Dont expect much cause you wont get much. Employees are not motivated, knowledgeable. No means yes. Yes means no.. If dare ask a question youll get an I dont know and Im not going to find out. Customer service is more like customer Beware. Recommend going to a Metro that is interested in answering. your questions with enthusiasm and interest. This place as dry as a dead tree branch.

I went to a corporate store because I figured the process of switching my account would go more smoothly. Unfortunately it did not. The clueless store employees don’t even know how to transfer a number. They wanted some transfer pin and even after I confirmed with Verizon that was not needed the imbeciles were still completely clueless. Definitely won’t be switching to Metro. You get what you pay for I guess.

It was almost a disaster ! 😤 I broke a few phones I tried to use the insurance they asked to many personal questions so I bought a new phone to transfer the number that Ive had for 15 years they started to ask a bunch of questions then told me they couldnt transfer my line unless I had mail with my aliase name on it . I gave them my pass code which should of been enough to do a very simple process which was to transfer and activate my new phone !

At this modern and civil Age, Ive never been to a retail store as hostile and unprofessional as this!Dont walk into a hostile environment. Security guards presence on the premises is allowing the clerks to be abnoxiously and rudely hostile to a customer!You are rudely directed to another branch or refused service if they dont like the tone of the conversation or cant address your concern/questions.I walked into the store out of curiosity when I noticed from the outside it is almost empty with hardly any life or merchandise inside - only 1 floor clerk and the guard were in sight. The negative energy was so weighing on me, I started heading for the exit!I gladly switched from low-grade MetroPCS few months ago.

Check your bill when buying a phone from here. The lady sold my father in law a phone and just told us the final price which seemed a little high but close. Looked closer at the bill and saw the case was $10 expensive and the first month was $68 instead of $30 like she made it out to be. Drove across the street to the Metro in the mall and got the exact same phone for $30 cheaper.

I love Metro even though everybody makes fun of it but I have never had a problem with them., Except 1 time. The people that work there try to be nice but you can tell they really dont like their job. I was desperate and I needed a phone now. Unfortunately the phone that I did purchase I hate it. Few days went by and wanted to return the girl on the phone proceeded to tell me that I could not even though on the receipt it said I had 30 days. It ended up working out cuz I dropped the phone anyways and cracked it

This is the worst metro pcs I have ever experienced. They scammed me and didnt break down the smart pay plan. My iPhone is worth 700$ but Im paying 1700 because of interest and taxes that they DID NOT EXPLAIN! Who ever is in charge of this store needs to tell there employees how to explain the smart plan because they r putting people in debt.

Nothing worse than someone who lies to get your money. My phone crashed, they told me that there was nothing they could do to fix it, and wanted me to buy a new phone. So I went to another place called get wireless in Concord, they told me the same thing. I bought a used one, then gave my not working phone to my roommate, and she had it working in less than 5 minutes. Now Metro is making me upgrade to a new phone because they merged with Tmobile, I better get a free upgrade?

Horrible customer service Ive ever experienced. They dont even smile or greet you. You walk in there & expect friendlier experience, but not at this location. No, at this store, they act supurior over you as if we dont have a choice! I would avoid this location at all cost.

The store manager trains the staff in unethical business practices and outright thievery . I bought over 8 phones there every time they ask me I want if I want insurance I tell them no and they still charge me for it, well the other day was the last time I will ever have anything to do with them. I walked in I picked out a phone the price was $59 clearly posted the girl asked me what I wanted, I told her I wanted $50 unlimited data plan well 59 dollars plus tax and like a $4 activation fee or whatever it is when I get home I realized it cost me $154 almost $40 over what it was supposed to be, so I called Metro to see what my next bill would be and they told me it was $78 she added $10 for high definition video that I did not ask for, $6 for insurance that I did not ask for ., and the 60 dollar plan with hot spot that I did not ask for . I clearly stated to her I want the $50 unlimited data plan and I speak perfect English with mo accent, so anyway I did call MetroPCS and they gave me $40 off of my next bill but it is clear to me that the manager must be fired. He must be terminated the whole crew that Works is trained by him to steal form customers so he can hit his bonus, what she basically did was put her hands in my pocket and took $40 out thats the same as stealing its theft, the whole crew that works there needs to be dispersed among the Bay Area and retrained really they should all be fired, they cannot all stay together as a team after being trained to be professional thieves, whats amazing to me is how they have a 2.3 rating and MetroPCS does not terminate the manager, and to top it off the security guard witch is actually a very nice man was programing my cell phone for the dirty little theft, they all have attitudes, very rude Ive delt with everyone there one of the staff Sam is also a very nice guy he refuses to take part in ripping people off,but what do you expect from a US Army veteran very honorable I think he cant be bullied by the manager . What should really happen is a sting operation by local police .This manager is accountable for thousands of dollars He has been doing this for years now .ripping off the old the poor or anyone he can 2.2 rating yet I bet he has a 99% penetration on selling insurance for cell phones well im going to copy and past this and file a police report now . I am also a US ARMY VET and I spent 6 years of mylife protecting those who cant protect themselves Im not just doing this for me Im doing this to make sure he does not rob one more dollar from anyone

This Metro is a corporation store that have special deals that the authorized dealers DONT have. I got a NEW LG that my GF insisted that I buy a screen protector I REFUSED but she got it anyway. Worse screen shield ever. I went back and an agent removed and cleaned my phone. Redemption.

Store employees need better training because they are clueless. I have a Moto X Pure Edition that is fully unlocked and even works on Verizon and this female employee is tryin to tell me that I need an unlocked phone for the MetroPcs sim card to work in my phone. I am not a newbie or clueless when it comes to phones so I know what my phones are capable of when I purchase them. The worst part about my experience with the female employee is that she seemed like she wanted to be right about my phone when she knows nothing of what my phone can do. The Moto X Pure Edition works on all 4 major carriers and I know because I have tried all 4 sim cards on my phone. I even gave them the correct password to my account and they seem to tell me that they cannot find my account on their system. Like I said before earlier, they need better staff in this store

Dreadful. Slow customer service. Went in on the one day I have off (Sunday) with a phone that had suffered an internal error (which we had nothing to do with). We ordered a new phone and were told that it would be there in 5-12 days. Its been 13 (business) days and this branch JUST ordered our new phone today! We called after 5 days, after 8 days and after 12 days and were always to just call back tomorrow. This is a corporate office, but theres one down in San Francisco-GO THERE!

Well I have been with metro for about 10 years and I must say I have never had a good experience in this store the customer service team do nothing but the bare minimum if anything at all ...I even had one call me a liar!! Im seriously thinking of changing my carrier since Im in the market for a new phone..thats another thing...y in the last 10years have I not even once been givin any kind of discount or upgrade not nothing ....I must be crazy to still keep them as my carrier for this long...
