Pharmacy staff great. Store clerks were ok could be more service oriented.

I have been going to Rite Aid for months now. I find it very inviting when you first walk through the door and each worker there is saying hello, and just showing you love for being there.💪I have found everything I have needed and then some, from groceries to covid protection...masks, gloves, hand sanitizer...and now I simply love Rite Aid pharmacy...outstanding...5 star.💪If you need it, go and get it. Rite Aid. Simply. Thank you.💖💕

Pharmacy has no cash back in register but the terminal gives you the option to request it, and there is also no sign that states no cash back.Terminal also tells you to remove your card when you shouldn’t.Go to CVS instead. This place feels like no one pays attention to what being a consumer is like.

I was here about 8 years ago and never wanted to go back. It was dirty, dark, had mostly empty shelves, and employees were not helpful. My daughter-in-law has been going there for prescriptions, and Im so impressed with the place now. Its well-lit, clean, well-stocked, and the staff is very friendly. I must go at very odd times, for Ive never had to wait in a line. Im surprised there are not more people there - unless people are not going there because they had the same sort of experience as me years ago. Im getting my prescriptions here now as well.

This Rite Aid remodeled in 2016. There used to be a family of cats outside that the staff would feed. The cats were so cute. Whenever they were hungry, theyd wait by the front of the store and meow at everyone. When they were not hungry, they would just hide in the garden center. The staff even named them. But the city made Rite Aid get rid of them. Now, the ice cream is the only reason I come here.

You can tell that the employees really do appreciate you as a customer & genuinely care for your well-being. The store is clean & well maintained. I always leave with a smile.

Even if no one is here the wait is long. They recently remodeled so its not so dated and dingy, but the service isnt really any better.

Oh man. Customer service on this rite aid is bad..........
