Our local Publix. This store is always clean and well staffed. They are closing for a 1 year expansion and renovation. I am looking forward to seeing the new store.

Visited for the first time to see what all the rave was about.The vegetables are very fresh. It is a vegan person dream and it has lots of organic and gluten free foods. What stood out the most was the customer service!!! I rarely see that level of service anymore

Its a shopping center. I have no idea why we need to rate a shopping Center, but it has a parking lot and the road in is paved. The place is neat and clean.There was a live chicken wandering around.People were walking.It began to rain, but I didnt stay.No smoking is allowed in the stores.There used to be ducks there but they probably either moved on, or they were eaten.The neighborhood is affluent and the prices are higher than expected, but they keep the ducks at bay, and they dont hire Krakens.

Why are you closed!!! This was the best Publix in plantation/davie! The cleanest and the best flowers!!!! Hurry up and open

Just want to give a shout out to one of your employees. I was in the juice aisle and called my wife to advise her that Motts reg apple juice was out of stock. A very nice young man named Wendy overheard my conversation while he was stocking shelves. He stopped and told me to wait and he would go into the storeroom to check. He came out with the item I was looking for and then asked if there was anything else he could do to help. This young man is a true asset to Publix and you should be very proud to have him in your employ.

Good store but closed and pharmacy did not notify me. I was not able to get my meds on time because the refill date was on the weekend and doctors office was closed.

This Publix is the one that I go to because Its so close and I can walk to it if I dont want to drive. The Services there is wonderful, everyone is so nice and friendly.5***** always

I love my Publix!! Staff is so friendly and helpful and considerate!! The store is always clean. The only negative is that parking is a challenge in the plaza.

As a regular customer at this specific Publix location, it is right to say that Publix in Promenade is a wonderful store. All of the food and differing products are organized in easy ways that make the stores isles easy to navigate and memorable for your next visit. The bakery is great as they serve many desserts and breads. The staff are kind and helpful as well. This Public location in Promenade is one of the best Publixs in the area. It is highly recommended that you go here if you need to go to grocery shopping while in the area.

I went to Publix this morning and the most amazing thing happened to me. I was short paying for my groceries, I was trying to transfer money over to my account. This Lady had paid for my food OMG!! I hope she reads this review, I appreciated your kindness so much, I hope one day when I see you again I can spread the LOVE. And the cashier he was so patient and courtesy, Thank you. Not only is Publix a great place to shop with the most helpful staff, you never know who you might meet. Thanks Publix for all you do.

Store is shutting down for rebuild and remodeling middle of April. Minimum stock on shelves.No Tempted or Kraft whipped cream cheese.

Variety is always good but I rate so low specific to the poor customer service.Today my cashier was Brandon. And yes we are all wearing masks, but you can still speak through them and your eyes can still smile. No greeting, no acknowlegement, just going through the process like he was doing me and everyone else a favor. Perhaps he was tired? Had a bad day? Regardless, there was a customer service team lead bagging for him and I would have expected her to coach him to provide better service.

I went to get a sub which was nothing out of the ordinary but Jo in the deli gave me a whole new experience when getting a sub. She told me about all of the different types of hams and cheeses I could get and made the sandwich with LOVE. Its the best sub Ive ever had because Jo made it to PERFECTION.If you see Jo working in the deli and youre ready for an experience rather than just a food pick up your day is about to be made.

Really like the variety here. I was also extremely excited to know they sell clotted cream. Couldnt find it anywhere else!

Ordered subs tonight from here and there were some major issues. First, the system said the subs would be done at 7:05. My wife got there after 7:15 and they weren’t even started yet. And the lady behind the counter, who said to mention her name so Rochelle, this one is for you. She was extremely rude to my wife and started slamming cutting boards and making a scene. Second issue, no bacon. It’s a grocery store so how in the world do you run out of bacon. My guess was that Rochelle, in her attempt at the worlds worst customer service, did not feel like going to get more bacon so neither sub had the bacon that was in the description online. So Publix did not provide us with the subs as advertised or that we paid for ahead of time. Biggest issue, the manager did not care. My wife waited for the manager and after explaining she was basically blown off and offered no resolution other than they would bring it up to Rochelle at some point. Our feeling is that the manager is afraid of Rochelle and will probably give her a plaque or employee of the month or something. At this point we prefer Lucky’s market. Much better store and customer service and they make their own bacon so they never run out luckily.

