I have been going here a lot lately. I am surprised by the amount of parts and tools this small Napa has. Staff is pretty helpful and knowledgeable.

Unhelpful. Condescending. Unprofessional. Told me they could help me. After 30 minutes of waiting walked back and told me their shift was over and they were going home. Extremely disappointed.

I came into return a core that Id ordered online and did not have a receipt. The manager, Brian, took care of me and got everything straightened out. Love NAPA parts.

I am not much of a mechanic I can do a few small things but the staff here makes it so easy to do those small repairs because they also have experience in that area. Thank you Napa and your staff

This afternoon 12/3/2020 the only employee on staff was not wearing a mask and had nothing between himself and customers. I will not be shopping at this location in the future.Which is unfortunate as in the past I have gotten really excellent service at this store.

NAPA is always awesome, but today was exceptional so I needed to leave a review! I was just looking for windshield wipers and was prepared to struggle through the install myself, but the associate came out to install them for me. He learned my my vehicle needed special wipers, so the ones I purchased didnt work. He switched it out for me for free and I was in and out with new wipers installed in less than 10 minutes! Great customer service experience.

The store hours are different then what are listed online and when asked if they changed their store hours recently they said they hadn’t in over three years.Service wasn’t great either. I ended up going to O’Rileys auto parts and they were able to help me no problem. I’ve had great experiences with other Napa stores in the past but the Plymouth location is definitely lacking and doesn’t not live up to the name.

Went in to replace auto start remotes for two different vehicles. They did not carry either but Justin recommended a company that comes to your house and calibrates your remotes for you. I could not utilize NAPA today but Justins attention to customer service ensures that I will return to his store the next time I need anything auto oriented.

I am happy. I got what I needed. Very friendly people.

They always seem to have exactly what I need. Well stocked store with a knowledgeable and friendly staff to help you look up the correct part or tool for your application.

They would not warranty out my battery even with in the first 24 months. I’ve never had a parts store never be able to look me up in their system. I was very disappointed and will not be returning.

Not open during posted business hours on numerous occasions. Staff usually lazy and condescending despite having very little working knowledge.Update: Changed my 1 star to a 4 star due to a few new employees (mostly the female [manager?]) being very helpful in my last few visits

Very poor customer service at the Plymouth MN branch. The attendants will make you wait for more than 5 minutes without looking at you, not even appreciating your presence as you wait to pay. One lady continued serving a customer for almost 10 minutes as I waited to check out, she didn’t even ask me to be patient. After waiting for what seemed to be an eternity, I returned the product to the shelf and walked out. The lady did not even look up...nothing.What also made me mad, there were two attendants sitting in the back, barely 10 ft away for what loooker like a lunch break. I am not even sure if they ever have a manager on site.Next stop, Autozone.Goodbye Napa Autozone!Bob
