I never complain or go out of my way to cause problems. Unfortunately, I am completely disappointed with the lack of service, quality and professionalism I’ve received.Range Rover Pompano facility’s servcice department has been going down for years. I know because I’ve been a long time customer of Pompano Beach. Ive purchased 4 Range Rovers from this store over the years. Im well aware of how the service was and how it is now.First off you never ever get a service advisor to answer your call or even call you back.After I placed numerous calls, I ask to speak to the service manager and I was informed I can only reach him by leaving a voicemail or sending an email.Ive read other reviews on google and I see Im not the only one having an issue getting someone to answer or call back.Am I to assume for what I spend to drive this truck I cant get a person on the phone to assist me when I need service? Not even management?Customer service tells me that they are really backed up due to the pandemic. I understand the pandemic and all, but this service has been horrible for years. Range Rover use to have enterprise rent a car at the dealership to give us a car to drive during service . Then they got rid of that and decided to use the Land Rovers as loaners. Well they must only have two Land Rovers in rotation because they NEVER have Land Rovers to give as a loaner. So they suggest that you sit there and wait for service all day. You have got to be kidding me, I dont think so. I dont know whos in charge there but they have to got to do better with their service . Im hoping with the the merge with Jaguar they will take notes from them and do better. Ill be purchasing a new vehicle soon and Im seriously reconsidering this dealership, with this type of horrible service. I can take my business somewhere else, there are plenty of choices.Amanda & Alan from Jaguar are a exception, they both provided excellent customer service. But again there from Jaguar!!!!

Great buying experience! Great communication! Ricardo (Ricky), our salesman, was super helpful. He responded to emails quickly, was patient in answering numerous of questions I had (due to the distance, I was unable to physically see the vehicle) and worked with me regarding the time it took to make our decision.Robert, the Finance Manager was super nice also and made sure everything was finalized to our expectations. Decisions Decisions. From Port St. Lucie, do we go north on I-95 to Orlando to buy a 2019 Ford Ranger fx4 or turn south to save $10k to buy my dream truck mean blue Toyota Tundra. We went south and met Lee. Drove the Truck my way and we were sold. Had his Manager present to give us some history on the truck. Both were true professionals and put my wife and I at ease. Took less than 2 hours and even filled the tank for our drive back up to Port St. Lucie. Thank You all involved and especially Lee.

The abject customer service here will make you question why you own a Land Rover. After 3 days of NOT ONE call back, no loaner car, I had to drive there myself to talk to a human and consequently videoed the incomprehensible treatment of how this place treats owners.It was so bad and my last straw with Land Rover regarding my new Defender with 15k miles... I spent all night writing corporate.At this the point, Id rather hear the truth, this company does not care one iota about you as a loyal customer, a human, anything.

I would like to keep it short but was unable to. I dropped my vehicle off to get the tire pressure and check engine light looked at. After being charged separately for diagnostic we decide to pay the amount of $8000 to fix it. Although it was a lot, we thought taking the vehicle to its brand would give us a peace of mind. After just one month of fixing the vehicle, another problem ensued where the check engine light came on again. I genuinely believe the diagnostic check should have pick up the faulty combustion system. We waited at three months to get it fix, paying another $5000. When we noticed it was taking too long to get our car back, we asked for a loaner, they told us they did not have any vehicle available. Today I chose to write this review because last night when my fiancé got off work the vehicle completely shut down on I-95 jeopardizing his life. We towed it to a different Land Rover dealership and hopes of finding a better result. It not fair when we work so hard to take of our valuables and in return that money went to waste. Pompano Land Rover need to do better.

I would give no stars if it were an option to do so!!! You held my car for over 30 days before it was even looked at. Yall damaged my front bumper and didnt even notify me of the damage. I had to leave my car with you for additional time to get a cheap cover up work, when the entire front bumper should have been replaced. AND then to top it off, when it was time to pick up my car, no one could find my car key!!! worst service and employees I have EVER dealt with.

I purchased from this location a few weeks ago. I visited a bunch of dealerships before I found Land Rover in Pompano and was annoyed with the lack of customer service at other dealerships. From the start, Ricardo made the process seamless and offered me the highest amount for my trade in. Jessica in finance stayed late to close the deal that night and I swear she has the patience of a saint.I had a small issue with the vehicle a few days after purchase and dealt with Scott in service. He overheard my issue and quickly jumped in and took over to make it right. They didn’t just fix the issue, they went beyond my expectations and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I was surprised to see how much they cared about customer satisfaction. My next purchase will definitely be from this location.

