A bit overpriced like with most collision places but decent time and concentration
Unfortunately I have had to use them 3 times. First they work seamlessly with most insurance companies. Most have rental car companies on site. They communicate with you from start to finish and to top it off they do great work.👍

I didnt get my car repaired here, ended up being totaled.. but all the interactions I had with them throughout the entire process were smooth, everyone was super friendly, and had my adjuster not totaled my car I would have definitely had my work done here.
Service representative kept me up to date on repair progress via text message and phone calls. My car was repaired ahead of schedule. Work was very good.
Good work with detailed service receipt. Knowledgeable representative will greet you and help explain as much as possible before getting a mechanic to clarify.
I had written a detailed summary of my experience in this shop directly to Service King corporate, including examples and names. It is my practice when I have less than a stellar review to go directly to the source versus a public shaming of sorts. That is not my style. In said report I wrote, “Your understanding and response to this summation will help me know how to write my review”. There was a prompt phone call from the shop top manager, but he seemed distracted, disingenuous, and disinterested ultimately. That’s a shame, as I was offering genuine feedback that he could communicate up the chain which would/could reduce or eliminate frustrations, lost time, and inconvenience at the customer level. This particular location has been my go-to for well over a decade and I’ve referred many to them, an act I don’t take lightly. So what were the issues?a) They have changed policy so that now the intake personnel are no longer the trained professionals who could walk around the car, take detailed information, and answer any and all questions. Instead, a hurried and rather incomplete set of photos were taken of my vehicle and then sent to estimators.b) The quality control that was their signature in years past is now missing, and when I went to pick up the car it wasn’t exact. My opinion is not that of a laymen as I restore classic automobiles as a hobby including body and paint. This repair was on my commuter car, one that took me a two year search to locate due to its perfection.c) When disputing the imperfections at pick up the aforementioned photographs needed to be referenced, but as said they were done slip-shod.d) The subsequent interactions with the intake person did not go well, as she is either ill-trained or ill-advised. I suspect both given her manager’s response as stated above.e) The entire fiasco was remedied and responded to professionally but only because one individual pulled their proverbial fat out of the fire. The corporate office and her boss were both given her name.f) Now I am hesitant to give my qualified recommendation to friends and family, but I will check in periodically to see what changes, if any, have taken place especially with the advent of their new intake policy seriously lacking.g) The shop has sent me automated queries to know what they could do differently to get a better review. This is the second time I’ve laid out the facts, and so, as they say, the proof is in the pudding.

