My husband has been here to get work on his past vehicles, but it was my first time coming here and it was a great experience. The staff is really friendly and they will compare some prices, but they will look for the right wheels,tires, lights, bumpers, winches, basically any or your off the road or needs for heavy loads. They got all kinds of stuff I don’t know the name to but it will make the performance of your vehicle a Whole lot better and they don’t mind giving advice on what works with what better. Will be coming back to get more work on our truck and future vehicles.

Placed an order for tires online. I received an email back confirming the order... then nothing else. After waiting 2 weeks, I called. No tires... and no idea when they would be in stock. I get that shortages are happening everywhere. But they had 2 weeks to send me a call or even an email to explain why their website had them in inventory, yet they did not... and would not. I really dont appreciate them wasting my time and drawing interest on my money over the last two weeks.

I hardly ever review but 4Wheel Parts in Plano Texas rocks. I went in a few weeks back and was wanting a cold air intake and having my 2019 Tahoe lowered. Tanner waited on me and sold me a S&B intake and Beltech lowering kit. I had the work done and was blown away with the S&B cold air it sounds awesome and throttle response is great. The lowering kit is also awesome it gives my truck the look I really wanted. I highly recommend this store they know there stuff. Thanks again Tanner

Customer service is horrible. Me and my friends have been in there multiple times and they have yet to acknowledge that we walked in the store and say hello. Unfortunately they will not get any of mine or my friends business going forward

I had a lift kit, wheels and tires installed and they did a great job. No complaints and the staff that work the front desk are very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I had been looking for a place to take my truck to get a leveling kit installed, coworker recommend 4WP and decided to check them out, had them install a level kit and all shocks as well. My truck rides so smooth now and I enjoy having more clearance in the front! Went in at 9 and had my truck ready by lunch. I would recommend going here if its your budget, very professional and their staff had no issue answering my question regarding pricing/items.

I have built my Jeep Wrangler up from wheels, tires, lifts, front and rear bumpers, winches and lighting from 4WP. The staff is very down to earth to talk to about all my questions. I would highly recommend this place for for all your Jeep builds!

Great customer service, needed a part they took care of me quickly.

This was my first and last time buying something from 4 Wheel Parts. I ordered an Eclipse Sun Shade. First, the website said it was in stock and it could be picked up. When I went to the store after I purchased online I was informed they didnt have it at that location. The whole reason I decided to get it here was to have it the same day (it was going to be a hot weekend and I was wanting some coverage for my cruise). The cashier offered to ship it directly to me. I thought thats okay I can live for a few days.Then they clearly shipped me a used item that I will be returning. when I opened the box it looked like it was sitting a garage for 10 years and been opened on both ends with tape. Not what I was expecting for a new item.I will be returning this and ordering from amazon...

Always been a great place to get what I need

Well I always get the Jeep parts from Amazon or Quadratec website with very good deals! One of my friends told me about this place and I was tempted to go and check it out! I mean seriously I could find the exact same parts cheaper in Amazon when I was googling them while I was in a store. Their prices were higher than other places! I like the Quadratec websites for the Jeep parts much much better. I mean it’s your call but I would shop around before I go there. I gave them 3 stars because they were nice, store was clean and shelves were stocked other than that I take my business somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I also experienced a complete lack of knowledge of parts sold that lead to longer delays and having to order the rest of the kit (very simple lift blocks on a raptor). Everyone was rude and took phone calls over someone that actually walks in with put even a hello. If your considering them for parts do your self a favor and get the same parts quicker from ebay and hire a local mech to install. This business is an embarrassment to the automobile service industry.

Got aftermarket spare tire mount, cause factory was discontinued. 75% less than factory new part that has discontinued bolts. Excellent fit, and HEAVY DUTY. Easy mounting, comes with directions. Use factory body bolts.

Only reason for the one star is because that is minimum I can rate it. I had one appointment set up & will admit I missed due to a last minute job interview so I had to reschedule. So when I rescheduled for the next appointment I had to wait an additional 2 wks. I will also admit that 4WP worked with me to install my item that I purchased elsewhere but in a nutshell I got quoted two separate prices for labor. After waiting for about an hour trying to install my item the sales representative comes & tells me that I need to contact Tuffy & get some correct parts for the install. Ok no problem I say & I contacted them in parking lot before I left 4WP. Come to find out after I get home my center console was severely scratched up. I WAS a first time customer as well. If I do any business with 4WP in the future it will be at a different store.

Did an awesome job on my 3/1.5 level with ProComp wheels on 305/70r/18 wheels with MickeyThompson Baja atz3s. My 2019 Tundra TSS 4x4 rides as well as stock and looks better. No rubbing at full turn, the body mount cuts look super clean. It took most of the day to get the work completed as expected.