For a high end vehicle, the service department seems very average at best. I cant say they were not polite. However, they are definitely not going out of their way to please customers. In fact, every dealership experience I have had over many years was more accommodating than this dealership.

Customer service here sucks! I’ve been calling for a week trying to get an issue resolved with my vehicle and have yet to receive a call back!!! Every time I call it’s always “let me transfer you to their voicemail”. As much as we pay for these vehicles you would think the customer service would be excellent!

It was one of the most customer focused service appointments I have ever experienced. I lost the business card with the name of the Land Rover service tech, but he was excellent. As I waited for work to be completed on my vehicle, he serviced 3 other customers and he was patient, professional and courteous with each one. On another note, I was sitting outside at a “break table” and a young man, Land Rover employee, walked by and opened the umbrella for me. I didn’t ask, wasn’t thinking about the umbrella but it was certainly appreciated. Great staff all the way around.

An absolute terrible experience!! Had an appointment on a Tuesday morning . The RR didn’t get looked at until Thursday. Then, I was charged for something that they broke on a prior service visit. The maintemance department at RR Fort Lauderdale works on commission right? So finding issues/problems makes them more money. Find another service dealer! You will be happy you did.

I went in for a suspension error on my vehicle as well as a possible recall. I was given a specific appointment date of June 22nd with a loaner. My vehicle was at the location for 3 weeks and would have been longer had I not made complaints about the unacceptable time frame. I was almost one month out of my truck with excuses that were unacceptable. I spoke with the managing service adviser, Matt, who lacked consideration, sincerity, and charisma. He was unapologetic but instead pushed his excuseregarding the lack of technicians. Why then was an appointment made for me? When I went in, I asked to speak with him further and he brushed me off even though I was right outside his office door with an excuse that he was on a call. He obviously did not know I was right there. I received my car with an empty tank of gas even though I took it in with about a half tank. My mileage in and out were inaccurately inputted, which I don’t usually pay attention to upon signing because I trust that they do the right thing, but of course, it received my attention because my car was presented to me on empty. It’s the overall experience for me, which was undeniably the worst.

Even though the service and sales waiting area is in a temporary space while dealership undergoing an extensive renovation, the service and advisors are still top notch. My car was serviced and cleaned in less time than original estimate. I have always had nothing but good things to say about this dealership from purchase to every service. Very disappointed with the customer service at this land rover dealer. I dropped my car for a flat tire and 72 hours later still no updates on the status of my vehicle no pricing on the cost of the new tires. Linda was the one assigned to my case and I never heard from her once.As a business owner I predict This Land Rover dealer is probably losing hundreds of thousands of dollars on yearly basis because the employees just don’t follow up and customers like me prefer to just go somewhere else after 3 days with no communication.After 72 hours of no response I called and asked them to give me back my car and now I will go to a local tire shop to get the problem fixed.My service would of probably generated $800-$900 in revenue to this location. Not much but it all adds up.They did put my spare tire on my Range Rover and the flat in my trunk once I requested to withdraw my car so that was nice.

My husband and I had a terrible experience with this Land Rover dealership last month. We had a tow truck from the LR dealer, pick up the car from our house and when we went to pick up the LR4, there was extensive damage to the passenger running board. The manager walked around the car and said well, no one took any pictures or documented the damage, so we will replace it for free. We just got a call from Miguel who said he took photos, which contradicts what the other employee said. They smashed our running board and I am very disappointed in the lack of responsibility and care for their customers. It is very hard to reach them and no one ever calls you back in a timely manner from this dealer. I would definitely go to Land Rover in WPB or Naples. Very disappointed with this dealer.

Never again will I take my vehicle or even enter the Land Rover of Fort Lauderdale.I took my Land Rover Sport in for regular service. I invested time and more than $ 1250 and the little that I was able to check was not done by them, obviously I felt frustration and distrust for what I cannot check, because I cannot know if it was done. The regular service includes among other items Check Tire Pressure, Condition, Tread Depth, Set Tires to Recommended Pressure Levels and when I checked the tire pressure none had been calibrated, the difference between one and the other varied by more than 10 points.Be careful! not all that glitters is gold!

