While I did get a good deal on my open box flat screen. I was led to believe that the missing stand would eventually be found. I was also told that I would receive a call. After not hearing anything for two weeks, I stopped at the store and asked a sales associate. I was informed that the stands are usually just thrown away.

Never again!. I purchased a brand new Sony Television at the end of August and yes I did get the 2 year extended warranty but thats neither here nor there.I have had consistent problems with this Television since January, its now April. I am now on a first name basis with the Geek squad.While the repairmen that come out are extremely friendly and knowledgeable the customer service at Magnolia is HORRIBLE.I have had to call magnolia and geek squad multiple times to Express my frustration about my purchase and the non stop occurring problems to be told to call the other counterpart. Who is handling this?Magnolia or Geek Squad?I purchased the TV through Magnolia and Im getting the run around!After having geek squad come out to my residence over 4 times I decided to walk in and speak to a Magnolia representative.That conversation was a waste of time. Only to be told that the manager is away and wont be back for some time Im expected to wait again. This is unacceptableAt this point someone should have gone above and beyond but of course not. This ongoing battle of trying to be able to watch TV on my day off is put to a halt AGAIN until I can get geek squad to come back out and fix my TV or have someone replace itThey replaced the powerboard for the 3rd time and the motherboard i think for the 2nd time on SaturdayIts Tuesday and my TV wont turn on again.Good Customer service doesnt exist!Signed...one disgusted customer

I have been to the Magnolia centers in many Best Buy locations and have always had great service. The people I’ve talked to at Magnolia, have always been delightful to interact with. They are more knowledgeable than they’re often credited and I’ve never been treated with anything less than respect.I bought my last NAD pre-amp/amp setup as well as the littler B&Ws from them along with my LG Oled and have had no problems. They even hand delivered the TV because they couldn’t get the shipper to come out before the weekend. I am more knowledgeable than many shoppers in high end audio/video setup and configuration so I’ve never needed installation so I can’t speak to that aspect.

What a joke. My husband bought a very expensive TV, receiver,, universal remote etc. Before they came out to install, they wanted to look at our existing system and we were told all was good. They came out to install and said he bought the wrong receiver so had to purchase a different one. Came out to set up and got most of it working this was the 3rd trip. Then they came out as Chomecast was not working. They said we needed a new Chromecast so went in and bought a new one. Did not work. After an hour on chat with Google got it working but NOT through the receiver as they set up. My husband looked at the receiver book and it said Chromecast was built in - not sure about that yet but maybe.So they have been out 4 times. I have made several trips to Magnolia to purchase new equipment and to complain about the installation not working after several trips. We love the TV but the system still is not 100% right and we spent a ton of money on everything.Customer service is a joke and the installers never were able to get things to work after numerous visits to the house.
