Service transaction was smooth, prices were as quoted, only hiccup was I had to wait a TINY bit to have a shuttle back to work and I was almost late but aside from that everything was wonderful!

Customer service at Tracy Motors in Plymouth, MA is consistently spot on. From the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave the premises, the service people are professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Having lived before in another state, I bought my vehicle elsewhere, but it does not matter to the folks at Tracy Motors, they treat you like you are part of the family. I highly recommend this agency, and when the time comes to purchase a new vehicle, I will seriously consider Tracy Motors since I know my vehicle and I will be treated well.

I dont want to even give this dealership 1 star, they dont even deserve that. After putting down a $2,000 cash deposit, I was SCREAMED at by David Young. He claims to have 30 years experience, but he still screams at customers while trying to sell them cars (...makes a lot of sense David!). Needless to say I backed out of the deal and my 2k cash deposit remained in their safe for over 2 weeks rather than giving it back to me promptly. 11/10 would NOT recommend! :)Wellsley Mazda ended up being a wonderful alternative for me to buy my new vehicle at. Go check them out! Ask for Jared, he was much better than David!

Made the oil change appointment online, which worked. I asked questions about my cars needed upcoming services and were answered. The thing I thought was great was the fact they put a paper floor mat down, it was raining that day, just bought new Corvette floor mats. Definitely appreciate that small detail.
I had the car in there for several days and had to chase the service department 2 out of the 3 days for a status update. I wasnt happy about that. Then they told me Id have to pay $2,000 for 2 replacement parts/sensors before they knew for sure if there was actually anything wrong with the car. And there was a possibility of another $1400 due. I said no and brought the car home.

It all started with a letter from Tracy Motors stating I could upgrade to a new vehicle for the same monthly payment or a couple of dollars more, so I went in and said what do I have to loose. To my surprise there were NO surprises and I got a brand new car. Went to have a battery replaced and they broke my 2000 dollar power steps and then the service manager told me it was my falt because it was aftermarket. Still wondering if I should get a lawyer to get my money back to fix there work. If i was you I would not trust your vehicle with them ever.

Scheduled inspection sticker and planned to drop my car off. They took it right in, was there about 15-20 minutes. Easy in, easy out. Just make sure to park in the right garage bay. I parked under the one with the green light (inspection bay had a red X) and turned out I should have parked in the inspection bay regardless.Good experience, friendly staff.

The 3 people I told about the issues I was having with a new lease didnt respond. Brought car in and none of the issues were listed on intake. Waited for promised phone calls for over a month. The people in service were nice enough. But dealership could care less. Regret leasing from tracy.
Called Tracy Service Dept. to make an appt and they said Monday 6/28 8:30 a.m. was fine. I dropped truck on Sunday pm so it was sitting in the lot ready to go. I received an automated text message at 8:24 a.m. as the only communication from Tracy all day. I did call to speak with Holly about 4 p.m. but was forwarded to her VM. I wanted to give her a heads up I would be to the dealership about 4:30p based when I could get a ride so I left this message. I got a ride to the dealership about 4:30 PM and was told my check engine light code issue was not resolved. No mention was made of the oil change/tire rotation & wash requested for this appt. Finally, when I found this out I asked to get the oil/tire/wash combo completed immediately while I waited. I could not believe nothing was done on a vehicle for 8 hours for a convenient time your service dept gave to me. I waited for almost an hour and finally left the dealership at 5:25pm. Your inability to provide clear and timely communication for a service organization is hard to imagine in todays competitive auto industry. Also, why do you book appts with customers that you dont plan to honor with zero communication? I would have been happy to bring my vehicle on another day but would never expect an oil change/ tire rotation/ wash and putting a plug into the OBD port to do some code work would be so difficult. A manager did apologize to me but one of his remarks was but you didnt purchase this vehicle here. I guess that is the real bottom line here isnt it. Not very professional. My service woman was Holly. She needs training on how to better insure her appointments get completed in a timely manner. She also needs a class on the importance of customer communication especially when a service department provided appt was going to take multiple days for four very simple to execute tasks. So disappointed by the team at Tracy but the truck wasnt purchased here.
These guys are the best! My husband and I both service our cars here and they are always helpful, fast and friendly! (And forgiving! We took one of our cars elsewhere in a pinch and Tracy had to fix someone else’s mess up!) Needless to say, you get what you pay for and we learned our lesson! We will be Tracy customers for life.
Getting a hold of someone there is like pulling teeth. Not responsive and doesn’t respond to emails in a timely fashion. Prices on website change, bad experience. I don’t recommend this dealership based on my experience.
I have a 2016 Chevy Malibu that I have had constant issues with; after several times in the shop for the same issues, loss of power, I was finally told by my old service repair ship (McGee Chevy) that I needed an engine, in which they installed. Now, fast forward a few years, here I am at 126000 miles and no warranty with one year left on the loan. I got loss of engine power again, my car would not start and my brakes were locked in place; they did not work, the pedal did not move or slow the car down when I would apply pressure to it. I decided to try a new service shop (Tracy Chevrolet) due to the poor customer service at McGee. From the moment I called to the moment I picked up my car; the customer service was absolutely wonderful. Holly kept in constant communication, I did not have to reach out to her to see what was going on with my car, she would always call if something needed to be replaced and get my consent prior to installing new parts, which McGee did not do. I needed a vacuum pump, new battery, cam shaft, oil change and 4 new tires. I cannot stress enough how wonderful Holly was. It was a big repair, with a decent size repair order total. Holly explained all options in details, was sympathetic and caring. My car runs better today with 126000 miles on it then the day I purchased it with 12 miles on it. I highly recommend Tracy Chevy for all your service needs and I myself will definitely be returning for routine maintenance on my vehicle. Thank you again!