After calling this dealership for some minor warranty work to be done on a 2019 RR Sport we were told there was a 4-6 week waiting list, fair enough considering that we’re all trying to adjust to a post pandemic life. We dropped the car off 4 weeks later, after two weeks of it being in service we were told we were #16 on the waiting list and that they might be able to look at it within the coming week. We picked the car up and have arranged drop off to another dealership.We won’t be returning to Land Rover Pompano again.

Plan on doing plenty of follow up and waiting a very long time time for your car. I needed a new tire 2 weeks after purchase (it happens). It took me 3 days to get anyone from service or parts on the phone. Once I finally talked to someone the tire arrived fast. They said to come down to get the tire put on and that it would takes 10-15 minutes. I did just that and waited 90+ minutes for them to take a tire off and put a new one on. I understand service can get busy but don’t promise me a quick appointment and then take 90+ minutes. I would have come at a different time when I had time available to wait.

Absolutely horrible customer service. It is extremely difficult to get any service work done. Appointments are more than a month out, and there are no loaner cars available. They require that you drop your car off 3 days prior to them even anticipating beginning work on you car. In my case, it was over a week that my vehicle sat untouched, and in total I was without my vehicle for over 2 weeks on a relatively simple repair. All the while, I had to pay for a rental car out of my pocket.The service staff communication is awful. They are understaffed and dont keep you informed, and good luck trying to get someone on the phone. I was placed in never-ending holds on multiple occasions.Based upon this experience, I decided to sell my Sport and move to a different brand. This is not the type of customer service one should expect from a luxury brand vehicle. My customers would never accept this poor level of customer service from me, and I see no reason to accept it from Land Rover.

My personal service person is fantastic. She was kind, helpful and had my truck serviced in a timely manner. BUT when I sent someone to get and pay for my truck. The service manager took it upon himself to add fees to my bill. So my emailed invoice was one price and the amount the people paid that picked up my truck was 60.00 more. I have both the email invoice and the price paid as proof. I am very buisy so didn’t have time to argue with them. So Land Rover can keep my 60 dollars. But I bet they won’t get another penny from me unless it’s under warranty. Do yourself a favor dont get stuck at land rover service center, find yourself a mechanic that specializes in European cars and trucks. You will save yourself time and money.

LAND ROVER DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR VEHICLES OR THEIR CUSTOMERS. DO NOT PURCHASE A LAND ROVER VEHICLE. This is not something I wish to do however I have been left no choice but to be public about this issue. I purchased a 2014 Range Rover Supercharged three years ago as a CPO vehicle from Land Rover Fort Lauderdale my second Land Rover vehicle from them. All maintenance has been performed at this dealership since purchase to the tune of $36,000 so any work performed and inspections done was by this authorized dealer. My CPO warranty has expired as of mid August and I brought my vehicle in for an issue with the tire pressure system, a tailgate issue, 80k service, tires, and any warranty issues that could be tackled in July prior to my warranty expiration. This minor service took four weeks to complete. As soon I drove it off the lot the Tire Pressure system faulted again so I contacted the dealership and they recommended I monitor it for damage and call or bring the vehicle in. Since I was without a vehicle for the month prior due to service I needed my vehicle as I was moving and to busy. About two weeks later my tires had lost no pressure and I scheduled to bring the vehicle back in to have this tire system addressed. That morning my rear seats would not move, my cameras were not working and the Audio system was acting strange. I mentioned this when I brought it in and immediately the service rep felt under my rear floor mat and said my vehicle had taken on water. My vehicle has been garage parked for the past three years except these few weeks while moving or when away from home and was left with all windows and doors closed and locked when outside. I left the truck with them incredulous to that claim however they contacted me two days later to confirm a sunroof drain had corroded causing water from rain to flood my interior electronics compartment causing $25,000 of damage to the electronics rendering the vehicle unsafe to drive basically totaled and not covered under warranty. Since this I had tried every avenue to get this addressed by Land Rover as Land Rover employees had told me this should absolutely be covered. I had contacted Land Rover corporate via phone and had a case manager contact me a week later who gave me a case number and whom also told me it should be covered and he would get back to me within 48 hours. Now two weeks later I have not received any answers or updates and cannot contact this case manager in spite of my multiple emails and voice mails to him. At this point my vehicle has been out of commission since late July and held hostage by Land Rover. I finally received official word last week that Land Rover does not consider me to be a valuable customer and they will not stand behind their vehicles leaving me a multi vehicle Land Rover customer with a 6 year old vehicle that they will not support or cover. This is the singular worst experience I have ever had with any manufacturer let alone a car manufacturer. I am now left with a worthless vehicle and discarded as a customer. Instead of making it right they have made a vocal critic for life.

