The European Wax Center uses hard wax applied directly to your skin, so you don’t have to mess with those strips of fabric. It is a little more pricey than other salons, but totally worth it for the convenience. It is quicker and less painful. The team has always been very friendly to me.

Just reposting my review I left on Yelp in case other people need to see it. But, I NEVER write reviews for anything, unless it’s a good review!! I’m typically a pretty understanding person. HOWEVER, I’m not surprised most of the one stars have to deal with customer service. AWFUL. I came 2 times before, everything was fine. However tonight, Came in this evening 7:30 ON THE DOT to my appointment, after they had cancelled my 7:00 and moved it to 7:30 because my waxer called out sick. I come in for the front desk receptionist to say “we can’t take you because you have a hold on your account from last time you were here” . I was like what hold? I know I paid!! And I let her know that I know that I had paid for that appointment. I checked my cards to see which one I paid on to prove I was charged. And I was! Front desk receptionist seemed annoyed (I get it, not her fault, but she could have been SO much nicer) Turns out, they charged me the wrong amount the last time I came in!! I was like whatever, and I just agreed to pay the difference. This whole thing took about 10 mins. By the time I was ready to start my appointment the lady who was supposed to take me in, (I think her name was Aleeah) was like “oh I can’t take her in any more it’s too late” I was like how are you not going to take me after YOU guys made the mistake? Also, they have a 15 min grace period! It hadn’t even been 15 mins yet! Aleeah seemed pretty rude too when she came out. After all that they refused to honor the fact they had to reschedule my appointment to a later time already, I was on time for the appointment on the dot, and they were the ones that charged me the incorrect amount last time, not me, AND I was willing to pay the difference and STILL refused to take me in. That’s ridiculous . All I can say is AVOID. Awful customer service. There are definitely better locations out there. Please don’t give these rude people business.

My first time here and being waxed! I had a full butt done and Kristen was amazing. She had a good sense of humor and put me at ease! It only hurt a little! Ill definitely be back.

The ladies at the front desk are always wonderful! Danica does a wonderful job and in a timely fashion that Im able to visit on my lunch break and still have lunch!!

Best place for body waxing. Excellent customer service! Always makes me feel valued as a customer. I been a loyal customer for a little over 2 years now. Very nice environment and clean and tidy always which is very important.

I have been completed to EWC for almost 8years and I have only been dissatisfied twice in all that time and thats not an exaggeration. I wish they had a loyalty program for long time customers. Their products for skin care are actually worth using as well.

If you have the right person (Victoria) then you will have a great experience. Knows what she is doing! Only complaint is the front desk. Lot of turnover and they mess my appointments up often.

This place is amazing, The staff made me feel as if i was at home and the young women that waxed my eyebrows she was wonderful down to earth and very pretty . I wilk be back 😍

It was good! They accommodated me wanting to have 2 separate appointments so I didnt have to get it all waxed in one go! She kept me talking and distracted and felt genuinely interested. Put pressure when I needed it!

Terrible experience with the new waxer Avi! I went to this facility last Friday with full eyebrows that took a year to grow. I asked Avi to just clean my eyebrows. Avi waxed my entire left eyebrow tail. She blamed that my hairline was too close to my eyebrow. Ive never had this issue before. Ive gone to this place for 2 years. Avi also gave me so much attitude, even lied and denied waxing that area. I took a photo of the red bumps near the left eyebrow to show that she waxed it. In addition, I waited 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment until I was seen and there was no apologies. The waxer Avi just gave me attitude when I said I had to leave by a certain time but didnt want her to rush and mess up my eyebrows. Avi complimented her own eyebrows and said shes never messed up. liar!
