I dont know what the issue is but anytime I goto the deli, the service is terrible on the slicing side. If I want a sandwich I get it fast. They should hire younger ppl with motivation. I was growing roots yesterday waiting for one item. wish I was in NY where ppl arent strange and service is good.

Worst Publix in all of Plantation!People in deli are rude and lazy to get you anything. They look at you like your bothering them if you have a question. Never replenish foods in the obvious peak times, and happy simply telling you “there’s no more”.More often than not find myself occupied having to bag my own purchases, and not be able to point out pricing errors. Honestly hate having to come here, but it’s the closest to my home.Recommend any of the other stores in the area. Maybe with a little economic encouragement this store will realize they need to provide better customer care!

Small Publix but has. Very good selection. The hot food section closes at 8pm.

They had what we wanted, and the cashier was good, but the line for sandwich orders at the deli counter was very long😔

My visit was just okay. I noticed most recently in multiple Publix locations less staffing in the deli area in particular and longer wait times. But overall, in the past the store was normally a great shopping experience. I think those areas need more attention to help out the staff and customers. The Jacaranda and Oakland Park west of 56th Ave locations, Ive waited over 20-30min a few times.

Went in to get a sub, waiting in line patiently. And then I see a large full grown cockroach crawling on the floors. Mind you it’s 11am. So they most likely have a infestation. I felt, I couldn’t eat there knowing that.

Downhill, Managers are rude. Cashiers says they dont pay enough to care. No carts or baskets to use. Short staff, no lids for soup in deli. Dont know why they are open. Publix should look at closing this location or at the least get new management.

Always clean, if you go at an earlier time of the day its not so crowded, and customer service has improved tremendously!!

Very clean. Staff are helpful and nice. Im really impressed by the length of the flowers bought for Easter and Mothers Day stayed looking nice.....over a week. Much longer than the ones that came from a florist shop.The only negative is I bought fish 3 separate times that had gone sour

The employees are great and very helpful. They make you feel like a person and not a bother at all! Managers, cashiers, all of them are fantastic.

Waited at the sub station for over an hour. Very understaffed. Went to pay for my sub and the guy forgot to put a sticker, girl at the cash register told me to go to the back of line. Took me an hour and a half for just a sub. Never ever coming back to this Publix. 👍🏼

I don’t want to give the specifics because I don’t want the review to put ideas in anyone’s mind that might take advantage of this review but wanted to thank the management and the staff at Publix for turning what could have been a nightmare for me especially during this pandemic into a learning experience. If every business modeled itself after Publix this world would truly be a better place! I’ve been going to Publix ever since I was riding in the little seat of their shopping cart! I’m in my 30s and can say that they live up to their motto and make shopping a pleasure. From the way the staff treats you, always welcoming with a smile to the warm and friendly smell of their bakery section, Publix employs the highest quality staff and uses the best ingredients. Yes, it’s true that you could shop elsewhere and save a little bit of money on SOME things but if you do your homework and take advantage of their advertisements and BOGO’S you can get the best of both worlds. Decent Publix but parking lot is laid out oddly and small.

Publix is very clean and shelves very neat. People who work there are very nice and friendly. Pricing has gone up a bit probably 20 to 25 %, but seems groceries have everywhere. I love Publix more than any grocery store. Thank you Publix 😍

My husband and I have been buying our groceries at this Publix for a few years now. At times, weve also bought at other Publix stores in the area and we can notice a significant difference in the service and the availability of products. The restocking of products here is slow, and usually there are some items that are unavailable (that Ive found in the other Publix stores); the wait at the deli is really, really slow here in comparison to other stores. Today, after the extremely long wait at the deli, we have decided to start buying our groceries somewhere else. I feel this Publix needs improvement in the mentioned areas.

Nice store but weird parking.

I can’t believe what I witnessed today.I was at the bakery department getting a cake and noticed the employee at that particular department by the name of Sharon who literally walk passed me.I’m a tall woman so i don’t understand how she didn’t acknowledge me, she then went about sweeping her work area for about 4 minutes we made eye contact .she then continued sweeping this was around 7 pm far from closing timeIt was another customer whom got her attention to assist us like seriously? I felt less as a customer I mean her demeanor was terrible, I will never stop at the bakery department at this store location Ever again!

I Purchased a prepared salad in the Deli. HORRIBLE!!!!! I got the salad to work and was about to enjoy it and the salad was completely spoiled!!!It smelled horrible!!! I feel like if I had eaten that salad I would have been on a trip to the ER. Publix quality and service has gone down so badly in recent times. I always trusted Publix quality, not anymore!!! I took it back and even the Manager looked disappointed!

I go to this store at least once a week since I move to the neighborhood. The staff is considerate, always helpful. The place is consistently clean. You dont see wilted greens or rotten limes there. Their displays are attractive. Shopping there is a relaxing and pleasant experience.

This is the worst Publix I have ever been too. The parking lot is small and always crowded. For some reason everyday the nursing home plans a field trip to this Publix. When you go inside there are a bunch of zombies strolling through the isles and in the way. The pharmacy is rude and incompetent. The deli is slow. Avoid this Publix and try another one a few blocks away.

Great publix. Tosha from the deli is absolutely awesome. I enjoyed talking to her as my chicken tender sub was made, she was very friendly and kind today made me enjoy this publix store that much more. This publix is always clean, im always asked and greeted by the employees and managers I cross paths with. Im glad to see worked from the other publix were able to come to this one. Absolutely recommend this publix and visiting the deli, publix subs are legendary.

I goto the Deli often throughout the week and they ALWAYS seem understaffed. I once watched the Manager stand their as opposed to pitching in with 5 people in Sandwich line waiting and 3 people awaiting meats/cheese counter..Who is scheduling only 2 Deli workers, and/or giving breaks at the busiest times.OMGosh..I manage 4 people and it’s not hard being efficient, especially with the resources of Publix.If it wasn’t for the Deli customers there’d be NO Deli. Maybe they need to implement a new system, especially now with the flooding of online takeout/pickup..Someone needs to contact corporate.

Subs and Salad was perfecto!

I go into this Publix to get pull ups theres a sign in from of the pull ups that clearly says Huggies pull ups but 3 get $9 off plus $3 of digital coupon. Which was last week but they forgot to take the sign off which means Publix has to honor the sale. The customer service cashier Brittany been with Publix since 2011 said catching a attitude sorry we cant honor this and this wasnt here yesterday like I put it there really. But she just refused to honor it i told her call a manager which verify that I had all the right items it they were wrong on there part she honored it. But like I complained to the manager about her and she said thats why shes not the manager duh cause if she was I doubt it I would of return. How do you work in customer service with such a attitude! But thank God the customer service honored it.
