This is not the typical big-box Advanced Auto that you see in the pictures. Little roadside store that looks a bit run down -- have never seen one like this. Service was great and speedy, though! They tested my battery and had me out with a new one (at a good price) before I could finish huffing all the air fresheners.

Great place to find what you need price not to bad.

Service has gone down hill. Nobody in the store knows anything about vehicles. This company will hire anybody with a pulse

They have a ton of things Ive needed.

1) Wasnt sure if I needed a battery for my car, asked if I could return it if I didnt use it.2) 14 hours later went to return it, store told me to return it at warehouse. Warehouse told me they didnt have enough cash. Young bald employee gave me serious attitude back at the store. Said the receipt was broken so I needed an ID to return.3) Came back next day. Went to return, was given $129.99 because thats what the computer said even though my receipt said $161.49. Guy says the computers right and my receipt is wrong. Manager comes over, gives me attitude. Says Im not allowed to return electronics. Original cashier insisting that Im only supposed to get 129 back.Manager figured out I was overcharged in the first place and gave me the full refund.Not sure why everyone working there has such an attitude. Except the big guy with the beard. Hes cool.Perturbed me enough to write this and never be able to go back in there.

10am on a Wednesday, went to buy a pack of fuses, $22 for the pack, tried to pay with $100 and Andy the supposed manager says we JUST opened the registers and cant break that. That guy is the rudest manager Ive seen. Id better be real desperate to shop here again.

Good, knowledge staff willing to take a bit of extra time with a customer. Theyre not paid mechanics, (tho some probably could be), and will help w knowledge if possible.. but no, they dont swap out headlights for you, lol.. their job is to sell you the headlights.. Only knock against Advance would be pricing, imo..

When I called ahead, the girl told me the warehouse had the part and I could pick it up there. Well surprise when I got there they did not have it. So I went 20 miles out of my way for nothing. Will not go there ahain

Dylan at this store was the worst help i have ever had. His attitude was awful. He made me feel like i was asking to much for him to do his job. He had no idea what he was talking about. He tried to sell me a whole fan when all i needed was a relay. Also told me it didnt have one.... really!?!? After talking with other people he is known for this. Time to get rid of him.I have never writen a review before, but this kid sux! Never had a problem before this.

Staff is super nice and helpful. Online ordering is great the order is ready quick and there are usually great coupons.

It was ok. It is NOT what it could (should) be.Ill try again. But I went there to be impressed. Didnt happen. Maybe next time

Guy sells me oil filter on Sunday go back on Monday tell him wrong filter I lost receipt he says sorry no receipt no trade and I spend like 5000 a year there never go back to that advanced
