I took my kids here for flu shots. We arrived early and waited for over an hour. No communication on what was taking so long. After an hour and twenty minutes we left without the flu shots. Terrible experience. Go somewhere else for vaccinations.
Was very nice. Customer service was ok. Prices were a little high, but is expected.
Went to the pharmacy to get my 2nd Pfizer COVID-19 shot and had a horrible reaction to the vaccine. Karen, the pharmacist, was super kind, attentive, and helpful during the situation. Best Walgreens around. :)
Convenient location, staff always friendly and professional. Customer for over a decade.
Pretty typical Walgreens. They have everything I needed, but the line was long to check out. Ever heard of self checkouts? Would save people a lot of time.
Best Walgreens in the Bay. The staff are always welcoming and pleasant.
I want to recommend one of your employees...Martha...helped me in the photo department.I worked for over an hour picking out pictures andwhen I finished..I had 7...instead of 30...It was lunch time and she asked if I would likeher to scan the photos for me....I am so impressedwith her good samaritan spirit...and help...What an awesome lady...kudos to her...Dottie
This is the worst pharmacy ever. I have been dealing with them for about a year and I am so fed up I am transferring my Rxs to anther Walgreens 20 minutes away ( they are with 5 minutes of my house). There is always a problem. The Dr. sent in a Rx and it took them 6 hours to fill it. At CVS it would take a half an hour. Unfortunately my new health plan is with Walgreens. Hopefully the other Walgreens is better.
Prescriptions are never ready when they notify you that they are. My doctor sent in a prescription to be filled on a Thursday. I called in that day and every day for a few days after to see when it would be ready and it was never ready, according to their automated phone system. Finally, I called and actually spoke to a pharmacist on Tuesday afternoon, who said they could get it ready for pick up by 6:30pm. Every single time I went to pick up a prescription after I was notified of it being ready for pick up, I was still stuck waiting at the pharmacy for close to an hour before I was able to pay for it and leave. Im not sure what the problem is, whether theyre understaffed or what, but this is VERY frustrating.
5/16/16Found friendly service to go with the low-prices yesterday. I cut a ton of fresh flowers from the gardens around my condo complex yesterday, then forgot them as I left home headed to the cemetery. Not wanting to arrive empty-handed, I stopped by this Walgreens location because it is the closest major store to Oakmont Memorial, where my sister was laid to rest.Yesterday was her birthday and I found a dozen beautiful, fresh roses for $10. The deer seem to like eating roses the best so I like to bring roses to her so that the deer will come visit at night. :)The girl at checkout was especially kind, especially when I told her what the flowers were for. And they were certainly a good deal for only $10.
Worst experience ever with here. I needed to transfer my prescription to other place, so I asked them. They said they will call to the other pharmacy and then transfer it. However, they did not call them, so I called them again and asked again. I had waited almost 3hours to transfer the prescription. I recommend you go another pharmacy.