As usual, crowded with not enough social distancing practices. It is almost as if folks are ignorant of the covid19.

I love this Publix. The staff is always willing to help right away. I have to specially mention Mr. Piloci. He took his time trying to find a Turkey brine for me that nobody else knew where it was.He took over with a great attitude, and a smile on his face! Ok store to get food need more deals

I am a frequent shopper here and very friendly with all the associates especially Fred. I tend to spend close to 200$ weekly at this location but this morning I was completely rubbed the wrong way and will not return until Manager Bobby has moved locations. He was EXTREMELY rude and did not abide by its policy rules as I watched 3 people visibly under the age of 65 come out of the store before I attempted to enter ( this can all be confirmed on dashboard cam). I was coming to the store early as an at high risk individual due to autoimmunity disorder and limiting my interactions with individuals. Publix is dead to me until this is resolved.

Love this Publix! The meat department has beautiful cuts of meat and so many different cuts. The produce department is so clean and has fresh vegetables from broccoli rabe to Swiss chard. There is every ingredient available for recipes around the world. The manager is awesome and its obvious that this stores employees take pride in their work! 5 stars, A+, top of the heap!

I always get good customer service, employees go beyond to help you with your needs. Produce is always fresh, everything is clean and shelves are usually organized and stocked. Lots of variety of products to choose from and cashiers are kind, professional and friendly. Lines go pretty fast . Deli food is delicious, and bakery too.

Great selection on fresh produce. This Publix is usually very well stocked. Parking can be challenging especially during the weekends since its located in a busy strip mall.

Really great place. Everything is fresh. Some employees could make that amazing place to a poor quality service place. 15 minutes to pay a bottle of water in the express lane. October 10 4:15 pm. I should look for a manager for that? It’s Ridiculous

Easy an easy out very clean

Publix service and products are always the best; except when I was at the deli and the lady who was serving me needs more training. She sliced the liverwurst without paper in between and even left the yellow wrappers mashed into the meat. She did not know where hardly any of the cheeses or meats were. She needs more training.

Ive bought African violets and potted tulips here on separate occassions and both times they died before they could bloom fully due to baby spiders in the soil. Be careful of the potted plants! Im my other plants are not affected. Nice selection though. They were really pretty for the 2 days i had them.

Very clean and fully stocked. Everyone was super friendly from the deli, to the bakery, to the cashier and bag person. Love going to this Publix when its on my way home.

I was shorted $10 at the lottery counter Sat Feb 22 2020 time: 20:04 by an older man working the counter. I hope it wasn’t intentional but someone should keep an eye on that. If you shop here make sure to double check your change and make sure you aren’t shorted.

I live closer to the Publix on Oakland Park Blvd but shop at this Publix instead. The customer service and cleanliness is the same. The atrocious parking lot layout is what anyone who has shopped at a Publix before would expect, but its the selection that makes this Publix better. I suffer from a gluten and lactose allergy and the selection at this store is amazing for accommodating both. On each shopping trip it seems I find some new gluten free item on the shelves. Definite recommend for anyone in the area with food allergies or anyone looking for a vast selection of healthy food choices without the drive to or cost of Whole Foods.

First time I go to that store and probably last. Meat Dept employee by the name of Kemble did not want to work apparently. Asked him if he can cut a special cut for me and he said that there’s no production at that time. Mind you it was 6:27 pm

It is a smaller Publix compared to the ones in the area, but you still get the same friendly Publix persona. The bakery is small and sweet (no pun intended). Love their soups too; I highly recommend them! Their subs are to die for! I will warn you though; this Publix us really busy around 5 and 6. So be prepared to kind of shove carts around and push your way through, as it might happen around this time.

Lindsey is THE BEST! She is so helpful and keeps this location extremely clean and organized. If Lindsey ran for president, I would not only vote for her, but would organize recruitment centers to help her win!!!

This Publix is always a pleasure to come and shop. Customer service is great and no matter how crowded it is always have enough cash registers open..... great place and great service.