I was super nervous. Ive never had my car towed away to a shop before. They made the process super easy. I live far and this was the closest shop listed by my insurance. I received email communication as well as phone updates. Completed paperwork by email (thank you Jared). Initially they let me know it would probably be the following Tuesday before I could get my car back. Less than ideal for my work situation, but I know you cant rush quality and time it takes to receive the necessary parts.When Chuck called me on Friday to let me know my car was ready, I was absolutely over the moon! My car was finished ahead of time. If COVID wasnt a thing, someone would have gotten hugged lolI have waited a few days before review so I could take my time to drive the car and make sure it was in tip top shape. It was like the accident never happened!A HUGE thank you to the team there for getting me back on the road so quickly and for providing such excellent customer service.
Terrible customer service. I did not even receive an initial phone call for my Car damage and what they will fix. A person named Tuck suppose to call me regarding of my car repair but I never receive any phone call from him. No phone call on updating about my car condition even they promised to call me. I only received text messages on the process of the car Repair and the repair cost with minimum information. And when I called them for an update of the car, I was passed from one person to the next. When I picked up my car, they just took the money and gave me my key and a stack of paper but no one border to go over what they did, nor take a look at a car with me before I drive off. I have never had any experience like this before. Yet, worst service ever. It will be my first and last time there.
My repair at Service King resulted in visits to both this location and the location on K Avenue, for reasons explained below.As a result, I am writing reviews for both locations. Some of this review is about the central office and about the rental car experience, which are part of the whole experience. The logistics were horrible.I scheduled an estimate at this location. The estimate was performed quickly, which was nice, but they missed one part I told the estimator about, while the estimate added 4-wheel alignment when it was not needed given the nature of the repair (I later requested it to be removed).I scheduled the repair from the central office and they asked if I wanted to use the same location where the estimate was performed, I said yes; I confirmed the need of a rental car as well.I showed up for my repair appointment, and they didnt have record of my appointment. The receptionist was quite grumpy as well. Upon further checking, Id been scheduled at the K Avenue location, where there is not an adjacent rental car facility. So I headed to the other location, now late for the appointment.K Avenue location had my appointment, but didnt have record of the estimate, which had to be transferred from this location.Finally, they had Enterprise come to the K Avenue location to bring me back to this location, where I waited another hour for a car because they didnt have any car ready.Enterprise was understanding about the situation and gave me a great rate on the rental, which turned out to be a minivan. 2 hours after my scheduled appointment, I was finally out the door.The repair itself was performed at the K Avenue location, so thats the end of my experience and review with this location.
Quick, easy, great work, friendly employees.
Had to wait extra two days for a tire after they finished with body damage. The kick in the head is when it got there they had to send it to discount tire to put it on🙄
Just picked up my car this weekend from having the hail damage repaired. The whole experience went so smoothly thanks to Manuel. It was great not only getting the regular text updates along the way, but also getting calls from him for anything additional I needed or just to update me as well. He was friendly and helpful, even with trying to help me with a time to pick up my car. It’s nice to see someone that enjoys their job and helps others have a great experience in a usually not so enjoyable atmosphere. Definitely a place I would return if I need any help in the future. Customer service was good. They always keep me posted but the quality of the work. I was not satisfied. They call me to let me know my car was ready and went and check battery death, paint was not good. They eye for detail is not there but been fair the sales rep did try to do his best always. I understand they are busy and it was an insurance job but they need to focus more on quality of the paint work.
Paint job not finished and had to take it back. Trunk left a mess, spare tire left out. Fuse cover shoved in glove box. Paint job in rare of car had paint bubbles.
I have a luxury car, as was concerned about their ability to work on it. Ingrid and the staff at this location made my repair a first class, phenomenal experience. I told Ingrid, No offense, but I hope I never have to see you again! But, if I am ever in a wreck, you can bet I will find you and bring my business to you.
Alex was my customer service rep and he did a FANTASTIC job. Even when parts were delayed by a vendor, Alex kept me engaged and updated through the entire process. 10/10 for Alex, 9/10 for service king as parts took longer than expected but they did try to make it right with me.
Ive unfortunately had the need to visit this Service King twice in the past few months but thankfully these folks are pros. They are very polite, efficient, and even empathetic towards the situation that brings you to their doors. The attached car rental service is extremely convenient and makes getting your car dropped of for repair pretty effortless. Even with some bad luck the past couple of months it has been great having a good service center like this nearby.
Henry Castillo- Service Advisor. Listen up Service King. If you dont take care of Henry, one of your competitors will. You never know who will walk through that door, experience the process and want to take it for themselves with a generous offer. As a veteran of the industry I can tell you that he not only gets it, but he executes it well. You guys have obviously done a great job building the brand. Henry is kind of a natural at this. He possesses the it thing that is difficult to train, but to the trained eye easy to recognize and develop. You guys have tough business. Talent Assessment is King if you want to execute tactics to support your strategy!

Great customer service
Mr. Castillo (Henry) made my repair as smooth as possible with friendliness and professionalism. My car had a rear end damage from a hit-and-run incident, and he gave me a quote that was almost $2000 less than what my dealership was requesting. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and I picked it up on Thursday. My new rear bumper and body looked as good as new after the repair with matching colors. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a quality work at good turn around times (time will depend on the type of damage, of course).
I have taken my vehicle to get it repaired,estimate 2 times and both times have been turned away rather rudely. the 1st time i had made an appointment with service king but did not tell my insurance co i was going there. the second time i had set up an appointment with the insurance but not service king you would think the consumer would not have to do everybodys job i have wasted several hours of my time, work for nothing. i will never go back there again
The staff is very professional and they do their best to go above and beyond. Unfortunately it took 3 weeks longer than estimated to get my car back which could have been prevented if the staff member didn’t forget to order a part. All in all good experience.
The only good part was ladies at front desk took my care in before surgery to be fixed only to come out with things not completed. When trying to explain to chuck that these issues were not present before incident he continued to put blame on subcontractors. My A/C will not go OFF😡 care not fixed my list of issues can go on and on. I would give no stars if I could. Not happy
My car is still not driving right after being repaired. The shop is willing to fix it, but have to find time to take it back and get another rental.