Sure, Im stoked because I got my dream truck at a great deal, but that aside, Joe my salesman, and Forest the finance guy were incredible. Professional, no pressure, helped me get into the truck even though I didnt think it was possible. Very responsive to my calls and texts, and Joe Bazinet knew the vehicle, knew what it would take to get me into it. Honestly felt more like a friend helping me than a salesman selling me something. We both knew they could have sold for more, but he knew I wanted it and helped me get it. My advisor, Holly, was amazing. Very professional, kind and courteous. Chevrolet, however, stating they wouldn’t fix a possible break in my dashboard while performing a recall because of their defective airbags is unacceptable. Also, after reading the problems with 2007-2014 dashboards cracking - and then seeing they specifically excluded dashboards from this recall is disgusting. Their product was subpar and the consumer pays for that. I would never buy a Chevrolet again.
The expirience was great, from the moment stepping in I was greeted and thanked for my service since I was wearing my military uniform, Mr. Forest and Mr. McMahon are true professionals. They explained everything to me and were very excited along with me about choosing the vehicle I did.
I explained to Stephen in service what has been happening since I bought my car and all the hours on the phone with Onstar and how they couldn’t reset it because there is something wrong with the Onstar hardware in my car. He DID NOT listen to what I told him, been through etc. He didn’t want to order a $400 part and said that all I had to do was sign on with Onstar. Been there, done that, it still didn’t fix the problem. Now I had to leave him a message last Friday to order the part and let me know when it was in. I expect a loaner car this time. It started when we went to pick up the truck 12/19/20 and after being detailed the front right floor mat was missing and the back floor mat didnt match the other one. Salesman complained of having to spend all morning getting a key made because they lost the other one. Brought the truck back for shifting problem when they found it had a recall for a brake problem. After that visit we noticed the A/C caps were missing from an Evap core replacement that was done at that dealership. First thing I had to do was fill the washer solvent on the second day I had the truck. March 2020 the radio screen went out and I took it to a closer dealership to find out that the dashboard had been replaced incorrectly at Tracy and it would take 6 hours to take it out to access the radio. Tracy insisted that was not the case, but took all day 3/17 to diagnose a bad module ( previous dealership had suggested that was the problem). Had to order part so truck wasnt done until Friday night. I feel that Tracy did not tell us the truth and own up to their mistake. I sincerely hope everything was done correctly this time because I dont want to go back.

Brought my truck in Tuesday February 23rd for an oil change and tire rotation and they called me later that day saying they needed to replace my oil pan.. They are the only ones to do all my service since I bought my truck brand new. They want to charge me to fix it. Store owner will not return my call. Service manager said he would try to help me with my situation. They still want $$$$ from me. Meanwhile its 9 days later and I still dont have my truck . Total charge $2441.00 minus 60% from GMC left balance $940 Tracey absorbed some of this brought it down to $240 balance due which I do not feel I should have to pay Beware of Service Department! There were no issues prior to bringing my truck in for a routine oil change they are the only once to ever service my truck!