Way overpriced for installation. To replace two front struts on my wife’s 4Runner I was quoted almost $400 for installation. I had the same upgrade competed on my 4Runner in May at a local shop for $200 less. The only reason I called this place was they showed the parts I needed in-stock just to turn around and tell me their website inventory is typically wrong and I’d need to wait weeks for them. Sales rep didn’t bat an eye when I told him his installation quote was insane.Shop local shops like Epic 4x4 in Lewisville. Quality work and competitive pricing.

Don’t be deceived by this company’s website. As mentioned in other reviews, availability for store pickup as stated on the website does not mean it is in stock at the store. I suspected this and made the trip in for a common aftermarket cat-back exhaust only to find none were in stock. I politely declined the offer to place an order that would not ship for 3-5 days, then went to a local muffler speed shop in McKinney and got a new custom exhaust installed on the spot (and at half the cost). A company this size should have transparent inventory levels like so many other retailers.

I can get better customer service on amazon or any other vendors, they sell damaged products and won’t take them back. They blame me, stating I used it, They have an attitude and don’t want to be bothered. Won’t see me again

Decent store — couldn’t get anyone to help me. Staff acted as if I were invisible.

I placed an online order for pickup at this store. A few weeks later I realized I had never gotten a call from the store about when my order was ready for pickup. I called the store on a Monday and I guess they were closed. I emailed corporate twice about order - which showed processing on their web site. Next thing I know I get a notice from my credit card company that I have a credit from 4WP in the amount of the order I had previously placed. Apparently 4WP just decided on their own to cancel my order after I had paid for it. No phone call, no email, and NO RESPONSE TO THE EMAILS I HAVE WRITTEN THEM ASKING WHY THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER.

I bought a brand new kM3 tire for my spare and noticed a day later that it was damaged. They did not want to return it, and claimed that I had used it. Will never shop with them again. Amazon is my new friend

Be sure you know what you want and have priced it out, they seem to order most expensive items possible. Also, they had to change order on one part and it doubled in price, they did it without consulting me. On top of that, took a month to get parts installed. Seems like they have quality parts, but will have to update after time. I will not be going back here.

Service was top notch here. They answered all of my questions. When I mentioned something I didn’t think was right, the manager came out and discounted my bill more than I would have asked. The work was performed quickly so that my wife and I didn’t have to wait around too long.

The service was great. The guys in the shop are very knowledgeable and genuinely nice. They werent just trying to make a buck. The prices are fairly competitive. Definitely recommend.

The whole shopping experience was really smooth at this place. I give them 5 stars for customer services, installation, and parts. They helped me selected the best exhaust system and rolling cover for my F150. Installation done less than 3 hours!!! Honestly I did not shop around for price before purchase. The price is very fair at this place. I dont understand why folks would nitpick a few dollars here and there. Again, I am really happy paying this place for parts and service.

Went in for front end work. Told front driveshaft needed replaced and turns out it was under warranty. They ordered the driveshaft and we made an appointment. Went in for appointment and after 3 HOURS was told that the driveshaft was lost by UPS! Ordered replacement and had to call them to check on it. Made appointment and again after 3 HOURS was told they had the wrong driveshaft AND that now I DONT NEED THE DRIVESHAFT REPLACED... They did mount and balance new tires for me but did not replace the chrome valve stem covers and chrome caps that I had on my wheels. The customer service and knowledge level at this store has decrease drastically! I had their Pro Comp lift kit installed here and ALL my suspension work done at this store but not any more. I should have known when I went in about a year ago to get the lift bushings replaced and they werent interested in replacing them. Didnt know what size, etc. since Pro Comp no longer made my kit. Went to a local garage and he got it figured out and replaced them.

Very nice store/shop. Has more of a hardcore offroad and older style parts house feel. They had the real VP 5 gallon race jugs I needed and they were cheaper than Summit Racing has them wayyyyyy on the other side of town. I needed these ASAP and they had them. Thanks!

Upgraded the lift on my Jeep from a 2.5” to a 4” lift by Currie enterprise and KING shocks with Steer smarts steering drag link, tie rod, track bar and steering stabilizer ; plus Adams front and rear 1350 drive shafts . Jeep was ready yesterday evening and man! These guys did all that work in JUST Two days! They kept their word on when it would be ready plus their guy who did the install let me go checkout the Jeep in the shop before they test drive it just to make sure all was good, which I appreciated! You can tell the quality of their work is TOP NOTCH!I’ve taken vehicles to the dealer before for work and I find things to complain to them about such as ; poor workmanship, damage to vehicle (scratching wheel when installing wheel lugs), grease stains on my door panel interior etc. But with four wheel parts never have I found a SINGLE thing to complain about! These guys are very much worth the money they charge in my opinion!To top it off all the staff is super friendly and willing to give advice or steer you in the right direction.Thanks again guys! For the quality install and rapid turn around of my Jeep.