I’m so disappointed with Land Rover; I never had such a terrible experience with a dealership before! First, When I dropped of my car they said it would be fixed in a week, so today when I called I’ve heard they haven’t even touched my car, and they said I should be waiting one more week or so. They did not offer even a rental car, but I should had expected that since this is not the first time this happened to me... maybe it’s a good idea to mentioned that a month after buying my brand new Range Rover, my car broke down and I had to rent a car, since Range Rover did not offer me one until they got mine fixed. Today I’m just over it!!! Called customer service and they did not try to help me, and when I asked to talk to a supervisor the attendant said they were not available, but someone would called me back. So for, no calls, no solutions, just a very disappointed customer... but I guess I am just one more for them...

What can I say about Land Rover Fort Lauderdale... EPIC, literally EPIC experience! We went in to buy a full sized Ranger Rover HSE and got EXACTLY what we wanted combined with amazing service.I change our cars every 2-3 years, its been 10yrs since Ive owned a Ranger Rover (after a terrible experience in the UK buying one), and I have to say Jef Frankfort and the team at Land Rover FLL have completely won me back.The whole experience was amazing, despite:- the fact theres no showroom and they are working out of port-a-offices they still manage to make you feel like your in a luxury showroom.- Despite the fact there is zero stock of new or used cars in the US at the moment, Jef still managed to find us the exact car I wanted (and actually the choice of two a Sport or a Full Sized as we couldnt decide)At one point did I feel rushed, Jef really understands that youre spending $100k on a car and you want time to test it, play with it and make sure you are sold on it without the constant are you buying questions and pushiness we have received at BMW and Lincoln (terrible experience).They also gave me $6K MORE than anyone else offered me for my 2018 Black Label Navigator L, which just sweetened the deal even more for me.From start to signing the finance paperwork with the lovely Jess, everything was amazing, cant recommend Jeff and Land Rover FLL enough. Well absolutely be staying in brand and are already talking about purchasing another as a second car.

I took my car in for a previously booked service and was told it would be ready…… In two weeks! Four weeks later, I collected it. I pressed the button to lower my convertible top, which was perfectly fine when I took the car in, and it wouldn’t move. The part needed was two weeks coming !I was without my car for six weeks. I did have a loaner, but I would never have taken my car in if I would have known it was going to take more than a couple of days and I’m disgusted that this was not explained to me initially. All in all it was a disaster.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I took my car in for a simple service. They can’t tell me how long it will take and they are out of loaner cars. 3 days later, I’m out of pocket $400 for a rental car, (which they refuse to pay for) they tell me the cars ready so I drive down to pick it up. Come to find out they haven’t even started on the car.. So I took the car back. Called the manager, he apologizes and promises me a loaner car the next time I take it in for service. I took the car back and same deal. Once again I’m out of pocket for another rental car.

Purchasing my Rover was a great experience with Martin. HOWEVER, THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS THE WORST! They are unorganized and could care less about the customer. I brought my Rover in for service today for plastic pillar parts that have oxidized. Instead of replacing them last year, they just buffed them and said if it comes back then they would replace them. (A warranty item) When I scheduled the appointment I said I was coming in to have the pillars replaced since they look horrible. I said if they werent able to get the parts in by the time of my appointment, then it would be no problem to reschedule. The female who scheduled the appointment said she would have my service advisor, Mike Anderson, call me to reschedule, if they didnt have the parts. I showed up to my appointment today and GUESS WHAT? The parts were NOT ordered, my Service advisor is out sick and the other service advisors were too busy to check me in. I watched other people who came in after me, leave and I asked why I havent been checked in. Every time we have a warranty issue, they order the wrong part, etc. Their customer service is the worst I have experienced. I have purchased many new cars from different dealers (Dodge, Jeep, Jaguar, Mini) and have used their service departments. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH AN UNORGANIZED, UNCARING GROUP OF PEOPLE. ON TOP OF THAT THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOU LEAVE AGGRAVATED.UPDATE: WHY WOULD YOU RESPOND BY GIVING ME A PHONE NUMBER THAT NO ONE ANSWERS AND IT IS IN ENCINO CALIFORNIA. SO BASICALLY YOU ARE TELLING ME NO MATTER WHERE THE DEALERSHIP IS.....YOU ALL DONT CARE ABOUT THE BUSINESS. I had to get my car towed to the Land Rover dealership, once my car arrived NO one from the service dept. reached out to me. I called SEVERAL times no one could find my car FINALLY the receptionist after a 25 minute hold found my car. I requested a loaner for three days because I wanted to NOT fix my car BUT buy a new one this coming Saturday 12/12 - as per the associate I will call you in 30 minutes when we have the car available, still waiting for a call. very disappointed this is my second car with them.

