Store and parking lot are clean and tidy. Store location is great, right off of the highway. Pleased with my purchase -awesome sale. This would have been a 5 star review if it weren’t for the Sales Manager, Neal. Not personable at all for an associate, much less a sales manager. A shame really, because other staff I interacted with were helpful.

The employees here are very helpful and knowledgeable. Spacious and organized. However i think it has a staff shortage. Looking at the size of the store, i still think it lacks the variety of products. Some isles had few boxes on ground, it was mid day so inventory is no excuse. Very dead quiet environment no music in the background, makes you feel in the middle of nowhere.

Great place for your business supplies. Neil offered to assist me the minute I set foot in the store.. I accidentally bought the wrong printer. Neil advised me I was past the 14 day return policy but agreed to return the printer. Then he assisted me to find a printer to suit my requirements. He was very knowledgeable courteous and respectful

I went in to get a cord for an old computer hoping I cold use it to run SPSS. I cant remember his name, but the first young man that helped me mentioned that it might not be a good idea to use an older computer because it wouldnt run the software correctly.He walked me over to the laptops and then was called away. Roy took over answering my questions. The level of service I received was top notch. Im a single mom and back in school at age 51. Im on a budget, but I was treated like I was going to purchase a high end product.They didnt have the laptop I could afford in store, so that manager, Rene, called another store. He even offered to send someone to pick it up for me.Great job, Staples Pleasant Hill! BRAVO!!

I ordered products from the Staples Store in Pleasant Hill, Ca. Online. Very satified with my order being filled & recieved my order right on time.

Clean. Organized. Easy to find things if it is something they normally stock. Well lit.Assistants are very helpful and its usually not hard to find someone to help me.They will do a Staples Online Order with NO S/H fee charge if they dont have the item I want currently on a shelf in their store.They will honor their Staples Online Price if it is lower than the Posted Price of the item in their store.As a Rewards member theres other discounts and coupons.Theyll also usually price match if they can verify the competitor price, coupon, sale, etc.I always check Staples first.

Item was listed on sale with a tag in front of the item. Took it to the cashier and I was charged for the non sale price. I told cashier that the item should be on sale but he said it was not and that they didn’t take the sale tag off. There were 5 sale tags on the shelf for the item. Cashier didn’t bother to check and made an excuse. In addition, in the middle of processing my items, he decided to help another customer who was not in line and left me waiting. Time of my transaction was 6:50pm on 02/06/19.

Service is usually nice. Its nice to see the same people on a consistent basis. Sometimes I have had a new person not know answers to a question, but that is rare.If you love discounted office supplies - this is your place. For as far as I can remember this place has always had the clearance section in the back of the store. Also check online. There are good deals to be had there as well. Todays find are Arc notebooks (red and green) for $7 which is about 50% off. Ive seen anything from electronics to Erin Condren in clearance. First come first served.

Needed some postcards printed in a hurry for a new listing I have and the Print Shop came through! I used one of their templates online, entered my info, pictures and listing content, sent it over at 10pm on Friday night and at 9am Saturday morning I had 400 glossy postcards ready. PLUS, I was able to buy the stamps at the same time! I will use them again!

A really great store the screw and the manager help me pick a printer today I was very impressed with their diligence they walk me through the differences and recommended which one they thought would work best for our needs I really appreciate them both the lady on the floor and the manager were extremely helpful

This is the worst customer service ever. Every time you call the store, you wait and wait and wait till you are connected to a rude, hurried and confused employee who more likely than not tells you they cannot help you or if you really need it go to the on line store. The are under-stocked and over confident. I had a computer virus that they charged me 0ver $150.00 and made me wait for several days. Once picked up, nothing had changed. I had to take it to another outlet in Walnut Creek and they repaired it the same day.Their print shop is a disaster. Long waits, inconsistent pricing, rude employees who tell you they are unable to help you and go on line, or they are under-0staffed. This latter is typically the excuse. It is however true. Enough. Take your business elsewhere.

I am giving thumbs up to Aaron Urton, the Tech computer service specialist. Not only he is very knowledgeable and suggests how to fix the computer malfunctioning, explains into details, but also he is very friendly and costumer oriented. It was a real pleasure to interact with him, he is funny and always concerned about the customer full satisfaction. Thank you Aaron!

Who knew choosing a pen could be so difficult??! In other words, they have a great selection of products, not just pens.

Took way too long on printing one document. Staples needs to fix their servers because I had to send a file to print about 3 times and apparently they still do not have it on file.

I can usually find what I want and the price is reasonable. I find the new fake welcome greeting you get when you go in annoying,. I mean its an office supply store, not someplace I go to hang out and make friends.

You may want to work on your customer service skills and fake a smile, greet your customers, dont just ask or a discount card and throw their stuff in a bag and hand it to them....thats all!

I have gone there mainly for their printing services, which I find to be top rate and so inexpensive.

My fiancé and I were in a rush for last-minute Wedding stationary items ie. Wedding Menu, Program, Rehearsal Dinner invitation, etc. when we came in to the Staples in Pleasant Hill, CA and Diego was OUR MAN! Weve come to this location several times and are always met with lukewarm customer service. Diego was patient, kind, friendly, knowledgable, and most of all, helpful. Within one day, we had exactly what we needed. Even with a minor hiccup on our part, Diego quickly fixed the detail and we were on our way.