The service I received was above and beyond my expectations they gave me my vehicle back feeling safe to put my kids in the car after having transmission issues, they listen to my concerns and were able to find the issue and we’re kind and thoughtful the whole way. Worst dealership ever! I have had more ploblems with this company. They register my truck in the wrong town twice. First time we caught it and asked them to redue it and they did it wrong the second time. It almost cost me hundreds of dollars late fees because my excise taxes where going to the wrong town. They avoided my phone calls when i found a dent in my truck after service. Craig rudely told me to tell my girlfriend to stop calling while she was trying to figure out what happened. Thats just the tip of the ice berg. Just avoid this place at all costs. I would give negative stars if i could!
I dropped my truck off on Wednesday 12/23 to have a tire repaired. I went in assuming I needed a new tire as the damage to the tire was in the tread. I got a call about an hour or so after I dropped it saying that I would indeed need a new tire; however, it had to be ordered but would be in next day. I left my truck, never heard from anyone on 12/24 and when I called on 12/26 the person I spoke to said that they had to call the tech who was working on it and would call me back. I never heard from anyone the rest of the day. Fast forward to Monday, no call or anything until I have to call to get a status update. Had to leave a message and around 2:30 got a call back that it was ready, no explanation no nothing. Even when I picked it up no explanation as to why it took as long as it did and why communication was piss poor! Even the “wash” I got was horrible..it wasn’t dried off so now there are water spots all over the truck, and windows so I’m going to have to have it washed again..this was my first real bad experience with Tracy..I get the times we are in, I get it’s the holiday week; however, a simple call to keep me in the loop isn’t too much to ask for!

I have to say that I was more than pleasantly surprised that this was not the case at your establishment. In addition to great deals we found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable in particular our salesman Stephen Hall went above and beyond for us. He was more than accommodating and his knowledge of the products not to mention his easy going nature and sense of humor really put us at ease. I have been a Tracy Customer since 2015, first with service, and then I leased an Equinox in 2019 from Gil. That process was great, so when I was tired of the Equinox in just over a year I came back to Gil to get back into a Silverado. It was a challenging process mainly because of my credit history, but in the end Gil worked to get me what I wanted, I truly appreciated the explanations Adam gave me when trying to get me into a LT, and further apricated the work that Justin did to work with Myles and get me close to the payment I was looking for. I have said it since 2015 and I still stand by it today, I will never go to another dealership! The Tracy team worked hard to get me into what I wanted and worked to make it work within my budget

I walked into the dealership and was assisted by Sales Manager Justin. I was then assisted by a salesman by the name of Joe. I was not going to purchase a car that day. I negotiate a price for the vehicle and it worked out that I did purchase the car that day. I was extremely pleased at how things turned out. I had been back to the dealership a couple of times more and so far have had nothing but a great experience. I even spoke with the owner Jeffrey Tracy who was very friendly and easy to speak with. This is is the 2nd vehicle we purchased at Tracy Motors.The 1st was an XT6 for my wife,which was also a good experience. I had been shopping for a used truck and found one I liked. The salesman Stephen Hall,brought the truck to my house for me to test drive. I liked it and gave him a deposit. However before I went back I had been looking at the brand new one. When I told Steve I changed my mind he brought the keys right out s I could drive it. Well needless to say that was the one, and before long I was sitting at the desk with Adam(sorry if I got the wrong name)who went through all the paperwork with me, with no pressure at all,and I drove the truck home right then!I would recommend this dealer to anyone who asks!
I brought my truck in for a noise issue. The mechanics found a bulletin for the issue and fixed it. I had a doctors appointment that I thought I would make; however, Tiffany arranged this ride seamlessly with short notice and a smile on her face. Went to Tracy in Plymouth today to look at a used 2020 high country 2500 Duramax. It has bigger tires, leveling kit, tint etc. my truck has all the same aftermarket upgrades as that one and then some. I wanted to trade in my truck and put the money from that towards the newer truck, after them taking a 45 second estimate in what my truck would be worth they told me that my truck having aftermarket parts and accessories doesn’t increase the value of it at all but they told me because the USED high country does that it’s worth more than the window sticker which was 77 thousand they told me it would be well into the 80 thousands with the aftermarket accessories the previous owners installed. These guys are con artists who literally lied to my face. The sales manager and his buddy at Tracy in Plymouth are what give salesman a bad rep. If I could give them a 0 for a review I would.