Overall, I was satisfied with my car buying experience. My car buying process was a quick and painless 10 days. I am a Texas resident and purchased my vehicle, site-unseen, from Ft. Lauderdale. When I made my initial request to purchase the car the response time was great. I received a FaceTime call from my salesperson to show me the car. I received paperwork in a timely manner, and the dealership even provided me with a last minute surprise $2,000 rebate, for which I was very grateful. Where I felt the dealer was lacking, was overall customer service. Once it was clear I was moving forward with the transaction, I felt I had to constantly reach out to the dealer with requests for next steps and questions. I would have appreciated a more pro-active approach from the sales team, considering the blind purchase from Texas was new to me. Finally, as a person who has spent 20+ years working in Hospitality, I was quite disappointed that throughout the process I never received a simple “Thank You for your business” from the dealership. These small touches, seemingly insignificant, can make all the difference in a positive buying experience.

I have purchased two cars from the dealership in the last 5 years. My initial experience with sales has always been positive. However, it is the tale of yin and yang when it comes to service. My service experience has been so terrible that they have permanently lost my business--sales included. The last straw occurred last week. My 2017 range rover needed regular scheduled service. I had to wait 4 weeks for an open appointment. Ok. When I arrived for the appointment (on time) I waited almost 30 minutes to get the car checked in. That was the positive part--the reality was they had my car a week (for literally oil and filter changes), never notified me of status unless I called repeatedly as they did not return calls AND the only reason I was able to extricate my car after a week was that I resorted to calling the manager (after waiting to get to him on the phone for 45 minutes) and he then promised OK, i will put your car in the front of the line today. There is no customer service and it appears they have a serious shortage of service advisors, administrative personnel and mechanics. I own other brands of cars and my experience is extensive--this is the single worst dealership I have seen in 35 years of owning cars and reflects poorly on a luxury brand. Avoid them at ALL COSTS.

I made a reservation one month in advance for the 21k routine service, got to the dealership and they told me my car would be ready the next day. When I asked the purpose of making a reservation the response was it just gets your vehicle in here. Makes no sense! Just be prepared for inefficiency if scheduling service here. This was the EASIEST and smoothest auto purchase I have ever made! From the time I inquired about test driving the vehicle, they made me feel like the vehicle was already mine. They took the listing offline to stop further inquiries and to allow time to complete the Land Rover certification process. I was lucky to find this particular vehicle when I did (2018 Range Rover Velar, Firenze Red, Oyster interior, Diesel engine) and even luckier to have my salesman Jef be my POC. Everyone at the dealership is very professional yet friendly and answered every question I had. They really made me feel like a valued customer and not like they were trying to take advantage of me. The process from beginning to end was very smooth and almost unbelievable if you compare it to other dealership experiences. This was my first time purchasing a Land Rover vehicle and they were eager to explain everything to me and tell me about the great things and experiences that come with being a Land Rover owner. I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to check out Land Rover of Fort Lauderdale. Wow, superb service at this Land Rover dealership. On Saturday, I had a nail stuck on my tire (driver’s side back) so I drove to this dealership directly after noticing the tire pressure going low. As I arrived I was greeted by the Service department attendant and she right away took my information and had a service consultant (Taiwo) come to help me. Taiwo immediately saw the issue, called to make sure they had the tire in stock, and had a Service technician come and get my car to replace my tire right away. I explained to Taiwo that I had to leave my son alone playing tennis so he made sure I was taken care of right away. I literally waited 20mins and my car was ready to go! I am so happy with the Service’s team help and for replacing my tire quickly so I could get back to my son! This is what Customer Delight is all about! Thank You!!!!

