Except for the few brands that I feel comfortable using, I don’t usually experiment makeup on my face. I know little about makeup, so going into a shop like so usually makes me nervous. I was planning on buying a sunscreen, maybe browse a little, and go.But the girl at the shop introduced me to a new brand of sunscreen, a new palette of eyeshadow, and a gel eyeliner (with cool colors I hope to try in the future). She was so informative and explained everything with such passion and care- and it made my spontaneous trip to Fufu a pleasant one. I’ll be back soon!

I hope the staff didnt around the guests like a fly. I usually shop on xiaohong Mall app, as well as Japanese markets. But when I bought KAO Steam Eye Masks for $19.99 here, I found out it cost $13 or $14elsewhere, I felt terrible. Most products are priced much higher than othersI dont think this store can survive in a competitive market like Dallas.Dont lie. U sell KAO steam eye masks for $19.99 :(

I have always liked Japanese products, because I know their products are good. I found this store online, and I have been shopping there several times. The experience is very good. They have a great diversity of products and can be said to be dazzling. As soon as I walked in, I saw their iconic tree lamp. The decoration is very good, especially when the lights are all on, it will be very beautiful. I took a lot of photos.The sales is very enthusiastic and she will provide me with a very professional advice. I usually purchase shampoo and face wash products, and they will give me a good advice based on my description of my skin, so I will know exactly what I wanted to buy.I think the price is very reasonable. A great local store with various products from Japan. Everything is authentic and directly imported from Japan. Clean and organized display with friendly service! Its great to see a Japanese Beauty shop here. Many cosmetics are cheaper than Mistuwa. The staffs are very friendly. They introduced the cosmetics when I am interested in. I bought SUQQU in FufuJapan.❗️UPDATE❗️To be honest, I known Fufujapan online shop before going to the local store. Because I have lived in Japan, I am very fond of Japanese cosmetics and food. Thats why I like this shop very much. I will follow my heart and give it five stars. If someone doubts my comments in an extreme state of mind, I suggest he or she should learn to be kind. Dont use your negative thoughts to mislead others.

First time shopping and exploring Japanese cosmetics for my sisters birthday coming up, it was a wonderful first time experience. My younger sister had the opportunity to explore Japan for her first time. With such times we are facing in traveling, I decided to stop by and look for something she may like and bring good memories of Japan.The young lady at the store was very wonderful, respectful and above all, honest. Answer all my question respectfully with good key points of advice. A bit shy for a guy shopping for woman cosmetics, but the young lady was very kind to help me out. It’s a great Japanese cosmetic store with affordable prices and good service.

Great price and great service! cheaper than the Japanese supermarket and cheaper than many online retailers as well. The girl at the front greated me warmly and helped me to find everything I want, she knows a lot about what she is selling. good price on the snacks too, and many kinds are on sale! candies and chocolates are about $2 after the sale, I found it much cheaper than other places.

Good service online - even refunded product when they realized it was expired. Many Asian stores such as Etakashimaya will ship you expired items at full price, so it was a pleasant surprise.

What a fantastic store in Plano. I can find all the Japanese products I want here with the lowest prices and the highest qualities. The owners were always willing to answer my questions with the perfect attitude when I was in store. They also have a cool website for online purchasing. I’m so happy that I finally found a wonderful Japanese retail store here.

Had everything from makeup to laundry soap from Japan. It was amazing!

As a guy, this is not a place i would normally shop at, but they really do have some delicious japanese snacks selection that keep bringing me back to this place. I always get the Ishiya cookie for myself and plum candy for my gf, and we both love them!

I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store. My husband and I decided to stop by on Sunday. As soon as we walked in we were greeted, but when we started to look around the two girls walked out from behind the counter and started staring at us, blocking the way. They never asked if we needed any help and I was really uncomfortable with the staring. We left and will not be back. This place will probably not last long.Editing this post to comment about how three five star reviews popped up in under an hour of me posting my review. Very interesting.
