My favorite liquor store.. always love shopping here. And of course always love tasting the liquor.. Ive bought allot of things I wouldnt have even known about if it werent for there samples

Worst customer service of any retail store in the area. More standing around in the front of store by “managers” than anywhere else in the store. And when you need help you have to walk around aimlessly looking for someone. And never the same employees, super high turnover. Have resorted to curbside pickup to avoid the intolerable bad customer service. Oh sure they do the volume because they are the only Total Wine for miles, but that shouldn’t mean customer service should suffer. 👎👎👎👎👎

Total wines is the pinnacle of liquor stores. Well its a liquor store and so much more. Loads and loads of brands ridiculous amounts of each and every type of spirits. Not to mention the vast selection of wines. Believe me when I say if they dont gave it they can get it and if they cant get if you probably wont find it anywhere else.

What a great place! Variety is overwhelming... u can get anything and everything u need for a great party. Store is clean and super organized! I love this place!

Wines galore in this place, but they didnt have what I wanted. Seems the south doesnt have the wines I was looking for. My cousin in Georgia also checked around and nothing there either. However, was happy to get my favorite Fever Tree brand, tonic water and ginger beer!

Firstly, we were followed around by an employee who did not offer us help and stood behind shelves in every aisle we moved to. I thought maybe they were just waiting for us to ask, but then they offered help to others and still nothing to us.Also, I went in with my sister (who was not buying alcohol but is 21) and we were denied service because my sister did not have her physical ID while those next to us checked out with their children in tow. This situation was unacceptable, I had to go somewhere else to purchase alcohol for my event and I will not be back after how I was treated today. It would be one thing if all customers were treated the same, but we were offered shots when we walked in without being ID’d but then not able to check out for that same reason. There is no reason or consistency

The store manger I believe was amazing. He helped me and my dad find some nice mini champagne for an upcoming wedding. He also topped it off with a 10% discount. I will be back!

They have tons of wines, but when I couldnt find a particular wine, I was very disappointed.

Well..its like Costco for alcohol, so whats not to like. Lol. Unlike that self-service warehouse behemoth, Total prides itself on its top notch service. I can vouch for the PLT location, anytime Ive needed help, a recommendation or had an issue (corked wine) its always been handled professionally and with a smile. The selection is large and varied, although the heavy promotion of the house wines and liquor can be a bit much. Only other minor complaint is you used to be able to score some awesome limited and exclusive releases if you had a good relationship with your local store...now its all done thru corporate...IF you spend enough $$. Always my go-to place for liquor, wine and bar needs. I love the variety and prices are generally good and not marked up the way Publix liquor store is always $10+ or more over market price per item. The floor reps with white dress shirts are usually very helpful and knowledgeable when looking for items or suggestions.

I love the store at Plantation, FL. Today, we were helped by Jaime who made our experience great! We were looking at some wines when she approached us to make sure we found what we were looking for. She is very knowledgeable of regions and varietals making our time very pleasant. We ended up buying more than 10 bottles of wine! Thanks Jaime for such a delightful experience!

Today is 12/01/2020 at around 1930 prob a bit later - me and my friends went in and from arrival a white lady with black long hair and leather black jacket and leather black pants followed us around like if we were three criminals - she came and asked if we needed help and clearly I told her no and this didn’t stop her from pursuing us - followed us through each isle and even followed us to the beer fridge - I don’t know how are your loss prevention team trained but this is inadequate customer service. After she heard my friend say “why is she following us” that’s when she backed off and went to the front - this is a shame that if you have colored skin, you need a loss prevention employee on your tail when I know your store has many cameras to discreetly watch over their clients.

Total Wine didnt rate high with me today. I went in for an inexpensive wine. $9.99 to be exact. But they had every wine under the sun except the one I was seeking. Once again another merchant that cant keep their shelves stocked to accommodate one cheap bottle of wine. Im getting to the Point of asking myself what is The Point in shopping anymore!

Had an issue with a beer tap for a keg and they swapped out the tab instantly. Great and fast service. Very busy location but the employees are highly efficient and helpful.

I love this store! I could spend hours and hours and get lost down the isles. You cant beat the variety they have. There are so many types of wine, liquor, spirits, and beer. I also like the options they have to choose one or mix and match your own beer. Great way to taste and see what you like.

Thank God I dont shop here. Only can imagine the workers inside let alone outside. The place is not the problem it is the person getting their shopping carts. About 2 hours ago I was in the car and the boy hit the car with a cart I looked up at him. Then opened the door and asked if he hit the car, he said no of course. But he did I felt the car move. I got out and looked and said you must have hit the tire because it was turned and there was no damage. Long story short. I went on about my business. Came back to the car and he asked me if I was recording him. Because I had my phone in my hand, he was arguing with me saying he was going to snatch my phone out of my hand and that they are not responsible for cars in the parking lot. I replied, your not going to take my phone because I am not recording you and if you damage a car you are responsible. But you didnt. He just kept on and I said would you like me to talk to your manager?,he said go ahead. Got to the point I finally said you need a realty check. Didnt have time for arguing over something that wasnt damaged. But the kid needs some anger management classes or some meds.

Had such a great experience at this store. Jaime helped me with my wine selections- she was super informative and determined to get me the best wines at the best price! She spent an extensive amount of time with me helping with all my individual selections and she even helped me bring the wine out to my car. 10/10 would recommend asking for Jaime to help you if you go to this location!

I normally write short and sweet reviews but I had to warn everyone about this. So heres the story, I was in a group of family and friends. My sister went to buy wine and the lady went to ID everyone in the group, which is fine. I was underage so they wouldnt let my sister buy the wine. We asked can I leave since I was the issue. She said no and asked if we wanted to see the manger. We spoke to manger and the manger explained that since we are on camera we can not buy the wine. We left and later on got the wine without me in the group. The lady and manger was nice about it. But I didnt understand about the camera part. I guess you can say you sold wine to an underage woman but I wasnt buying it. My older sister was. So ... I dont know. Great wine selection but I wouldnt go there even if I was 21 since the experience I had. Good luck to anyone who has an underage person in there group, leave them outside if you go shopping here. I hope this story helps anyone.

Took wifey here to stock her bar at home for her birthday. They have great prices. And if you sign up with the rewards they send money saving e-mails. They have a humidor with a good selection of sticks. And they also have great great gifts for a birthday or celebration to go with your favorite liquor.

I been shopping in Total Wine for over 10 years. Tonight was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a Total Wine. Really makes me question my relationship with the entire brand. Won’t be shopping at total wine for a long time.