Jeff in sales was awesome! Jessica in Finance was awesome as well. I gave a 2 because too many things happened that should not have. First, one of the doors did not open from the outside. The car was detailed and washed but no one said anything about that. I then had to spend 3 hours in the waiting room to have that fixed. Wasted an entire day. Secondly, 3 days later, the cap on the same door handle falls off. I learned later that the panel was ordered and the service manager should have told me about it. I am now driving around with a rubber band on an expensive car. I am not a very materialistic person but I do expect to get exactly what I pay for and not a facimile of the same. I am now here waiting to be told that my car handle has been painted and is the correct color match to my car. This is yet another inconvenience to me. My husband and I have been doing business with landrover for over 20 years and I have not had this type of experience before. Not sure what’s the change influencing this type of service or lack there of.

Great buying experience. Even more so since it was a certified pre-owned/used car. Sales rep Ricardo and team were all very friendly, professional and quick. Was in and out in approx 2.5 hours with a test drive, financing and a trade-in. Also, this was the first time in approx 10 cars where the deal worked out to be better than what I expected going in. The main dealership is under construction - the temp buildings are large enough to spread out, kept clean and their staff all followed covid-19 safety protocols. Highly recommend Ricardo Torres and Land Rover of Fort Lauderdale/AutoNation.

Actually, this is my second posting as I had to take my car back in for service Tuesday February 2nd. It was just as bad as the first service noted below. I booked the service appointment online and got a confirmation. When I got there, no one seemed to know about the appointment. On Thursday of that week, I still did not hear from them at all about the status of my vehicle. I called several times and either got no answer or voicemail. I called again on Friday and finally got a hold of someone and they said the vehicle was done, but still had to be test driven and I would get a call back when it was completed. I finally got a phone call about 4:45 on Friday that the vehicle was completed and I could pick it up. Are you kidding? Almost 5 pm on a Friday afternoon, driving up from Fort Lauderdale on a Friday? Needless to say, I was without my car for the weekend. On top of this, last week when it was raining, the windshield started leaking again in the same spots as before and also started leaking in new spots. Supposedly a new windshield has been ordered, but I have never received any follow up from them from the last service visit. I was also told they temporarily sealed the windshield until the part came in, but obviously they did not do this or do it right. The car is going to get ruined, but it is a leased vehicle so this is really their problem not mine as I am documenting that they will not fix the problem. I am sure the General Manager will do another response to this posting with a generic response with the general phone number for the dealership but no extension. Good luck in trying to reach him. If he was really concerned about making this issue right he would give me a direct number or email to reach him. I cannot recommend Land Rover at this point for their vehicle quality or service,I normally do not post anything, but Land Rover sent me an email asking me to post my experience, so I am. Two times on the initial service request call the person Maria, the only person that books the service calls, gave me wrong information that Land Rover had Enterprise on property to rent a vehicle while the car is being repaired. Only to get there to find out they do not. How does the only person who books the service appointments get this wrong? The items asked to be fixed were not fixed as requested. It is a known problem that the windshield leaks on the Discovery and one had to be back ordered. I was told the windshield was temporarily sealed until the window comes in. The windshield leaked the first rain after the car was fixed. I told them the front right tire had a slow leak and had to be filled every two weeks. I was told they found no leak and checked it thoroughly. Here we are two weeks later and the warning light goes off again that the tire is low and needs air. My experience so far with the Fort Lauderdale and Miami service departments are both way below expectations. I like my vehicle but I am not happy with their service.

Low marks for the Service department. I called in mid Feb and the CSR stated no appointments until April 2. I scheduled then waited; then called on April 1st to confirm. I was told no loaners and the vehicle wouldnt be touched before Wednesday (5 days), the CSR said why dont you call me on Wed morning so you can keep your car till then. OK that seemed fine. Wed April 7th the CSR called said the manager informed him the shop was backed up 2-3 months and if I bring the vehicle in the repair (front air shocks) it will be a minimum of 3 weeks to repair, AND I have to leave the truck there the entire 3 weeks. ???? Very frustrated now.