I was in a wreck Jan 30th 2019 .....not at fault but i came in after my car was towed... I was a crying mess. Alex A. Was fantastic!!! his communication was amazing and he was very quick to respond. Everything i asked, he made sure he did! I highly recommend this location! the front desk ladies was very understanding and nice also, i do not recalls any names however.
The person who handled the case was all right. The car was brought in for repair work. It was supposed to take only 3-4 days but ended taking 11 days! Fortunately, the other insurance party paid for the rental car. I was told that the car will be ready at 5:45 but had to wait one hour before I could pick up the car! They were supposed to also paint the side mirrors but they did not repaint the side mirrors (separate cost that I would pay myself). Several days after I got the car, I started hearing a rattling noise that only got louder each day. At first I thought that maybe the technician dropped something in the air vents but upon investigation, I found out that they forgot to bolt a part on either side, on the outside of the car. It was a plastic piece that fits below the wipers to catch debris. Unbelievable! I would not bring my car back to Service King. Now, I wonder if they bolted everything in place correctly! The overall repair was good but forgetting to do the extra job that was requested (they gave me an estimate for it) and forgetting to bolt down a part only shows carelessness!
Loved it here, from the moment I got there they attended me well and answered any questions I had since it was my first time there. Hats off to the lad Mark that works there because he took care of me and called me to update me or inform me about anything. Really recommend this place to anyone.

Dropped my car off on a Monday morning at 8am, was told the service writer was busy, so they had someone else do a walkaround on the car with me. He said they would get it in & give me a call as soon as they had an estimate. Waited until Wednesday morning and still hadnt heard anything from them, so I called. Each time I called I got the voicemail for the service writer. I left several messages asking them to please call me & let me know what was happening, never heard back from them. Wednesday evening about 5:30 I get a call from my insurance company that my check was ready to pick up. I asked what check? They said the check for my car, since it was totaled. I took the car in for about 30 small hail dents!!!! I called the car place back at 10 minutes before closing & they said I needed to come by & clean my personal items out of the car since it would be towed to the insurance lot. I drove in with a perfectly good car with some dimples & now it looked as though I no longer had a car!!!! Got it sorted out finally, got my car back, but now I have a salvage title on my car. With ZERO communication from the people there. Im extremely upset and will NEVER take another car there ever again.
Everyone here was so nice and professional. They had my car fixed in 72 hours and considering it was a large repair, this is pretty good time.Great people to work with! I highly recommend them!
Love, love, love Service King especially this location. They had fixed my car years ago and on Dec 17th, 2014, I found myself pulling back into this location with a new car that I had just purchased in October.Jared at Service King gave me VIP customer service from the first time I stepped through the doors until the time I picked up my vehicle all shiny and new.Awesome #1 customer service for sure~!

Brought my car in to get an estimate for repairs, they were quick about it. Its amazing how they can estimate the repairs needed to be done on a car with out even looking at the car! All they did was basically copy down what the insurance adjuster had written down. They felt it was unnecessary to spend the time looking the car over themselves to see if possibly the insurance adjuster had missed anything or if they found any further damage. I would not trust this place go some where else.

