager who appeared younger than the first, tells me I cannot use my coupon for that item. Mistakes happen but the fact that two Store managers are not on the same page and one has completely misinformed a customer, is not my problem as the customer. The professional way to handle the situation would have been to honor the coupon that one time to make it right. I was spending over $300 anyway. I’ve been a cashier at New Seasons market and had to constantly deal with entitled people all day every day. Some of those people wouldn’t even acknowledge you as they came through your line and you say hello. It’s a tremendous slap in the face to be on the other side as a paying customer who actually does have respect for all retail workers because the job is not easy, but to then receive not only less than ideal customer service but to be treated as though the other managers mistake is my fault or problem, is disheartening. I let it go as it’s only a coupon but the more aggravating part came in when, I called the store back because I forgot to ask them about their return policy on discounted big ticket items. Also their store is moving so I figured it was important that I get that question answered.The female employee who answered was extremely short and snappish with me. I asked her what the return policy was for my item and she told me what she “thought” it was, I then kindly asked her if she didn’t mind checking for the for sure answer. She didn’t check and instead snapped at me with “ I was there so I would know that it’s 30 days”! Then hung the phone up before I could respond or get a clear answer. I don’t understand her response because that had nothing to do with my question. The fact that I just dropped a few hundred bucks at bed bath and beyond, I don’t think my question was out of line nor should it have been so annoying or such an inconvenience for the employee. So I called back again to get a definitive answer from a manager. I spoke with the same manager who wouldn’t honor the coupon and he actually told me a different return policy from what the rude employee who insisted she was right did. I realize that this means absolutely nothing to the managers who run this store because they are moving and likely have “bigger fish to fry” but for 1 store to have that much horrendous customer service and miscommunication in one night is not acceptable. It’s not like I was being a “Karen” or one of those rude entitled customers. I could have lost my mind over a stupid coupon or caused a scene like many others in the public do to get free items or whatever but I don’t believe in that and I also know what it’s like to be a retail employee and deal with that. It’s not right nor fun. With that being said, I know for a fact that I did not deserve to be treated so poorly or as if my questions as a customer were an annoyance or inconvenience. It was almost as if I was taking the brunt of the employees having a bad night or being made the scapegoat for their grudges over past negative customer interactions. Because of this, I’ve decided to return all my items and repurchase on amazon. It’s not convenient but, I cannot justify spending hundreds of my hard earned cash on a store that I’ve now been disrespected by and with a management team deliberately choosing to not take responsibility to make things right for the customer by correcting their own mistakes on their behalf. Like I mentioned, I’ve worked in retail all my life and what happened last night would never ever fly. They need new training or an entirely new team that actually does work together.

I never been to a Bed Bath and Beyond without feeling like Im overwhelmed with overpriced and unnecessary household goods. I usually come to watch my partner buy some $100 lamp or something stupid.This was the first time I really wanted to pick up a few items. in fact, I felt like there was just so many cool things. Its pretty awesome!Its a shame that theres no direct entrance to the store.

I live in Gresham, I seem to not get the service in Gresham that I got at mall 205. I believe the manager helped us and checked us out oh, she was very pleasant and treated us like we were true customers best service Ive ever had it Bed Bath & Beyond. I do not recommend Gresham and their attitudes, Gresham employees you are not doing me a favor.

Located w/in empty shopping. mall, the entrance should have been relocated to the front of the building, as current entrance makes for a strange & confusing first impression. The interior here leaves much to be desired. Large amt of empty shelves amongst cluttered merchandise displays. The word busy comes to mind while wandering store . I always have to track down any help @ any of the locations & usually the store employee doesnt know the answer to my question.

Great customer service, a good collection of products.I frequent their store and also have bought on line from them. One product that really was helpful was a replacement pump for my marble soap dispenser in the bathroom. Works great, no leaking. The replacement pump come in three different colors. Also got a soap dispenser for the kitchen that perfectly matched my granite countertop. Works great. Another product from bed bathroom and beyond that I bought is a charcoal bag to eliminate odors from the utility closet. I tried s lots of different products nothing has worked. The charcoal bag is amazing.

I was forced to speak to the manager. Who was even reluctant to look up from his sheet to address a serious complaint about the actions and comments of one employee downgrading another simply for her shorter time with the store.The employee who was being downgraded was a very nice Woman of color the derogatory comments came from one who was Caucasian.I dont know the reason anyone might say the things she did against a co-worker.I dont want to suggest that this was racially motivated, but as a Caucasian I was simply appalled at the Womans comments.I will never walk into this store again!!!!!!

Would not honor a valid coupon because I did not have it physically in my possession, I had a photo of the whole coupon on my phone. Told they are “not supposed to scan them off phones” when they could have entered the MO code. I’ve used pictures of coupons at multiple locations in the past. I called corporate, logged a complaint, and not only is there no new company policy regarding not being able to take coupons on a phone, but they should have taken the MO code off the coupon. I asked the manager why, and was given a deflated excuse about the “circulation of coupons” as if the company does not circulate coupons for free. I feel like i was harassed, profiled against, and demeaned over one manager’s power trip of refusing to let me take $10 off my purchase.

I had receved an item for Christmas that was a refill for a product I didnt have. Because it was a gift I didnt have a receipt or even know if it was the right location. The staff were extra helpful and nice and let me exchange it for the same product with a dispenser, with no trouble. I appreciated the easy transaction so much,. I was afraid that with no proof of purchase if be turned away. Not the case. Very happy with the customer service

Great store. This location feels a little strange and over stocked. Staff seemed very helpful and eager to lend advice on items. The store manager jumped into action when she saw that the only cashier was swamped and rather than call for more help and walk away she jumped on a register and started ringing people up with the most positive attitude. What a great example to set for her employees and seeing as such other employees came over and also jumped into action. Great job and certainly made for an impressive experience. Keep up the great work.

Bed bath and beyond at Mall 205 is a great place to go to shop while avoiding alot of crowds. Spent 20 minutes trying out all of the massage machines in the area they have dedicated for that. Found what i needed and was out no problem. Only reason i didntt mark five stars, was because traffic and parking can be a challenge.

Recently bought an R.V. Moved all my old kitchen supplies to said vehicle, began the task of replenishing my kitchen. While I wouldnt say anyone was particularly rude today, no one was at all helpful. Dropped $821 dollars on kitchen stuff, clerk couldnt even muster a thank you. Pathetic.

Decent store, customer service is sub par but that’s what happens when you hire all gen-z’s.

So this place does have everything, but the customer service needs work. Not once was l even greeted or asked if I needed any help. I was even buying a large cumbersome item. I am commenting because I used to work at BB&B and I remember that they focused on great customer service, which I felt like I did my best at despite it being (lets face it) a miserable retail job. I hardly even see associates on the floor. Its almost like they dont care anymore. Very disappointed.

A hidden store inside the near abandoned Mall 205. Most people do not know there is much between the Target and Home Depot but there are a few shops left. This one is well stocked and clean. The prices are high but you can always get a 20% off coupon for them.

Always find weird stuff that you can find in others stores, but way less expensive.

Youll find a wide selection of home goods, but never pay full price for anything. There are constant sales, promotions and coupons, so you should be able to purchase what you want at a discount.
