On the recommendation of several fellow Porsche club members I recently took my 911 to Alliance to have all the little dents and dings that it has accumulated over its 17 year life looked at. I emailed via their web page and April responded very promptly and we set up an appointment. I mention this specifically because it seems that nearly every business I contact via their online contact page these days either never responds or responds so late (as in weeks later) that Ive already moved on to a different vendor. April responded in less than hour and I was all set. Perfect. Andrew greeted me immediately when I arrived, we went out looked at the car and after he quoted me what I thought was a very reasonable price for quite a few dings I left the car with them anticipating returning at the estimated 4:00pm completion time that same afternoon. As promised, April called me at 4:05 to let me know I was good to go. We picked up the car and it was flawlessly done. Once I got it home I again inspected everything at leisure in the lights of my garage where Im used to seeing all these little dings and it still looked flawless. Theyve got some artists working over there and they couldnt be friendlier or more professional. Ill be taking my other two cars to Alliance in the near future. Five stars all the way folks. Give them a shot, you wont be disappointed.

Excellent work! I am from Michigan and was traveling and visiting friends in Dallas. Alliance Dent Repair and Andrew the owner was recommended for dent removal. I had previously checked in my hometown and the repair shop wanted $1,000 to repair the dent in my hood in the photos Ive included. Plus they said they had to remove the hood drill a hole to pull the dent and then fill and repaint the entire hood. I didnt even ask about the contour dent in the passenger door. Ive included photos of that as well. Andrew did the job for $500 and in 5 hours the car looks like new. Highly recommended.

Very down-to-earth professionals. They kept me posted all along the way they didnt under communicate they didnt overdo it. They dont have a (let me try to sell you attitude), like most places do., They know their stuff! I could tell that they cared more about the quality than the money. Very experienced in all aspects. I recommend Alliance Dent Repair. I went in to have a few small dents repaired on my brand new car. Andrew took my car back immediately and charged an affordable price to have all of them fixed, he even pointed out a small ding I hadnt noticed before and took care of it with no extra charge. It took him about 45 minutes to repair. Great, family owned repair shop. Definitely would use again!

My daughter’s car got hit in a parking lot and the driver did not stick around. Did some searching for paintless dent repair and saw the good reviews for Alliance Dent Repair. This is definitely a 5+ star group of people. They repaired the dent to original condition at a very reasonable price. And the dent was on a crease in the body which makes it much more difficult to repair. They even pointed out a couple other very small dent locations that my daughter and I never noticed. Alliance Dent came to the rescue when I accidentally knocked off my driver side mirror. They went above and beyond to get the parts ordered, fixed quickly and perfectly. They did a same day pick up and drop off of my car so at a convenience to me. Their prices are very fair and reasonable! Would highly recommend them for hail damage or any car damage.

Upon arrival I was given a quote immediately that was fair (straight to the point and great pricing) and honest. They also went out of their way to give me a ride from their shop back to my work and after I was done with my shift they gave me a ride to my apartment free of charge and I never had to ask. They finished the job in such a short time frame (Gave my car at my lunch break and received it at the end of my shift the next day) with such high quality, updated me every step of the way of the status on my car, and did a fantastic job on a hard fix. Alliance did an incredible job on my 2013 Sonata. I had a lot of hail damage to the hood, roof and trunk lid... not a pretty site. Now you would never guess that there was any hail damage at all. I bought a brand new Silverado in January 2019 and got caught out in the worst hail storm id ever seen in March. I was super upset about the whole situation. Alliance dent repair made me feel at ease. They are an awesome company and have the best PDR team. Really stand up people. Alliance did unbelievable work on my wifes 2013 Cadillac SRX, it actually looks better than before the hail damage, lol. Travis and April were both great to work with and made everything as easy as possible--from getting me a rental to dealing with the insurance company and my lienholder--they handled everything. Would not take my vehicles anywhere else now, mostly just for how easy they make the process, They also kept me updated via text on progress and were always friendly. To top things off, they detailed the inside of the vehicle before giving it back to me and even gave me a $10 gas card upon return, since I had brought it in low on fuel. Great price, great workmanship, and great service--I was definitely impressed.

I drove to Alliance in Plano TX from Midland TX (about 5-6 hours) to have some hail damage repaired and I am pleased to say it was well worth the trip. I found Alliance when searching for the best PDR shops in Texas and was impressed by Andrews Master Tech certification in PDR and multiple victories at PDR competitions. Andrew and April were a pleasure to work with and should I ever need hail repaired in the future I will be going to see them because they are among the best in the business. I had a hassle free experience and my car was repaired ahead of schedule (and correctly--access was gained through disassembly not drilling holes), professionally detailed (an added bonus I wasnt expecting), and they kept me informed throughout the process and picked me up and dropped me off at the rental car company. The level of service and expert workmanship I received was truly top notch (worth the 2 trips 20-24 hours drive time). April and Andrew are the BEST. I actually went to see them about getting an estimate for hail damage to my wifes car, and it was at that time that I learned all about their amazing work. I regress, a month ago during a VERY windy day I received several minor and 1 major door ding on my Jaguar XJL. I was dreading this as the paint is black with gold specs and if they could not get the major dent out it meant painting the door and I knew it would never be the same. I contacted April and she wanted Andrew to look at the car to be certain. On a Sunday, he did and I received a preliminary estimate which was a little higher than the insurance company allowed. No problem, April contacted them and a supplemental check was issued in no time. What was so great - THEY came out to my house to do the work. No down time at all. And WOW, Andrew, made it look even better than before the dings, because he took out a few small extras at no charge. Alliance Dent Repair is the real deal, and I will always recommend them and Andrew for dent removal. Andrew takes the time and care to make it perfect and for me and this car, thats very important, and let me tell you everything shows up on a black car.
