Publix is my favorite grocery store because they have everything I want. Winn Dixie is closer to my house but I get so aggravated when they dont have everything I need and I have to go to two places instead of just one. The employees at Publix are also great! They are always very friendly and helpful.

I love the tree 🌳 covered parking but the store inventory is lacking. Four items I buy weekly were not available. With a lack of selection in the meat section you would think they were under a US mandate to cut our meat consumption.

Publix was great as always. Went today to get my Covid-19 shot with my daughter and the process went super smoothly. The pharmacist answered all my questions and the whole experience was pretty easy. I feel more at ease now for when I go to get my second shot.

This location is tucked away, so I have to do a loop-de-loop to get there when coming from the West, however this is a great Publix, spotless, and with the typical reasonably good selection and prices. Other nearby Publix(es) in Weston and Davie can be overly busy so this one can help shoppers escape that AND for many it is just as quick of a drive to get there. I hope I havent unleashed a secret 8-)

Publix is a great store. I love it! The stores are always clean and stocked. The staff is always helpful and professional. The reason I give Publix a 4 out of 5 is because they are not honoring the customers by forcing the mask wearing. The state is not mandating it so neither should you Publix. I get safety but as an adult I have a right to wear or not to wear something. I have had covid and lived. I have received my vaccination and am healthy. I should not have to continue to wear a mask when I have been responsible to my self, family and neighbors by doing what I must. I love Publix shopped at your stores since I was a child with my mother. I am now 54. So please Publix respect your customers and stop mandating how we should live our lives.

Very disappointed!!! My wife stopped into your bakery the other day and asked if she could purchase some cake toppers for the 4th July. The associate behind the counter very rudely stated no because she was saving them for herself. Today we went to your store at 10155 W. Oakland Pk Blvd in Sunrise and your bakery associate was just to glad to give her some toppers. What a difference in attitude. This was the 2nd time in a week that I have had a problem with an employee. The first time was with a cashier who was to lazy to ask for assistance when I had a question on a bogo. The cashier advised that there was nobody around to ask. Unfortunately, it will be a year before the new Publix on Nob Hill Rd will be rebuilt and I can go back to shopping there.

Staff are always nice, but Rocio from the Deli Dept. goes above and beyond any expectations. She always has a smile on her face and its nothing but gracious.

Karlene in the pharmacy was exceptional she was professional, kind and extremely friendly. She went out of her way to help me and showed great empathy.

The store is always my favorite. But if you need anything from the pharmacy, hummm think twice. The pharmacist is the rudest person I met so far. I was abut to transfer my medicine prescriptions to there, hell no way.

Its a shame how what it used to be my favorite publix, the one across my street, has turned into one with the WORST customer service. I will definitely escalate my last experience there.

If you are looking for a five star birthday cake, this Publix is the one. We called several stores and bakeries looking for a very specific cake and this is the only one who said they could do it. Not only did they make the cake, but the taste was out of this world. This is coming from a person who doesn’t necessarily care for dessert.

Ordered a sub via the online website for 12PM. I arrived at the store at the time the order was supposed to be ready and it wasn’t. Shopped around for a bit and came back and it still wasn’t ready. Waited an additional 20 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. Thank you for wasting my time today Publix on Flamingo.

Small store Not good stock on hand

This is my first time giving a publix 3 🌟 I waiting for over 5 min to get the popcorn it wasnt bagged yet and no one seem to care to help me get 2 bags. One guy tried to help and bag it for me but he couldnt find the bags and all the lady told him is oh they arent normally here she didnt tell him where to get the bags from so I never got my popcorn

The Deli looks like theyre always needing help, no enough staff on duty to keep up with the demands of online orders and walking customers.

I was the only one in line at the deli and 1 workers argued with each other right in front of me as to who didnt want to serve me because they were too busy. I stood there for 6 minutes and no one said be right with you or just a few minutes, Nothing! After another minute or two I just left. If sandwich makers are too lazy to get paid to make sandwiches then I can only imagine the cleanliness of the food cant be good.Theres plenty other publix stores so I wont be back.

Dirtiest bathroom ive ever been in at a publix

Sad that you can only start with two stars. They can’t even follow the directions to make a wrap. Unfortunately I don’t micromanage what the staff is supposed to know. I guess some of the people preparing the sandwiches can’t read, or don’t really care.

Great plaza with a Publix.

Five stars to cashier Caitlin who instead of watching me struggle to carry my items out without having a plastic bag, offered me a paper one! Never have I been offered a paper bag before, everyone always watches me struggle to stacks items on my arms and they even ask are you sure you dont need a plastic bag? but never offer a paper one. Caitlin made my night providing me with this new information.

Considering that we are in a pandemic, it looks like not all Publix store managers believe in enforcing the rules. In this one customers are not observing the one way isles and not even the 6 feet of separation in the lines for cash out. Nothing is said to address the issue by the Publix personnel. Its a good thing this is Broward and not Miami-Dade.

Their manager was very rude and called the cops on us when we were messing with our friend when he got of work and parked right next to us and started to yell at us #karen.

It exists? There isnt much to say, but this Publix is pretty decent. Employees are always very friendly and helpful. Usually easy to find what you need with the layout, etc. Havent ever had a need to go to another Publix.

I went to in today with my uncle and his wife’s cousin to the deli area. We attempted to order subs but the lady at the deli counter was EXTREMELY rude! She smacked her leg at my uncle and rudely said “it’s gonna be a minute”.....it was just completely unnecessary. My uncles wife’s cousin decided to go wait in on our motorcycles outside because she couldn’t wait any longer because she recently broke her ankle and is recovering. However, Peter came to the rescue and made our DELICIOUS subs! Thank you Peter, you made our lunch amazing!