Terrible. They have no value to your time or hardship. They actually were the ones that ensured my claim failed and my car was totaled. My car sat in their shop for 6 MONTHS AND WAS RUNNING WHEN I BROUGHT IT. THEY TOOK IT APART AND DIDNT EVEN PUT IT BACK TOGETHER so i could take it somewhere else. I lost my 2500 dollar downpayment on my vehicle and then some. They even had the audacity to charge rent on the parking space my car used during the 6 month s it rusted in their parking lot from zero work put in from them other than reducing my car into scrap. DONT COME HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Had one repair done that was, in the end, done well. Only problem I had was the extreme amount of time it took to fix. I dropped it off in early June and I was able to pick it up the next month, July. When I picked it up, I started the engine and got a key error (VW GTI). This error was definitely not there before and Service King was happy to fix it, but it should have been caught.Had a second experience with them and this time it didnt fare as well. Another one of our vehicles was hit and needed repair. We called them and they told us the earliest they could fit us in was 2 weeks later! We werent in any rush and agreed to this and setup an appointment. A couple of days before the appointment, we called to confirm and they had no record of our appointment or claim number from the insurance.Seems like a lot/majority of insurance companies prefer to use Service King and they are extremely busy and this particular branch feels spread too thin to handle the workload. Quality and service is definitely taking a hit. I recommend finding a more specialized collision center for your particular vehicle than taking it here.
I am very please with the work done on my car by Service King. But the reason that I am most pleased with their service has to do with the extraordinary quality of the service advisor that I was fortunate enough to be dealing with. His name is Brad Illg and he is by far,in collision repair. the best service advisor that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Unfortunately in my years of driving, I have had the opportunity to work with many collision advisors and Brad excels in every area. He took the time to discuss multiple options with me and gave me very sound advice and recommendations. If I ever have the misfortune to have one of my vehicles repaired again, you can be sure I will go back to Kervice King primarily to seek out Brad. I totally trust him and will advise my friends if they have a need for this service in the future to go to service King and definitely look for Mr.Illg.

They did great, I took my car in on Saturday and got my car back on Monday, Chase with Service King was so nice and pleasurable, he even stayed after work a little late until I got there to get my car. The Enterprise Rental car workers and service was equally as nice, I have no complaints and my car looks great!

Took my car in for repairs after a 3x5 sheet of mirror flew off a truck on the highway and shattered in front of my car so it was scratched all over it. The staff is friendly but the repair took forever from the initial drop off to the last day when I finally picked it up was 100 days where I was in a rental car for 76 of those. I would go to pick up my car and I would not be satisfied with the work and a few extra things were damaged. I think I dropped off and picked up 4 different times in that 100 day period and one or two additional times that I was going to pick up but the work was unsatisfactory. But luckily they guarantee their work! Good luck! Hopefully your experience is quicker than mine!!
Friendly and work fast. Issue with prior truck didnt get resolved after repair because insurance wouldnt cover it, wasnt serious but annoying. They should have found it prior to finishing the job. No problems any other times Ive been there.
If I could give no stars, that would be my preference. My accident was a fairly minor one. My insurance company sent me to Service King on Central Expressway. I was told at the time of drop off that my car would be ready in 7-10 business days and I would receive a daily update via email. I received an email the first day and no others. After 5 weeks in the shop, and many excuses and delays, I was told I could pick up my car on a Friday evening at approximately 5:30. It was late and nearly dark so we had a quick inspection of the car, paid our deductible, and I came home. The next morning in the light of day, we saw what incredibly shoddy workmanship was performed on my car. The fuel door didn’t fit properly, there were deep scratches on the bumper, paint bubbles, primed but unpainted areas, very sloppy welds, and broken moldings, both inside and out. The inside was filthy with dust, glue, a razor blade, and bolts left over from the wheel well molding. It was disgraceful. I took the car back and was promised that it would all be made right. I left the car against my better judgement. After two additional weeks, my car was ready. It was much improved and I left. It didn’t take long to realize there were still issues. The rear hatch seemed to be missaligned, the fuel door didn’t fit properly, and there was still unpainted areas. We were later told by a different auto body repair shop that the fuel door had been glued on instead of being properly installed. They also fixed the rear hatch and painted the unpainted areas that had not been done by Service King. I could not have been more disappointed in the service I was given by Service King.Service Kings standard reply to bad reviews is to say they will be in touch and address the issue. I don’t answer my phone if I don’t know who is calling so therefore received an “I’m so sorry. Happy Holidays,” message. I guess they felt that was “addressing the issue”. I will never recommend Service King to anyone.
Mark Lowe and his team handled and repaired our Honda Civic well. He always kept us updated on the progress, and there were no surprises. The car looks great and if I ever need a body shop again, I will definitely call them.Daniel

NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF THIEVES WHO STEAL FROM CARS, WHO MAKES YOU SIGN A WAIVER SAYING THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING STOLEN FROM YOUR CAR? Horrible service. I would call over and over trying to find out the status of my car and would NOT get a phone call back. Then, turns out they didnt fix my compressor so my AC kept going out. So I called (at least 4 times!) trying to see if they could get me in, what they would take care of bc it was their mistake. Finally I just called my insurance company and told them what was going on. Thank you State Farm for being great! Within minutes I had a phone call from Service King. I took it in, they gave me some ridiculous answer to my problem and of course, my ac still wasnt fixed. I took it to my mechanic and found out the real problem. Im going to another location now to get it fixed - hopefully this will be better!
Quality at every point is to be understood and shouldn’t expect anything in return as it’s great service as every step needs to be cross checked twice and finally end up with unworthy work at the vehicle.

I brought my car here to be repaired. Went to pick up my car after waiting around for 30 minutes the representative finally told me my keys had been lost. Not only did they lose my factory key they also lost my remote start key. Waited almost two weeks to get key programmed by a tech guy. My remote start key STILL has not been replaced. Its been almost 2 months and I still havent received my key yet and the representative is avoiding my calls. If I could give them less than 1 star i would!
$14K in repair was needed for my vehicle after getting t-boned. Left my vehicle at Service king for several weeks. Vehicle came back after those initial weeks still needing 14 things fixed, plus it was filthy inside and out! Had to take it back an additional 5 times to keep getting little things fixed that they missed. Management was cool about taking care of it, with no additional costs to me, but overall it was a huge waste of time for everyone involved.
Repairs were done quickly and I was informed of progress.
Wow, I am very very pleased with the work they did,,,,, I never leave a review in anything, but I just had too, these guys where amazing, beyond amazing !!!!! They even set a date for me and they got my car fixed 3-4 days earlier !!!!!! That saved me money from uber lol,,,,,, awesome customer service, and work,,,, Always kept me updated with my repairs .... Mr Efrain Perales was my advisor !!! He was phenomenal ..... thank u guys !!! I’ll def come back next time I decide to smash into something lol
The only reason one goes to a collision center is when you need repairs done. Understandably, it sure isnt a happy time, not to mention the rigmarole of having to deal with your insurance company.My experience with this particular shop has been nothing if not positive. Two years back when I came in for an estimate on mostly cosmetic work, I was treated well. The agent took the time to listen to what I needed done and worked on my estimates.I returned this fall to get my car fixed -- yep, those cosmetic repairs I had been stalling on. This time it was a different agent who, I might add, was just as good and professional, if not better. I got the impression that he took a personal interest in getting my vehicle taken care of in the best way possible, with as little trouble to me.

Dont go repair estimation at this place. They only spent a few minutes to take photos and wrote a quick estimation without a solid base. My car repair estimation from this shop is about $900, but the repairing cost is over $4300. They didnt do a professional job on estimation.

I want to give Kuddos to Henry, he was amazing. He kept me up to date with the repairs to my Acura. Once the vehicle was ready within week he walked with me to review the repairs.I wish I can give them five stars but Unfortunately they made the mistake to send me to hertz for a rental car instead of enterprise. The plano location that they sent me too was unprofessional, they charged me an additonal $175 for something i told them i did not want.I highly recommend they stop sending their customers to that location in plano expressway by burlington.

Lets just say you might want to have your service advisors take a lie detector test for pre-employment and your detail crew learn how to use a buffer correctly. I dont see how you guys sit in church on Sunday mornings.