I wanted to lift my brand new 2017 Chevy Z71 and put bigger wheels and tires on it. Blaine and crew gave me a few options and recommendations. I scheduled an appointment for a few days later. I dropped off my truck on a Thursday. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was called and given updates the following day. I was able to pick up my truck the very next day after dropping it off. It looks incredible and performs great. Im very happy with the products and the service I received. This is a great store and I can highly recommend them to anyone needing 4x4 parts or accessories.

I bought a bunch of jeep stuff for my TJ and pickup was here at this location. I was test fitting parts together and found the new double cardoun shaft wouldnt fit in the new yoke so back to 4WP they traded shafts no problem even though I had already recycled the box! Seam like great knowledgeable guys there! The place always seems to have a lot of business going on with a large selection of great parts!

Horrible follow through time and time again. Too many other great shops around. I ordered a $500 Rigid Lighting kit for my boat and had it shipped to the manufacturer. Not only did they charge me and NOT send the lighting kit which held up the manufacturing of the boat, they still will not send me evidence of the refund. Ive called multiple times and given them my email address and phone number. This shop is obviously run by people with no vested interest in customer care and theres simply too much competition these days.

Nice friendly shop, guys were informed. They showed me same bumper from online I wanted, and out the box they were the same price as online, no negotiating. Then dropped sales tax, free shipping, and are also installing it for me. They have tons of shops around the USA, so they will be around. They talked me through my new truck, showed me theirs, and I left a happy customer. I read other reviews on this place, but only good came from it. In going back, thanks team!

I’m leaving this review just due to the fact I’ve bought many parts directly through the store and been taken care of every time. But only issue I have is they chose to pass on even scheduling me in for an install of some parts because they were too busy, I wasn’t in a rush. Bummer

My brother and I both come here for our 4x4 needs. He got a ranch hand grill and replaced his shocks. I got a new set of 35s and some rims. We worked with Tater both times and hes been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Ill keep coming back here. They also recommended a good local mechanic that I now use on all my vehicles AutoFix it.

Terrible, i came here to buy the offroad stickers required by the state of texas the guy told me they cant get em anymore and there is a huge backlog. I left immediately and logged onto tpwd website and ordered my stickers they arrived 1 week later no backlog. I think this was either because we werent buying anything else or that we were not driving a super lifted bro truck or a jeep. Either way we wont be shopping there anymore their products are overpriced to start with.

Ive had (3) lifts install at this location over the past (5) years. Ive not had one problem. Im having another one installed tomorrow on my sons truck. Lift, tires, wheels, its always a professional installation, professional sales crew, all around fun experience each time. Blaine, Junior, Taylor, all of them are great at what they do and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They communicate well about lead times, and follow up after the job is done. Theyve always helped save me money and led me in the right direction regarding lift equipment.

Call ahead if you are looking to have something installed, its a very busy shop. If you need something right now, call ahead to make sure they have it. You may have to drive across town to the warehouse location to pick it up. Knowledgeable staff, and lots of cool things to look at.

Guys in here are not only extremely knowledgeable, but very eager to help you out.Was unsure of a lift kits height so one of the guys came out immediately and measured it for me and got the part I needed within minutes.

I dunno. In the middle of a Jeep fender changeout for my daughter, in desperate need of some nut inserts to complete the job, with time running out I called 4 Wheel Parts. They arent sold separately. They come in an install kit that contains many parts I didnt need but, Okay, Ill take one. No, no you dont understand, its the install kits that arent sold separately. To obtain the 18 nut inserts I needed ~$5, I would have had to purchase a complete fender set ~$300. To be fair, even Grainger that carries everything in the world would have had to order them in. I found the nut inserts I need and the tool used to install them for $20 at Harbor Freight. Dear 4 Wheel Parts... Your name is 4 Wheel Parts.

Most likely my last time ordering from 4wp and definitely dealing with this particular store. Ordered my third wheel/tire combo with free mount and balance a few weeks ago and like always, I did ship to store. I get the call that my order was was ready for pickup so a head up the following day on my lunch break. They proceeded to load up the separate wheel and tires until I tell them my order included mount and balance. So they take them back to mount/balance. I ask the guy since I’m having to wait for there mistake, can he discount the price and actually swap them out for me(I was gonna do this myself) and he said sure we will take care of you. Almost 2 hrs later they say my Jeep is ready. Go out front to we’re you would think they would park customers rides and I don’t see my Jeep and had to walk to the back of the store. To my surprise they didn’t swap the wheels out. Of course I had already over extended my lunch so I just left. Got home to unload them and several wheel magnets had come off so I had to pay my local shop to rebalance. Smdh

Just spent 15 minutes walking the isles and wasnt greeted by anyone. I could understand if they were busy, but I was the only customer in the store. Too bad for them, I was ready to drop some serious coin, but maybe because I dont look like a typical customer they just ignored me?

