I love that publix. That is my second go to publix. Now they have this employee/ cashier his name is Craig I swear he talks to you as if you were his friend. I just love his customer service. He is funny

Plenty of cashiers. You never have to wait long to check out. Very well merchandisedstore.

Fresh foods, seasonal candies and decorations. Good prices.

Store is always clean and staff always helpful and courteous. Meat dept has many types of steaks I do not see at other grocers. Sushi bar is very good as well, if you can catch the chef at the counter he will make you something if you do not see it. My only issue is w the deli, NEVER enough employees to cover customers waiting and I have waited in excess of 20 min several time bc there was only 1 employee and there were 2 or more people in front of me. Coming back later same thing occurs.

I never write reviews but i had such a good experience i had to share. Craig the cashier especially was very nice and friendly. And Lian in the deli as well was very helpful. Very good subs as well.

Its a small Publix but a good place to go when you only need it to pick up a few things.

Almost got all you need, though wish ordering from the deli/food section was more convenient and had an outdoor/parking pick up for online order rather than having to go in to pick up a sub

Theres plenty of parking. Like me, most people park their emptied carts in cart park. The ones who dont make it harder to find parking spots.The store was planned in a way to make process of shopping easier. Theres always an employee around to ask questions and actually takes me where to find items!Theres easy customer checkout making it easy to finish up! When going thru a lane with checker, everyone has been cheerful, thoughtful and kind even if they had a rotten day!The prices are always higher than cheap rate stores like Walmart. I figure Im paying a little extra for convenience and attitude.I like shopping at Publix but I only shop there because its on my way home from somewhere.

Clean and organized. This is a Publix in the center of multiple neighborhoods so it is at times a little crowded. Still is good place to shop.

This is one of the Publix that I cant ever find everything in my shopping list, even though I know the items are part of their habitual inventory. I always have to live with my incomplete list.

One of the original GreenWise Publix is granted it is old, but an oldie is a goodie. This place truly is a One-Stop shop have everything from pool supplies the coffee from Starbucks to tacos or sandwiches from Jersey Mikes and a game store for the kids I like to walk this little strip mall with us Publix is because it has a little of everything in my life including a Publix liquors. Also to note: this Publix makes some of the best fried chicken wings (the hot ones or the regular ones) for the $10 or $20 family pack grabs with the sides.

Im closer to the Lauderhill store on Oakland but always travel to Plantation for a better shopping experience. I love this store and all the fresh products. Staff is always friendly in every department.

Nice Big, Clean Publix the Bakery has fresh products and lots of variety. The Deli is ready with full of fresh breads and subs for the lunch -noon rush. There are seating areas to enjoy your food. Staff is friendly and the Seafood and Meats area was full with fresh meats, fish, and prepared sushi eats.

I was able to go in order my subs and pay for them in a timely manner.

Publix is a great supermarket with helpful staff and huge selection to choose from. They run great sales especially their bogos.

I buy my refreshing drinks at Publix !!Lemonade and fresh brewed tea ( you can always find a 2 for 1 promo).Boarshead ham an turkey has no match, its the best for sandwiches

I bought a yogurt, I did not check the date, but I cannot imagine that Publix sells expired products, I could not return it because I got home I saved everything and I did not realize when I am going to have the yogurt, I am sorry I see the expiration date and It is 08/13/2021 and we are at 08/17/2021 4 days of expiration and it has it on the shelves

Here we go. Great location, store was clean, and the parking lot was too.They do need more employees working the deli and prepared foods. Some customers were a little annoyed with the wait.

I have shopped here for years. Before Covid it was a nice store. When Covid hit so hard the staff became like family. Everyone there truly cared and still cares that we shoppers have what we need whether it is groceries or someone to talk to.

Long waits at the Deli. Clearly the staff don’t enjoy making the food. I commend the Publix deli in Key West. Maybe you should send your staff there for some training. The bakery has the worse cakes no creativity. Just the same boring stuff. I enjoyed renting movies but they moved the Redbox next to the customer service counter where there is always a long line with no privacy where you are required to put in your email and bank card. The cashiers are always fast, friendly and efficient. Try to get that energy to the rest of your staff. So I don’t have to drive a extra mile to get a better shopping experience at another store.

I love shopping at Publix Supermarkets unfortunately not every store carries the same items. For instance DiGiorno pizza up I love the spinach and mushroom but they only have it at the Publix Super Market at Town Square. They dont have it at the one I usually go to on Peters Road and University but that particular store is my regular store. The Publix at Town Square does have a much more impressive fruit and vegetable Department and a few other items that they did not carry at the other Publix.

Publix is the best place to shop and look for bogo deals.

My fiancée called to contact the bakery to find out if we were able to custom order 6 cupcakes for a very small birthday reunion for tomorrow but was greeted with a bad attitude from them. Stating that they couldnt sell us 6 cupcakes only a minimum of a dozen for about 25 dollars. If thats policy then we understand but you can keep your nasty attitude. Talk about customer service... We called anther location in Boynton near his job which he had already called for some balloons. We decided to ask that location and of course, they were accommodating and said yes that they would be able to make 6 custom cupcakes for a total of about 4 dollars. I dont know if each location has its own bakery policies but theres no need to catch an attitude.Unfortunately Ive also had issues with one of the guys at customer service. I think its times for a customer service training. Shopping isnt always a pleasure at this location.

The staff is very nice here, managers always take time out. But i think the deli and hot food is understaffed. The worst problem is they do not have a good selection of items that you can usually find at most publix. I am thinking about finding a better publix for Thanksgiving shopping because I feel like they will be missing some items and I wont get it done in one trip.Also you have to go early for paper products they still run low

One of the worst Publix’s. Besides the lack selection of items here, versus other larger Publix’s, the in-store pickup for subs Is horrible. Multiple times have we come at the time of pick up and our order hasn’t even been started. The last time we ordered, the system said pick-up was 10:30am. We arrived, waited a few minutes before the deli employee asked to help, went to check the orders on the printer, turned to us and said “she’s finishing up your order now”...when the sandwich associate hadn’t even started it.Unfortunate that this is the closest Publix to our house.

Brian in grocery was extraordinarily helpful. There’s a grocery item I need and often go to 5 stores to find. I called and he searched all over the store. Brian also recommended a replacement item. I said no thank you. He then offered to take my ph# and ask the vendor, and then call me. It is seldom you get generous, resourceful customer service like that!

I admire Publix for maintaining their culture throughout all their stores. The facilities are always clean and attractive and their friendly staff who are always ready and willing to go out of their way to help you are the icing on the cake!

They don’t every have the rotisserie chicken at times, you can go in at 3 pm 4pm 5pmAnd it’s always. It will be ready in 45 minAnd for get about the chicken in there weekly ad that’s worst.You would think at the time of the dinner hour they would the rotisserie chicken and enough to get to the customers very sad .

The store was very clean and employees were kind and courteous. The lines were small. I was able to get in and out

I came to publix to get some balloons blown up for a baby shower i walked to the station to find no one there after 10 min of waiting at the station i went to the first worker i could find only to be dismissed and sent to customer service. I went customer service they called on the over head and i went back to wait another 10 min then i walk back to customer service to ask where the worker was to have them call again again i waited no one came. I had two supervisors walk past me and not acknowledge that i was standing there as well. At this point my shopping was not a pleasure. Finally some one came after almost 30 min. I will not be returning to this store.
