The customer service was excellent and very knowledgeable and my new haircolor turned out just how I wanted, very happy!

Maps says closes at 6. Store front says 5. Yet it’s closed at 430? Wasted trip and wasted time.

Either it was my lucky day or therere always deals to be had here? I paid $6 for a huge round brush and got a buy one get one deal on a hair product! Nice selection, no sales people following me and parking was very convenient right behind the place. Im an Amazon Prime shopper, but Im going to check this place first next time.

No one ever answers the phone. Its always busy like someone is on the other line smh

I’ve stopped by this location several times the past month or so. Every time the employees are rude and 8/10 times talking on the phone. I know more about their personal lives than I’d like to just from shopping around and unwillingly listening to employees phone calls. I’ll try a different location just cause it’s uncomfortable and ridiculous that I expect it at this point.

Excellent products - always have just what i need. Have the portable hair dryer Carel and it is terrific!

Have a limited supply and this location doesn’t stock supplies for all cultures. I had to travel 5 extra miles to another location to get the product I’ve gotten at other Sally’s . If I didn’t have my 1 year old granddaughter the travel time and distance would’ve been a problem.

My sales associate was very helpful.
