Bought our 2016 Smart fortwo from Brascar Auto Sales on July 21st. We worked with Pamela and Carlos and the transaction was very easy. They even did a virtual test drive for us. There was a little hiccup in the tag paperwork, so it was a little delayed, but still within reason. They found and sent the extra key, too. There is an issue with the car alarm going off for no apparent reason, but the car is used, so I guess Ill have to figure that out. Other than that, it was a great experience.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND IS UNETHICAL. They practice predatory lending; (Predatory lending refers to unethical practices conducted by lending organizations during a loan origination process that are unfair, deceptive, or fraudulent.) the only reason this company has a 4 star rating is because of the fake reviews that they leave on their own site. I grew up in the car business and this is what these type of dealerships do to keep their ratings up. If you actually read all of their reviews you will see the similarities in wording as well as some of the reviews have been doubled but with different names.Stay Far Away. Also, if you want to read reviews then read the accurate ones, the 1 Star ones.

This place is as dishonest as it gets. All of their reviews are fabricated by their sales people and manager. They prey on people with bad/no credit, overcharging them for damaged cars that have not been properly repaired. Avoid at all costs and go somewhere credible.

The experience on this dealer was the best, Evandro, helped me out and was throughout with the details of my buy, straight, no bullshit, no hidden fees, I needed a car urgent and within my finance options, he gave me the best deal for me, he worked with me and I was driving my new car within 2 hour of my arriving to the place, the car is running like new, couldnt be more happy with my decision to get a car from Brascar, now I know where to go for my next car ;)