I had a highly disappointed experience by the customer service I received at this Publix today. I question a produce price today at check out. When an employee went to check the price she came back and told me “the produce manager told her that she told me the price and policy.” I never spoke to the produce manager. I felt embarrassed and was made out to be a liar In front of employees and other customers. I have never received a treatment like this before in any Publix.

Good luck trying to get them to place an order for you. Even if they already carry the brand the associates and department heads are so absolutely brain dead that they put you on hold endlessly, hang up on you, and NEVER follow up to either tell you a product arrived or cant be ordered. Hard to imagine how the whole chain is still in business because this isnt the only location where Ive experienced this, its just the most recent experience.

Always a pleasure at Publix! Ive tried other stores, but it all comes back to Publix! The Promenade is my home Publix and thats exactly what I feel like when Im there..... home!

The customer service is incredible. If a product is not on the shelf they go out of their way to order and keep it available for me. Why go anywhere else? Publix is loyal to their customers and I am loyal to them.

Wonderful shopping stripmall. Publix employees are absolutely the nicest people you can come across. They go our of their way to help you out.

I love shopping here. Very local and close to a lot of residential areas. This is my go to place if you leave near the Sawgrass and Plantation area. The subs here are the BOMB!

Publix Cleary Blvd. has terrible customer service store wide. The deli people ignored me. The customer service people ignored me. The manager Blanca Perez could care less.I recommend Doris at Nob Hill and Sunset Strip. Doris has super friendly people and excellent quality.

This Plaza has everything you need for your entire family. Plenty of parking, breakfast options, takeaway restaurants, gym, ice cream gas.. All you need. Nice tropical location.

I’ve lived here for 25 years, and throughput this span of time, I’ve shopped here from time to time and every single time found the people not very nice, sometimes rude, never feeling good about the experience. I only go there if absolutely needed.

Always experienced pleasurable shopping at this Publix. I consider it my neighborhood grocery store.

Kelly in Bakery was awesome today!! After personalizing a cake order I realized I misspell the nickname when I was paying. I went back to the bakery and ask her if she was able to fix it since it was my mistake. She was so nice and kind. She work her magic and made it look like it never happen. Ive lived in this area my entire life and this publix used to be amazing and now its horrible, I waited 40 minutes for 2 fricken subs! And there was 1 person in front of us!! The service has gone way down hill! Shopping is not a pleasure here this place us dirty and the staff sucks! Im taking my business to Winn Dixie across the street

The meat manager, who was very tall, prepared 1lb of ground round for me, with his bare hands. Unsanitary!This publix customer service has gone down hill for the past 5 years. No hello, smile, or thank yous. None of them seem to care.I have been shopping here since 1988 when John Falcony was the manager. He was awesome!I will find somewhere else to shop!

I had latisha do my sub and the whole time was given attitude when I wasnt being rude at all. If you’re having a bad day do not take that out on customers. I told her I wanted a Italian sub half she’s like what do you want on it I’m like whatever the description on the board says I want she’s like i don’t know what the description says then why are you behind the deli sub line. That’s beyond me. You’re making subs not knowing what’s in them? While giving me attitude for no reason. Then wants to state that I’m beautiful but not perfect ?! Nobody’s asking you to be just do your job right.

If publix isnt bad enough with poor quality and overpriced food, you have this place.. Not organized in the slightest, online ordering is useless, and the geriatric staff is so slow. Definitely would just go to the win Dixie next door.. and thats saying something to how BAD this is.. good luck!

SUPER CLEAN, PUBLIX IS ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO SHOP AT.

*Review for the Deli only*— Two times in the last 2 weeks my boyfriend and I ordered subs through the online ordering system and BOTH TIMES we had to wait an additional 30+ minutes for our order past the time they were supposed to be ready, and BOTH TIMES the orders were wrong in some way. As a long time Publix supporter this is very annoying after our very long days at work and is poor work quality. Improve your employees, and improve your managerial staffing as this is unacceptable service.

The deli was a big mistake. The person who attended me to make a sandwich had such bad mood and clearycdoclea want to work here. I asked for a chicken tenders sandwich and this guy Jason shredded the chicken.. of course he knew it he was doing it wrong.. next he asked if I wanted mustard.. and he put half bottles first. Keep squeezing.. then he open the mustatr bottle and put even more.. disgusting.. asked him to remove mustard... He just dindid give a fucx... Not professional at all..m never coming back.
