For a used car dealer, these guys are very pleasant & inviting! They made the purchasing my daughter’s car a breeze. Camillo, Max & Bianca are not like the usual suspects when visiting a used car dealership. We were greeted with a smile, they all had pleasing dispositions & remained pleasing throughout our experience. Which means a lot to me! I am incredibly pleased with my new car. Matt was kind and courteous and I would 100% recommend others to check him out. The inventory was very impressive and the prices are fair. I suggest if your not financing to bring cash because of the fee for paying with a card, just a heads up. But besides that, definitely a great place to buy.

Brief and to the Point : Got the to the dealer met with the Owner Max who assisted me thereafter, very good customer and I really appreciate Max honesty and patience with me, the car i actually went to look at, I didnt wanted it anymore And max showed me another car that he had got in about 2days ago, I checked the car out and test drive the car And car was in good condition and had a clean record and a good service history. I bought a truck from them listed in perfect condition just to find out before purchase that AC is not working. They promised to fix the a/c and I purchased the truck. 3 trips back to them and 7 days without the truck and the AC is not fixed. Now they stopped responding. I paid over $600 for the a/c leak repair. Do not do any business with them, very shady and dishonest people.

Maksim and Biana are honest, kind people and were a true pleasure to work with. They enabled me to purchase a Ford F-250 from Boston, coordinating with a local mechanic to inspect the vehicle. They replaced the tires, detailed and repainted the truck, answered a bunch of questions via email, and even threw in a free oil change service (I paid for the oil). They exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend Citywide Auto Group for your next car or truck purchase.