I bought my 1998 Ford F150 brand new off the lot, after 17 years of good service I wanted to treat myself and the truck to a new lift. I called the store and wanted to schedule an appointment to see what I needed and to get a rough quote, when I told the salesperson it was a 1998 model he told me that they dont work on old stuff and that they probably didnt even have the parts. :( I guess thats what it feels like....

They helped me every step of the way. Having the 4wheel expo the weekend before my truck was working on was a big plus for some discounts. Tommy helped me from start to finish. Great attitude. My truck looks awesome.

Enjoyed looking around here, as we pass it while driving around, and were always curious what they had. This place sells and installs aftermarket and preformance parts for large trucks, jeeps, and other 4wd vehicles. They dont have a huge selection of products in store, though they have a varied selection, but they have brochures where you can order things (keeping in mind its not a discount store, and many quality items are too costly to just stock). The only complaint i had was though we were in the store for approx 20 mins, we were never greeted, nor asked if we needed assistance. I know we walked by a few employees and even went up to the counter area to get a better look at the fender/flares, but no interaction. We are looking for jeep parts but dont have any real go-to places for parts yet. I dont know that this place will really stick out among the rest but we may come back if we cant find something.

This shop is a credit to the 4WP chain. I have been in this shop several times, working with different sales reps, and each time the service has been awesome. This is my go to garage.

I ordered a kit on the 800 number. It didnt come with a certain set of shims. I also need parts not attainable at my local parts store. I tried a 4wheel parts store in Houston while I was there for help but got a run around. Got back on the phone with the 800 number, got the run around. Got on the phone with Doug from 4 Wheel Parts Plano, he took care of everything I needed and fixed what was wrong with the order. For here on in. Its Doug and the Plano store if its gonna be 4 Wheel Parts for me. Thanks for making 4 Wheel Parts good for me.

Place for anything and everything offroad from tires and lifts to soft tops, wheels and anything else you can imagine. Its a big company, expect big company processes when getting modifications to your rig done. The upside is they are well trained and reliable.

I was very frustrated after this 4 wheel parts wated more than 3 days of our employees time while they attempted to install a bed cover. Then told us it was the trucks fault. We then went to another installer and they ordered one and installed it with ease. They wasted our time, money, and caused major frustration. Everyone I spoke to was very cocky and rude besides the final guy who ordered another bed cover after they already wasted our time and then they still couldnt get it to fit right... Our company will not be returning. This location has completely lost their definition of customer service.

Whoever answered the call on parts was not very helpful and were lacking the care to help out any further than saying dont have and too far out. Not trying this again

So happy they didnt want me to mess up my rig even though they could have sold me an axle they cared about what went in my truck thanks yall

This is based on their customer service. I went in today 4/21/2016 and found myself standing looking around and well waiting for someone to say hey how can i help you? some guys were just chatting about and not sure if they noticed me or not even though i was walking all around the store but not one came up to me. Sure i could have gotten up to them but i wanted to see how well they noticed me as well as other customers. Any how I left after 37minutes of being there with no help. (found what i needed for cheaper on eBay) I only gave 2 stars because its a nice little shop and they have good stuff there. Please work on your customer attentiveness!

I have had nothing but terrible service. I took my truck up there for an alignment after replacing all the front end components and they still tried to sell me lower ball joints. And then I took my dads truck up there for a leveling kit and they left all the suspension parts loose, just finger tight. And then I had to go back for replacement shocks for a procomp lift, I took the shock to them and the guy swore up and down that it was the wrong part. I left there Friday hoping the part would be there on Monday, I called Monday and they guy said that it wouldnt be there until Wednesday. He definitely forgot to order my parts. So he special ordered the wrong part that took 3 days to come from Coppell. The installation took 3 hours instead of 20 minutes. I will never deal with them again.

Great customer service. Everytime I go they help me with the things I need. Also if Im installing any parts I buy from them, they help and give advice on how I should go forward with it.

They advertised seat covers for a sale price so we drove in the crazy Dallas traffic to get there. Guy at the counter basically told us we didnt want them as they looked more pink than red. Then he proceeded to try and sell us seat covers for almost $800!Dont false advertise just to get people in your establishment.

Taylor vaughn was Our salesperson no high pressure sales very helpful We had picked up a brand new Jeep 2018 jk 2 door with back seat out and wanted to get nurf bars for it ended up getting weather Tech foor mats and cargo mat and nerf bar taylor went out and installed the floor mats to make sure they fit We put in the cargo mats in from the JK unlimited in the jeep 2018 jk 2 door they fit great we dont need the rear seat removed for room. Even showed us the directions for installing the nerf bars that I want to do at home
